What I love most about Kinesis Strength & Fitness are their signature 45-minute Kinesis classes — they’re challenging yet accessible for all fitness levels. The instructors provide excellent guidance, which is especially helpful if you’re new to strength-based workouts. These classes are fantastic for sculpting and improving overall fitness, truly living up to their description as “transformative 45-minute Kinesis classes designed to sculpt your body and improve your overall fitness.” The community and atmosphere make the experience even better; the vibe is friendly and motivating without being intimidating. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out, you’ll feel welcome and supported by trainers and staff who genuinely care about helping you succeed.

I never liked working out until I started taking classes ar kinesis strength & fitness. With consistency i notice a major difference in my body mind and health. ! I love starting my day with Rachel and Marisa! 1 machine and a full body work out at your own strenth level! If you haven't been your missing out !

Kineses Strength and Conditioning is a life saver. I have been going to this studio since 2021. I love the place! It is a great all around workout.I really enjoy using the machines they give you a full body workout that is safe, effective , the class is just the right amount of time. I can get a workout and be on my way.
It is a very welcoming place with great atmosphere.The classes are structured and the instructors explain everything.If something doesn’t feel right, they can suggest a modification. The music and the other participants keep it fun.I especially like that it keeps me accountable. I can sign up for classes online and I know I can fit it into my day. Rachel, the owner is great to work with and has made it a place where everyone feels welcome.

I’ve been going to Kinesis for years! I’m obsessed with it! It’s the perfect combination or strength training and cardio. There’s so many class times that accommodate my busy schedule. The instructors do such a great job of keeping the workouts fresh and new so it never feels repetitive! I highly recommend!

I’m so glad a friend referred me to AltYou! A low-impact workout is just what I needed. Low-impact doesn’t mean easy, you feel it! And you can customize it to what works for you! Small class size allows the instructor to help anyone who has a question (me!) and pay attention to form and they will modify an exercise if you need that, too. And everyone is so nice and chill, instructors and fellow students!! Sign up!!! Just don’t take my class time :) I’d give more stars if I could!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely love ALTYOU! The studio is beautiful and Rick and Jill are extremely accommodating. We highly recommend trying the signature Kinesis class because it’s a low impact, total body workout that really challenges your body, without putting added strain on your joints. There’s nothing like this workout anywhere else in Buffalo!
