Kind presents an environment that is encouraging for the beginner, making them want to come back and but is challenging enough for the hard core cyclists. Kind offers classes that combine spin with other exercises for a full body workout. I personally have started seeing results. Down 25-30 lbs since starting 6 months ago.

While I have only taken a couple of classes, I can’t get over how much I have enjoyed Kind Cycling. Rachel could not have picked a better name for the studio, as she is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. She has built an amazing atmosphere, that is warm, welcoming, and inviting. Every class I’ve taken has been challenging and fun, but you’re encouraged to go at your own pace and rest if you have to. The studio is clean, equipped with everything you could ask for, and even has a sauna. Thank you for the experience you’ve created, Rachel!

Rachel leads a fantastic class that anyone can attend. She knows how to help you be your best on the spin bike, plays great music, and creates an atmosphere of everyone working together. I attended two classes in one week and had a super time. You don't have to be a cyclist to join in the fun. Rachel adds a personal, human dimension you cannot get from anything online. I highly recommend!

The perfect place to get in a quick and affective workout with classes both on and off the bike. The owner, Rachel and her fellow instructors are extremely knowledgeable and always deliver the best workout. I joined Kind 6 months after having my second child. After only a few classes, I already saw my pre-babies body coming back. I quickly became obsessed with the classes and the atmosphere and now, after almost a year of becoming “one of the Kind”, I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life.

Kind cycling is the best indoor cycling studio in NY. Great vibes, incredible instructors, and an inviting facility. It features a sauna, locker rooms, and high quality spin bikes. The atmosphere is super cool. There are trippy lights and imagery but nothing disorienting and I like how it's fairly dark during class. It gives you a sense a privacy during your workout. The owner Rachel has the best attitude and spectacular music play lists. Shes an absolute beast on the bike indoor and outdoor. Rachel routinely rides her bike to destinations hundreds of miles away. 5 stars. Love this place. -Tim

I had my first cycling experience last week and can’t wait for my next class.I was a bit nervous about this as it was something totally new for me. Rachel made me feel totally comfortable. She was KIND, shared knowledge and helped keep me motivated the whole class. If you’re looking to try cycling out, this is definitely the place.

I cannot say enough good things about Kind Cycling. Great challenging workouts, awesome music, small class sizes, and wonderful inviting atmosphere! After knee surgery, I was eager to start exercising but nervous about getting injured again. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, coaches throughout the class to ensure proper form and genuinely cares about her client's success. Through attending her classes the last 10 months, I have gotten stronger, improved my cardio and stayed injury free. I highly recommend Kind Cycling to both new and established riders.

Just joined last month and feel privileged to have found Rachel. Facility and Bikes are 1st rate. Rachel is a dynamo. It's getting more crowded as it get colder but this is the hottest place in town to get a great 45 minute workout.

Great classes with an amazing soundtrack. It's a very comfortable atmosphere and very welcoming to new students. You get the sense almost immediately that you're part of the group and the class sizes allow for the instructor to give you everything you need to flourish, even if you've never taken a class before. Then you start pedaling and sweat like never before. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Rachel is AMAZING. I have only had one class with her, but the kindness and professionalism she has displayed is beyond words. I have hip issues, and she’s doing all she can to make sure that I can ride pain free. She truly cares about each client. Her prices are affordable, and you truly get a great workout in. I have never met a fitness instructor as KIND as her!

Rachel is the best at what she does. She gives her whole self to the class. She clearly loves what she does and it's a joy be a student in her class. She knows where everyone is it and adjust to your needs. The atmosphere is great! Everything is nice and clean and you can use the sauna and shower. She always provides fresh clean towels which is a nice perk. Great place! Thanks for providing this to our community Rachel!

I have been cycling with Rachel for over five years and she still sets my bike for me :) Kind offers personalized attention and judgement-free motivation. Take it from the girl who skipped gym every week in high school, this studio is the "kindest".

I’ve been spinning with Rachel for years, and she is second to none. I’ve always experienced an amazing workout and a wonderful experience at her new studio. I’ve never seen a trainer so involved, so caring of her clients. She showcases her talents on the bike by leading others to the best of their abilities through motivational communication and expert instruction. She’s always had a warm welcome, her music choice is phenomenal, and her class is never dull or the same. She can provide a gentle ride or a beast sweat fest all in the same workout. If you want to improve your cycle in or outside... go to kind.

I have known Rachel for approx 10 years, and experienced her in various class settings; I’ve experienced her teaching spin at prior gyms prior to opening her own studio, as well as her free class in Crandall park. I have only both personally experienced and witnessed Rachel only approaching people with respect and professionalism. I sincerely believe Rachel thought long and hard before selecting a name for her studio- she wanted one that reflects how she approaches people who enter her studio. Kind is the name she chose and in my experience, totally reflects who she is as a person. She is a phenomenal and outstanding first class instructor - I don’t vouch for people lightly, and I do vouch for her instruction and how I have personally witnessed her treat students over years of observation. In the 10 years I have seen her, I’ve never seen anything but respect for her students and professionalism from her. That does separate her from many of her competitors, and as a result of my experience of her over time , and what I’ve personally witnessed at Kind going to her classes 3x/ week since Kind has opened I am extremely skeptical of any review that states otherwise.

I love spinning at kind. Rachel is an awesome instructor and always has the best music to get through those difficult parts of the work out! Hitting the sauna with the other cyclists afterwards is awesome, because there is always great conversation, I love getting to know everyone there-great friendships being made over awesome spins classes!
