KW Fitness is the only Private Personal Training and Nutrition Studio for men and women who don’t like the idea of going to a “typical gym”.
Unlike other facilities that pack classes and are lacking in support and accountability with programs that fail to deliver, KW Fitness helps each client improve their quality of life through safe, effective personal training and nutrition programs that are customized to each individual with guaranteed results.
Founded in 2014, KW Fitness has helped thousands of women and men feel more confident, lose weight, gain energy and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. We are the only facility that knows how to take care of, and get results for those who are just getting started on their fitness journey.

KW has been a supportive and life enhancing space for me! I have been a "workout person" most of my adult life and this is by far the most encouraging, individualized and fun workout experience I've had that goes way beyond the physical benefits. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive and energizing! They encourage growth and expansion out of your comfort zone, while at the same time taking into account each person's needs and limitations. My workout partners are now friends and make the experience of 30 minutes of intense training fun! KW also promotes and encourages their members to participate in many community outreach events. The sense of community at KW is fantastic! If you are even thinking about it-take the step and reach out- I promise you WILL NOT regret it!

I love KW Fitness!! Derek and Joe are amazing trainers. Even when I’m exhausted after work I just make sure I show up, and I feel so much better after. 30 minute workouts are easy to commit to and the results in just 3 months of 2-3 times a week are astounding. Highly recommend you join.

I was a self proclaimed "not a gym guy", but my wife convinced me to give KW a try as she had been with them for 6 months, and it's been a great experience! Being with similar "non gym people" and having the structure and direction of a trainer has been enjoyable, and I've noticed significant improvement in my strength, and most importantly my knees, which I used to injure frequently, but now they are so strong I'm thinking of taking up activities I stopped doing some years ago. I can't recommend KW Fitness enough, the people are great, and I've gained new friends! Give them a try, especially if you never thought the gym was for you!

I highly recommend KW fitness. They meet you where you’re at and work from there. This is totally not what you would expect from stereotyped personalized coaching. The facilities and coaches are awesome! I go twice a week and noticed a difference in my balance and strength within the first month. Kudos!

I have been on my health and weight loss journey here at KW fitness for the past 10 months.
In the last 10 months I have lost many pounds and inches but I have gained so much more.
I’ve gained physical and mental strength, confidence, determination, friendships and so much more.
I cannot say enough great things about the coaches, the staff and the clients at KW Fitness. I would not have the success I have had without them.

My trainer Derek is the absolute best. I’ve never had a trainer who not only listened to my past health history but creates a program that won’t aggravate previous injuries and yet still pushes my body in a healthy way. I have major health problems including bad knees, previous spinal neck surgery and a bad lower back. I’m getting stronger, losing weight and increasing flexibility due to Derek and this program.
This program is twice a week, 30 min each in small groups. It’s so much fun, quick and yet I can’t believe how effective it is. I’ve lost over 30 pounds since I’ve started and over 15” on my body.

KW Fitness is all that they say they are & MORE! I joined KW-Cicero 7 months ago and there is no looking back. I am not your traditional "gym person". I joined another, larger gym, twice and cancelled my membership both times. KW Fitness provides a setting of support, encouragement, and accountability. I want to go to the gym! No longer talking myself out of going, for whatever reason. Coach Derek is professional, patient and extremely encouraging. He knows when to push me to the next level. He watches what I'm doing and offers suggestions on how I may be able to improve. Having some health issues, I sometimes need to make slight modifications to my workout. Derek is quick to ask if I need to change anything up and is always ready with alternatives that will deliver the results! I highly recommend KW Fitness!

I’ve been a member at KW Fitness -Cicero since February and it is the best thing I have done for myself. I feel healthier, more physically fit and I see the results. I'm very comfortable working out here versus your typical gym. The groups are small (no more than 6 people) and you have the same trainer each time. This gives you the individual attention that most people need when joining a gym. The trainers, especially mine (shout out to Derek), are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. KW Fitness has become like a family to me, and I wouldn't workout anywhere else! JUST JOIN, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

What a great choice! After a recent illness i wanted to be stronger and become more fit. Everyone is super nice and supportive. I don’t ever feel alone in my fitness journey where they show you machines and leave you on your own. I am so much more comfortable in my body now than 6 months ago. At a recent wedding i danced the night away very easily!

I work from home, sitting at a desk and hardly move during the day. I was sick of being tired all the time and everything hurting...knees, back, hips, arms..everything! When having my consult the trainer Derek said "motion is lotion" and that really stuck with me. I have never liked exercise, but working with Derek has been great. He is very helpful and accommodating to modify, while still encouraging you to keep pushing yourself. 30 minutes goes by very fast as we are moving through the different exercises and the small groups gives everyone personal attention. Your health is worth the investment!

KW Fitness is excellent. I was apprehensive at first fearing it wouldn't meet the expectations set in the Facebook ad. It is exactly as they promised. Their trainers, specifically Derek, is professional, kind and patient, but pushes me to to that little bit more in every session. Although I have been to other gyms and followed their suggested workout plans, having Derek there to watch and remind me of form during reps makes sure I get the most out of each session. Having a knee issue, I wasn't sure if I would be able to perform along with others, but they are able to tailor your specific movements to fit your needs. I highly recommend them!

I’ve never been a gym person but this is so different! I was not just thrown into a gym and said here you go.
Twice a week I meet with Xavier and get a personal work that even though it is only 30 minutes it is a really good workout. I have been going for a little over a month and pretty much have had a different set of exercises every time.
I am over 70 and would definitely recommend KW Fitness to anyone that thinks they can’t do it.
I felt I was losing my strength and definitely getting more out of shape but I am starting to feel better about myself.
It is a little costly but if I feel better then I definitely feel it’s worth it.

I love it at KW Cicero. I actually started at one of their other locations and transferred to this location with my trainer. It's a much longer drive for me but 100% worth it! Derek is encouraging and does an awesome job of challenging me without ever pushing me beyond what I can handle. He does a great job of creating workouts that can be modified for all ability levels and he's super knowledgeable whenever I have questions.
The facilities are great too. Tons of space, night and clean, great equipment. The owners and the trainers have created a nice community on social media too (if that's your thing). I feel like I'm a part of a family of people who are just trying to live every day a little bit healthier than the day before.

KW fitness has been the best experience I have ever had with a fitness club. I was not a gym person and was intimidated by it . I am a woman over 60 and I needed help to change my fitness . I have made so many positive changes lost weight and gained so much strength. I have an amazing trainer and the access to help with all the trainers if needed. The owners are wonderful people who do so many good things for the community and do it through engaging their clients in many fitness challenges. Join you won’t regret it

Joining KW Fitness 4 years ago was one of the best decisions I've made for myself and my health and fitness. The trainers at KW Fitness are top-notch and have been instrumental in helping me reach my fitness goals. They never fail to motivate and push me to be the best version of myself.
One of the things that I appreciate most about KW Fitness is their ability to work with anyone, regardless of their fitness level. They are able to modify workouts if necessary, but they always encourage me to challenge myself and reach new heights. I highly recommend KW Fitness. I have been a client at KW Fitness for about three years now. They are not at all like your typical gym. The small group training, the supportive trainers that give you individual attention and guidance to achieve your goals and the family atmosphere are top notch. I don't love exercise, but I have been able to stick with KW because they are so much better than a typical gym, and I see many improvements in my physical fitness.
