In the two years I've been a member at KW I've gained strength, stamina and confidence beyond my expectations. My trainers have without exception been skilled, observant, flexible and empathetic to my unique abilities. They have pushed me to do more than I thought I could while taking my physical, and, let's face it, sometimes mental, limitations into consideration. That kind of personal attention and support from the whole KW team is what has kept me consistently going to my 2-3 weekly
6:00am sessions for two years. Access to their workout space and equipment and the video workouts it offers anytime I want to use it is an added bonus. If you're looking for personal attention and a "we're a family" gym atmosphere, KW is the place for you!

I have been at KW Fitness in Fayettville for over a year now. For 26 years I have had an active membership at other fitness centers and worked with other trainers in different fitness arenas, and this is the strongest, at age 43 that I have ever been in my life, thanks to my trainers at KW. When it's time for action, even a person who has avoided gyms can find an answer! KW Fitness states up front that it's for people who don't like gyms. They offer two packages. The most expensive option is to work with a personal trainer one-on-one. The second choice is to work out in a small class with a trainer. The classes are offered on the hour from 6 am until evening, note sure what time because i prefer the morning. Class size varies from day to day, depending on people's schedules, ranging from 1 to 6 people. The trainer has a round of 6 stations set up and you go from one to the next. The time at each station is either 30 seconds or occasionally 60 seconds, and it is amazing how long 30 seconds can be. One thing that is really good for me is being challenged to do things that i would never try on my own and being confident about doing the activity safely. i attend class twice per week, and i have 24/7 access to a lower level to work out on treadmills, rowers, etc. A contract is required, but there is a lot of flexibility as to time off for trips or w/e. Monthly assessments track goals, including an InBody machine reading. Also i like that the facility is clean, well-lit and easy to find with plenty of off-street parking. They also have a weekend challenge at times; for example, this weekend is the Push-ups for Veterans, a fund raiser for Clear Path.

This gym is wonderful! The trainers are super helpful and meet me where I am fitness wise. I hadn't been to a gym in a few years and was a little reluctant to start working out again. The entire team at KW made me feel comfortable working out and helped me build confidence quickly. They do an awesome job of continuing to challenge you during your sessions as you progress towards your goals.

I highly recommend KW Fitness to anyone who considers themselves not a “gym person”. It’s such a positive atmosphere. The trainers are so supportive and meet you where you are. Gianni has challenged me and taught me so much. I now love strength training because of all of the benefits I’ve seen in myself, both physically and mentally, and because of the fun camaraderie that the trainers create at KW. I feel like I have enough knowledge now that I could be a “gym person” and go anywhere, but I don’t want to leave! Definitely worth the investment in myself. If you’re thinking about it, try it. You will be glad you did!

I started going to KW Fitness in February 2024. Best decision ever! When you walk in, everybody knows your name. Every client matters to them. The coaches meet you where you are at, beginner, intermediate, or advanced and help guide you through your wellness journey. I've lost 35+ lbs, reduced medications, and as of today my MD took me off of Metformin which I was on for insulin resistance. Words cannot describe how happy I am to have started training at KW Fitness!

I’ve been going to KW fitness for 7 months and I highly recommend. Gianni is a wonderful trainer - knowledgeable, caring, and super accommodating. I don’t know how he does it but he personalizes every persons workout - knows what we are capable of, knows our injuries/limitations, and pushes us appropriately. The small group setting is so much fun (yes, we have fun!) and having consistency with the same trainer and group keeps us all working out smart, yet hard. Communication is outstanding - email, phone call- I hear right back. It all makes for a very easy (and no excuses) fitness program. Prioritize your health and don’t hesitate to give KW a try!

I joined KW Fitness Fayetteville after making a decision to prioritize my health and fitness. I have never been one to work out on my own because I never really learned my way around a gym. I got really far behind in my fitness for a variety of reasons over the past 2 years. I needed the proper professional direction, encouragement, tracking and the routine to get myself moving on what is day to day, week to week in a process that will set up some lifelong changes. Casey my trainer, along with Gianni another trainer and also the location manager at the Fayetteville site know everyone, encourage every member and treat us as a valued part of the program. Casey takes myself and others in my weekly classes where we are, constantly accessing our progress and when ready to push us further with the right motivation. It's hard work but it's been so beneficial. I have months to go but I already feel better physically and otherwise.
I'm in it for the long haul. Its the best thing I was pushed by friend to do.

