Anthony did a tremendous job training my 82 year old father. My dad always looked forward to his weekly sessions with Anthony. Even with my father's dementia, Anthony was able to get him improving his overall strength and his mobility. And most important, to feel good about himself and enjoy life!

I highly recommend Coach Chris and the trainers at LegitFit if you are looking to make meaningful changes for your health. Working with Chris for two years, I’m not only stronger than I was pre-Covid, but fitting clothes from HS/college days. Not to mention the complete shift in my sleeping and eating habits… he really helped me transform the way I participate in life.

The spot is super train and bus accessible, parking can sometimes be a nightmare - but the team is always reminding e/o about the meters! They’re the best

One day I had the realization that I needed to make a lifestyle change after a health scare, and that’s where Legit Fit came in. All of the trainers that I’ve met have been supportive and professional. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and I appreciated that it was never crowded.

I was assigned to Jordan who I trained with for over a year. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my goals. Jordan was encouraging and I never felt judged if I was unable to complete a set, or had to rest longer than normal between sets (or if I was chronically late!). Jordan was super personable and our sessions never felt like a chore, rather it felt like Sunday brunch with a close friend (minus the food, the drinks, and the ambience). #softgirlera #homegoods

Overall I made great progress in both losing weight, toning up and becoming healthier. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to start working out, but doesn’t know where to start. You won’t regret it.

I have known the owner since his 24-hour fitness days and wanted to support his gym. He became my trainer; I had him for 6 months, and the results came in. My friends, family, and especially my coworkers saw the difference in my appearance. I came to Legit Fit in May 2022 after not working out at all for nearly five years - nervous, frustrated, and with a lot of shame. I met Jordan the first day I walked in and was blessed to have him as my trainer. Over the next year and a half, Jordan helped transform me into someone more confident in his own body, with a renewed knowledge of how to maintain my own health. My body is not perfect but I am beyond grateful for the transformation it has achieved, and that's owed squarely to Jordan's skill as a trainer and compassion as a person. Also, the entire team at Legit Fit are among the kindest, funniest, and skilled trainers I've ever met. I'm a proud "charter member" of this gym, and cannot endorse it enough.

I can't say/write enough great things about Legit Fit NYC. I had the pleasure of training with Anthony over 6 months. Anthony is encouraging, patient, committed, and extremely knowledgeable; it’s clear that he’s passionate about fitness and even more passionate about helping people reach their goals.

I came across Legit Fit NYC while taking a walk and met Anthony. After a few days, we met for an assessment and review of their packages. Personal training is certainly a financial investment, but one worth making.

During each session, Anthony kept me encouraged and gave me his undivided attention (even accommodating my song requests). He kept the workouts challenging and dynamic to help me reach my goals. Not only did I learn proper form, but he also taught me a lot about the science of fitness. Anthony makes himself available for questions between sessions, which I appreciate, and is extremely considerate. Overall, he’s just a great trainer and even better person.

After 6 months of training with Anthony, I am down INCHES and feel so much stronger (mentally and physically) and energetic. I am also more confident in the gym (I now hear Anthony’s voice in my head when I work out lol) and more committed than ever to making fitness a lifestyle.

The vibrations are uplifting I loved the progress I made in my overall athleticism and wellness. I truly enjoyed my experience and it was a wonderful investment for myself also supporting a local entrepreneur. I’m grateful to have developed the mental and physical strength consistency is the key. Thank you. Also the place was not clean (piles of dust ) I addressed my concerns and nothing happened. I don’t know if that has changed since my last visit, hopefully it has. With that being said It didn’t take away from the sessions , it was just concerning and worth mentioning for it to change. Having a clean environment is important for overall quality in services.

I sadly was illegally targeted with my members dog munchie. And I went into legit fit and met with the most amazing people to see about self defense classes and kick boxing. They were so gracious and kind. Although they didn’t have kick boxing I encouraged them to have self defense classes. So I went to the local community board called forest hills rego park and kew gardens on Facebook and wrote a beautiful review of these gentleman and the amazing gym they have and how professional and personable they are. Well so far fifteen women want to do it and three men in the town and two women are my great friends . So if you get those defense classes we love having you wonderful gentleman and gym in our community. And my members dog munchie gives this four paws.

I have been doing the personal training with my coach Anthony! I really enjoyed the training! I used to be a swimmer and took a lot of fitness courses during college. I’d say I am very familiar with most workouts. However training with a professional trainer like Anthony, it results much differently than workout just by myself. Anthony not only setup the most fitting workout but also guide me how to eat healthy and help me to reach my goal. I learn a lot from Anthony and highly recommend you to take some lessons to try. I bet you will like it !

What a great place to work out, the perfect size for a personal experience and of course amazing staff that make the environment both rewarding and fun to train.

I've been working out with Jordan for six months. He is very knowledgeable about how to reach your goals, and how each exercise will maximize results for a particular body part. There has been a nice rotation of exercises, so you never get bored ever.

Jordan will push you hard to keep you progressing but it will feel like two friends working out. Accountability while still having fun, because he's a cool guy that makes working out enjoyable and takes care of all the headaches of figuring out what to do, and how much of it.

In the six months that I've been working with Jordan I have lost 40 lbs, and built muscle at the same time!! I truly can't believe this was possible, and he's definitely delivered for me, and will for you too if you put in the time and trust him.

Legit Fit NYC is a great place that I couldn't recommend more, and whether you work out with Jordan, Anthony, or Chris, I'm sure you will be happy with the results.

I had a wonderful experience training here with Jordan. He was professional, friendly and a great motivator. It was obvious that he was invested in my progress and worked hard to help me achieve goals I had unsuccessfully been trying to achieve for years. Not only did he help me finally loose weight but I also got a lot stronger and was doing things in the gym that I never thought I would be able to do. Something I also appreciated about Jordan and the trainers at LegitFit was that I felt they were very honest. They didn’t try to upsell me or make unrealistic promises about my results. Recently just started training with Anthony at Legit Fit NYC nd so far its been GREAT! The workouts are a bit challenging bt it sure sets the goal to where you wanna be. Anthony is a good motivator nd has great communication skills when explaining the workouts as well as making sure your posture is correct so you wont hurt yourself. Excitingly lost 2 lbs the first week training with him so his workouts are definitely doing the job! The place is comfortable nd the other trainers are nice as well. They have all the right equipment for the workouts nd my fave is the music that sets the tone for the workouts.
