As a D1 athlete, I love working out at Kings of Fitness while I’m home. Driven by data, trainers create individualized nutrition, hydration, mobility, and fitness plans for each athlete to be most prepared for their season. Beyond getting stronger and faster, everyone at Kings of Fitness fostered an environment which supported me, helped me get better, and made working out a highlight of my day!

Excellent program. My daughter has increased in strength and agility. She actually is beginning to show definition. Her catching abilities have improved! She’s quicker behind the plate with her pop ups, and throws with more force.

You won’t be more prepared as an athletes anywhere else but here. It’s amazing. As a collegiate athlete, there is no better way to prepare for your preseason than with Kings of Fitness. I saw a tremendous improvement in my speed, especially when compared to those who are not on the training regime KOF gives you, all in all, a great program and an even better atmosphere.

My wife and I have been attending Kings of Fitness for about six months now. From the second we walked through the doors Kiel and Lauren have made us feel welcomed. Physically I wasn’t in a great place when we started. I had accumulated several injuries playing sports up to the collegiate level. I was out of shape and overall very discouraged. After our first workout I knew this place was special and different. Their cumulative expertise on sports science and nutrition have unlocked doors my wife and I didn’t think could exist anymore. After a few months all my aches and pains have been remedied and I’m working out harder than I have since college. The time and attention you receive from Kings of Fitness staff is truly best in class. I would encourage anyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical status to give them a chance. They will have a custom workout program designed to meet you where you’re at and an opportunity to track performance progress each month. Kings of Fitness is truly a one of a kind facility.

I love this place!!! I started working with Kiel and Lauren just about a month ago and I’m already seeing a huge improvement in myself. My arm strength has improved dramatically already. I started my pitching program about the same time I started going here and my pull-down velo was 80 mph. Now 1 month into working with Kiel and Lauren and my pull down is already at 87 mph. Nothing but great things about this place. Very excited to keep working hard to achieve my goal. Thank you Kiel and Lauren for helping me along the way so far.!!!

If you have an athlete, this is the place they need to be!
My daughter is 9 & a multi sport athlete. She plays hard year round in softball, soccer, basketball & pitching. My main concern was injury prevention & overall training for her in all sports!
From the moment we met with lauren, we got in the car and she asked when she started! She loves the environment, the workouts & the way kiel, lauren & joe push her!
She gets even more excited when she sees her progress on their amazing equipment!
She’s been training 2x a week, but works at home throughout the week & the speed she has gained shows on the field & court. She’s picked up speed in her pitches and her overall strength is showing!
She loves how they break down the Importance not only of the proper form in moves, but proper sleep, hydration & diet!
My only regret is we didn’t start this sooner!

Best of the best. Kiel noticed a limp in my son walking in. He examined him and advised we get checked by a Dr., turned out he had a meniscus injury and has been out for four months. Working with Kiel has kept him confident and strong. The data Kiel had collected on him pre and post injury got him cleared weeks earlier than expected. On top of all that he was cleared less than a week ago and he is jumping higher than pre-injury. Thanks for that amazing facility that fills a need in this area like no other gym comes close to. Your not serious about your athlete if you don’t bring them to Kings of Fitness!

Signed my 12 almost 13 year old daughter up with Kings of Fitness almost two months ago to improve her speed and strength for her school and travel soccer. Kiel and Lauren were amazing signing her up. Made her feel comfortable and not intimidated at all. She comes home after every workout pumped up and talking about everything she has done. She had her first indoor soccer tournament this past weekend and I could definitely see the difference in her play and her attitude. She's faster, quicker and more confident than ever. Had 4 parents approach me and comment on her improved skills. Absolutely amazing job Kings of Fitness.

Joining Kings of Fitness is the best decision we have made!
My son started training with KOF over 5 years ago. He started at age 13 when starting to develop as a baseball player. KOF helped him build strength and overall fitness knowledge as he progressed through years of travel baseball and now at the college level. KOF was - and continues to be - a key element in building strength and endurance while staying injury free.
I also train at KOF. Even though I am not an athlete, KOF programs a routine for my overall functional strength. KOF keeps me healthy and physically (and mentally) fit.
Kiel and Lauren are amazing coaches and they are an endless resource for all things relating to strength training, mobility, nutrition, injury prevention and healing. They provide a welcoming atmosphere and encourage you to push to be your best self.

The owners Kiel and Lauren King really care about their clients. The program they set up for you is catered to your needs. They welcome all ages and all abilities. Amazing!! Kiel and Lauren King are the best human beings on the planet!! Not only that, I’m currently a student athlete in college and I wouldn’t be here without them!! I’ve been going to Kings of Fitness for two years, they’ve helped me in all different aspects. 2 years ago I wasn’t able to grab the basketball rim. Now I can dunk a basketball at 5’10”. Great team and facility as well

I came in with tendinosis and within a few weeks my knee pain started to go away. Kiel and Lauren put in genuine care and tons of effort in making sure you are feeling your best and improving each week. Would highly recommend joining, better than any other gym membership!

I have been a member of this facility for the better end of 7 years. In the beginning I came to train for High-school football which in turn, turned me into a highly awarded High-school athlete which in turn made me a highly touted college prospect. Which now I am playing and starting for a nationally ranked D3 football team. This facility is nothing short of special furthermore I owe a lot of my success to the team at KOF. The KOF group has the knowledge and tools to make you into what level of athlete you really want to be.

Being a part of this program for the time I have, it has built me into the college athlete I am today. While recovering from some knee injuries, they strengthened me back to where I was and then some. While having a great program for injury prevention, it also prepared me for my upcoming seasons every year. I’m very great full for the way my strength has and will keep developing in direct relation to the program.

KoF is amazing. Kiel and Lauren are extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely care to see you succeed. I've been working out for the past 18 years with personal trainers, and have seen more gains in one year with KOF than with any other workout professional.
I wish I had them when I was a high school athlete. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to get into shape or train safely.

Would give ten stars if I could because it is the best fitness center I have ever been too. Completely worth your time and money, trust me I was a little skeptical too but there is no gym that provides what Kings of Fitness does. They dedicate so much energy to their clients and not only is the equipment top notch but Lauren and Kiel are experts and will make sure that you get 100% maximum effort from yourself. They will keep track of data for your workouts that will track your progress, effort, and provide you with different ways to get the best results, faster than you can imagne. Working out in general is tough but if you are a hard worker and if you truly want to see a difference in your Mind and Body I recommend you try Kings Of Fitness.
