The trainers were nothing like i expected. They challenge me to work hard in different ways than traditional gym machines do. I feel the environment is supportive. There are people that attend who are all ages and fitness levels. They have me so much about fitness and strength training.

I’ve been working out with Teddy and Sam for about 8 months now and I can’t say enough good things about it! They tailor every workout to your individual goals and any physical restrictions you may have. I’m feeling stronger and lifting heavier weights than I ever have before. They’re also super flexible and accommodating to your schedule. I never want to go back to a regular gym again, highly recommend!!
