I can’t recommend this gym enough! The environment is welcoming, supportive, and truly focused on helping you become the best version of yourself. The trainer takes personal care in building a workout regimen that’s completely catered to your needs and goals.
As an amputee who has also gone through surgery, finding the right place to train was incredibly important to me. Not only did the trainer understand my unique challenges, but they also helped me stay consistent, build confidence, and continue progressing safely. I was able to keep up with my workouts throughout my recovery, and I’ve come out even stronger—physically and mentally.
If you’re looking for a gym that genuinely cares, listens, and tailors your fitness journey to you, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Finding a trainer is easy but finding a coach is hard to come by. When Nick was introduced to me I had no interest in paying for another trainer that didnt give me the results I want. But after working out with Nick I realized how different he was from other trainers. Nick helped me in more ways than others- he taught me a healthy way of life. Physically got stronger and leaner (and actually gained a gorgeous figure). And changed my eating habits to be healthier yet sustainable. Mentally I gained the confidence needed both in and out of the gym. Throughout my 6.5 years of training with Nick he always kept learning and bringing it back to the gym keeping things interesting. I’ve done 1:1 training, partner training and strongman Sundays. 1:1 you get that individual attention to discuss anything fitness and nutrition related. Partner gives you the ability to work with others to help motivate yourself. Strongman Sundays are fun and positive energy group workouts where you still get great results. No matter what you’re looking for I’m sure Nick has it!

I met Nick in 2020, when he first started helping me with nutrition. Fast forward to 2024 and I am down in body fat and up in lean mass!
Not only does Nick help me with my nutrition, but he also creates individualized workouts to help me reach my goals. One on one, partner, and group training. The Strongman and Armageddon classes are my favorite!
Nick spends a significant amount of time completing professional development courses, internships, and consults to provide his clients with the best programs.
The gym equipment is high quality, as well as the people. Nick is an incredible person and coach. I highly recommend Kropp Fitness!

A warm and comforting place to work out at your own pace. I am able to use the equipment. I’m comfortable with and receive timely feedback on my form and Nick effectively communicates how I can get better. Since I started I’ve gotten appreciatively stronger and reduced my body fat Over 10% with Nick‘s guidance. I highly recommend Nick as a trainer and as a mentor for nutrition and better health.

I had a great experience with Coach Kropp; he was able to give me objective data with a bodyfat test that I was able to make actionable improvements. Also, the facility is spotless! Gear in the gym is top-notch and new as well! A great place to train both hard and smart!

I’ve been training w/Nick for the past 6 years. From
Day 1 Nick was no nonsense, he was there to help me reach my goals and wasn’t going to waste time chatting it up like other trainers do. Before training with Nick, all I would do was cardio and wasn’t really focused on my diet. I met Nick at Lifetime fitness where he taught group classes and did personal training. He was different! He wasn’t like the other trainers there. His methods were unique and he knew what he was doing. So in of May 2019, I decided I would give personal training another shot w/nick. My experience with personal trainers weren’t the best. I wasted so much time and money and never got any results. So my expectations were very low. 3 months into training w/Nick I saw major results, 10 months later I saw a huge difference. I’ve attached a picture for reference. When Covid hit and the gyms closed down, he would take the time to tell me what workouts to do on my own and then he started training training me via zoom until we started training in person in his backyard. Once the gyms opened up again, we trained at another gym until he opened his own. Since I’m his favorite 😉, I wanted to the first one he trained at his new gym. He’s been a big part of my fitness journey and I can’t stress enough what a great trainer he is. He’s smart and cares about his clients. Nick is a one of kind trainer. He won’t waste your time and money.

I’ve been training with Nick and his team for over a year now and after working with multiple trainers, luxury gyms, nutritionists, etc… I can confidently say Nick takes 1st place. His meticulously programmed group fitness classes are challenging, rewarding and always fun - something other group training classes could never really compete with.
If you’re looking to make a real change in your life, learn, grow, get shredded and find some of your best friends, look no further. Kropp fitness is where it’s at!

Ever since joining Kropp fitness, it’s been like a second home to my wife and I. Nick is a fantastic coach that is driven by giving you real results with no room for excuses. I’ve been going to his weekend Armageddon and Strongman classes for a little under a year, but the results have been undeniable. My arms have never looked better as they do now, and my baseline strength was never as strong as it is now. The community we’ve joined in the process is priceless and we can’t imagine our lives now without the awesome group Nick works with. I can’t recommend Kropp fitness enough to people looking to get serious about their health and fitness. Just attend one class and you’ll immediately see why everyone keeps coming back.
