This studio has literally become my new home away from home. Marc and all is amazing instructors guide you on the most beautiful journey and there is always a class available for every level. A call to practice. Know Yoga Know Bliss is a devoted community of teachers and students. I've taken classes with almost all of their teachers at this point, and I've never been disappointed (or injured). Classes are taught with an emphasis of exploration, rather than conformity. In other words, you do what you choose to do, what feels good to you. I love the vibe, the clean aesthetic, and the devotion to build an inclusive yoga community of all levels of practice. I have practiced and taught in many studios and this one of the nicest. It is a beautiful boutique studio in the heart of Manhasset with free parking in the back. Lots of classes for all different levels. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and create a wonderful yoga experience.

I was always somewhat intimidated by the whole Yoga thing, however Marc and his team of instructors make it very easy for beginners to settle right in and feel at ease. The top notch music playlists make for a unique experience, along with their spiritual guidance. The studio is well located, clean and has just the right size classes.