Absolutely love this place! I started training with Gianni and Casey in January. My goal is to develop more tone, flexibility and balance. These trainers really know what they are doing. I have learned the right form in working with kettlebells, barbells, TRX, bands, medicine balls, etc. Both trainers know when to make me work harder and it has really paid off! I feel better and stronger and my golf coach has noticed my flexibility has improved. I have steadily lost body fat and increased muscle mass. They work with you on nutrition as well. You can work one on one or in a small (4 person) group, which is what I prefer as the people are so much fun. I come out of there feeling so good! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve your fitness and stay on track. I had no trouble fitting it into my schedule, and having the same days and time makes me go as I was not really going to the gym before on my own. I am definitely committed to this place, and Gianni and Casey make it fun and challenging.

I’m a 73 year old woman who wanted to lose some weight and feel better. I’ve been with KW Fitness and Coach Lauren for 10 months. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds and many inches. I feel much better and an able to get up off the floor, do planks, pull-ups and things I couldn’t do 10 years ago. I highly recommend KW Fitness to anybody who wants to be stronger, feel better, look better, eat better and have a good time doing it. KW Fitness was a great decision for me and if you want to train at a great place where there are people of all ages and sizes and no judging, give KW a try. Love KW. They feel like family. They take an interest in you and make sure they understand what is important to you and push you when you need it. Since 12/23 I have lost 33 pounds. And feel like a new person. The weight off of my knees makes a huge difference and Gianni is the best trainer.

My experience here started with the “Discovery call” where I talked to one of the the owners, Kevin. We talked about my goals, my past fitness journey and my overall stage of life currently. Then I met with my trainer, Devon. At first it seemed too good to be true, everyone was so positive and supportive from just one meeting. Now after 8 months of going, I know it’s just the people. When you join KW, you gain this amazing support system. The coaches and staff are absolutely amazing, empathetic and driven people. From the moment I started, people knew my name, always greeted me, and made me feel comfortable.
It’s really been life changing to have not only someone to keep me accountable to do my weekly workouts, but also to be flexible. As a mom of two toddlers I don’t always have control over our schedules and if I have to change a workout last minute my coach is always responsive and ready to reschedule to make it work. No guilt trip, no negativity, just support and positivity every step of the way.
The workouts are fun too. Thirty minute sessions of grind, and not as much cardio as one would think. I used to run and loved it, but I will say that was a worry for me. Our cardio comes in different, shorter bursts. Sometimes in the form of games or creative things, not just running or burpees, the boring things.
I highly recommend this place for people who need flexibility and support when working on not only their physical, but also their mental and really overall health.

At a time in my life where I truly felt like nothing could help me with my weight loss journey, KW Fitness saved me. Not only did I lose weight, I was taught how to eat healthier and make better choices. I was always into the cardio thing and not focused on weight training. I participated in their 4 week Lifstyle Launch program and the results were incredible.
Best of all, this is not a short term success....it truly instilled the desire to improve on my well being and to continue my quest towards a better me.

I'm in my late 50s, and I've had back issues and gone through physical therapy for many years. This has curtailed my overall mobility and hurt my ability to exercise regularly. I finally decided I needed to go beyond just treating, easing and alleviating the pain. I needed to build my strength and attack the root causes of my back issues. My goal was to have fewer back episodes, not experience daily pain, and be able to improve my overall health.
After barely two months working with coach Jake my strength has improved, my posture has improved, and the pain in my back is less frequent and less severe. It's hard work, but I've been able to develop a daily routine of home exercise with the help of Jake. My twice weekly sessions are now becoming more challenging as i continue to progress.
If you're ready to do the work and you want the personal attention you are less likely to get in a large gym, I couldn't give any higher recommendation than joining KW Fitness. Thanks to Jake, Kevin, Mandy, and the rest of the staff!

I had heard about KW Fitness through a family member who’d been working out there for several months. He convinced me to try their “Kickstart Program” to see if I liked it.
I’d never done circuit fitness training before, having always done dance, yoga, nia, zumba and other aerobic exercising. Well, the Kickstart month at KW Fitness was exhilarating! I had never felt better exercising and now, after 6 months, I am amazed by the things I can actually do! Along with small classes (usually, only 1-2 other people) and the personalized attention, KW Fitness has taught me how to do a bench press and rows while also building up my strength.
The friendly staff at KW Fitness is genuinely interested in your well-being, too. They take time to know your limitations as well as your strengths, and they work with you on achieving your goals. They are enthusiastic and supportive in every respect. You will find that there is no judgment here, only words of encouragement!
Each session includes a warm-up and cool-down segment before and after a 30 minute work-out with a personal trainer. The personal trainer is always there to make any corrections or modifications you may need to your workout. The monthly assessment check-ins are a good self-tracking device and I enjoy their Monday Morning newsletters!
KW Fitness also helps the community with its monthly Charity Workout Challenges--these sessions take place on a Saturday morning, they’re free with a donation of any amount going to the charity being hosted, and they are a blast!
I highly recommend KW Fitness if you are looking for a unique challenge to building a more physically fit you.
