I love this gym- I come with my toddler. Everybody is just super helpful and friendly. Yoga instructors are very good. Gym classes are top! Reception are super friendly. Caregivers are so caring.

I go back and forth between Atlanta and NYC, and I always make it a point to book a massage with William at Life Time. He consistently gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Whether I’m dealing with travel stiffness or just general tension, I always walk out feeling noticeably better. Definitely worth the trip every time.

This review if for the massages I got from William.
I am not a member of the club, one of my friend gets a monthly massage from William and highly recommended him. It was fantastic and I ended up getting a second one in my 10 days vacation!
This came with access to the locker room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and a delicious coffee.
I visit NYC a few times a year and this will be one my automatic stop!

The Wall St location is one of the best locations! The staff are professional and welcoming. Machines are clean. Big space, enough cardio machines. Sauna area is also clean. Huge locker room as well.

Although there are a lot of nice perks to this gym, at the expensive price tag for individual plan at ~$350/mo it's disappointing to see this club skimps on the attention to detail when it comes to fundamentals like cleanliness and maintenance. Instead the club focuses on upselling you on things like $12 smoothies and $150+ spa treatments.

---

Pros:
+ Pretty good hours (late nights and weekends). Though the showers close 30min before the publicized hours so if you actually stay late you'll be forced to shower at home.
+ A lot of squat racks (~8+)
+ Equipment itself is high quality and there are a full range of machines.
+ Large footprint (square footage)
+ Good variety of exercise classes included
+ Mobile App is solid compared to most gyms
+ Good location
+ Staff is very friendly (though limited) and available to answer questions which is great. Other gyms don't answer the phone.
+ Not really crowded (at least on weekends and late evenings so I haven't experienced waiting for equipment)
+ Rainfall showers, sauna, hot tub are nice.

Cons:
- Trash: Way too much trash strewn about. e.g Men's locker room bins overflowing, small scraps of paper, gum wrappers, used chap stick left behind, razor blade caps (left in showers), clothing tags, etc. I've reported this to the management on at least 2 occasions with no improvement. Part of this is on the guests/members for not being as considerate but regardless of fault it impacts the experience really negatively. This is especially in my experience closer to the end of the day, which feels understaffed. Uploaded some photos (but it's so common you can just come for a tour late evening tomorrow and you'll see it for yourself). I just heard another member this morning complaining in the locker room about "how frustrating it is to see people lift heavy weights then not able to lift the towels or trash to the receptacles."
- Poor maintenance: Towels consistently overflowing the bins, strewn about in locker room benches. Non-reserved lockers aren't cleared out every night but only a few times/week (as told to me by the staff) which limits locker availability. The outside shower floors don't seem to properly drain excess water. In the lobby of the club, where I sit as I write this, the tables are wobbly and there's left behind bottle cap and straw wrapper on the table next to me from before I sat down. 1 of 3 flat bench press stations was misaligned so that the heavier plates were inaccessible (this was fixed after reported to staff but to my main point is an indicator of low focus on basic details with guest experience)
- Few cable pull machines (<5)
- It's all underground (in an old bank vault type space) which means although the square footage is technically high, the individual spaces with many narrow maze like hallways you feel a little cramped and closed in. Plus it blocks my cell phone reception.

Small bits of feedback to management:
- The mobile app "schedule" section doesn't allow you to save a favorited filter as the default so, although it does save my class filters as a favorited group, I have to reselect the same filter (2 annoying extra steps) every time I want to see the classes without all the daycare stuff mixed in.
- The website pricing was broken when trying to signup for 3 member bundle the advertised price showed "adults" but then going through checkout it requires that 1 member must be a dependent.
- Would be nice to have face wash in the locker rooms, not just hand soap.
- At the risk of worsening the trash issue, I think it would be nice to have floss-picks available in the locker room. (Ideally the compostable ones to reduce waste)

In conclusion, the club offers more than a more affordable gym but it doesn't feel like your getting a great value given the service. It's 3.5x the price of my last gym at ~20% better quality offering in my opinion. If the trash & maintenance issues are addressed I'd bump my rating to at least a 4.

This might be the best gym in the city. Im stunned just stunned. 😦 Between the price and the equipment and the sitting areas and the lockerroom and steam room and khiels lotion its actual competition if the other lifetimes in NYC can live up to this one.

This is what I was hoping Penn 1 would be. Penn 1 is missing the work areas and steam room and nail salon but it does have pickle ball with a waiting list to play.

One Wall St reminds me of like a NJ/LI Life Time but located in NYC. Its not NYC coded in terms of feel. It is really nice though.

It reminds me ofthe iconic Equinox WV or Sports Club but with newer equipment.

The only One Wall Street Life Time is missing is a good set of bike racks on that street the entrance sits on.

P.S. make sure 10 Bryant is at least as good at One Wall Street and has good bike racks.

EDIT: Upgrading to 5 stars because of the new added squat racks!

Nice overall gym, but I’m rating only three stars because of the lack of availability of squat racks. There are often alpha strength classes at peak times which hog the squat racks for the other patrons of the gym. This makes the experience significantly worse.

Life Time One Wall Street is simply outstanding. The facility is modern, spotless, and full of energy everything you could want in a premium fitness club. The gym floor is spacious and has every piece of equipment imaginable, but what really sets it apart is the atmosphere. From the bar and café to the spa and recovery areas, it feels more like a wellness destination than just a gym.

Most importantly, the staff make the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Michael and his team they are professional, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels at home. Thanks to them, I was able to stay consistent with my fitness goals throughout my time in the downtown area.

If you’re looking for a first-class fitness experience in the city, this is the place. Highly recommend!

They’ll keep the sauna open till 10:30 but close the showers at 10:30 so you can’t clean off, absolutely insane. They also don’t announce it.

Edit: I am a club member, I use a different name for Google. They made 1 announcement at 10:30pm.

The first time i came here was a few months ago as a guest and i was astonished at the facility. It is huge and the equipment is all new and the time i went it was not crowded at all ! The hot tub , sauna and steam room are amazing and the showers have so many complimentary items. I was amazed but at a $350 price point i couldn’t justify it in my life but i definitely see why people do ! However my job offers a benefit to get this gym cheaper with Wellhub so I thought about it for a while and finally bit the bullet even though I heard there are some exclusions however after going in and setting my account up with Yaniris she assured me that I have the same signature membership as those who pay full price and not once did i feel treated different while setting this account up. It took about 15 minutes and there are so many perks for new members. Thank you Yaniris for explaining the benefits of lifetime to me I can’t way to begin my journey here !

I’m sorry, but I have to leave a bad review. This place is way too expensive to have such poor upkeep. Half the time there are no towels, and the locker room is dirty.
Like come on guys. I shouldn’t have to stand there dripping wet for 15 minutes.
I have over 11 years in leadership, and over 5 years in hospitality. I can tell these teenagers are not being properly trained and guided.
It’s clear the cleaning crew isn’t being managed properly — it shows every single visit. For a “luxury” gym, this is unacceptable.

Not pregnant friendly, been a member for 8 months and didn’t notice mistreatment until I was visibly pregnant. Typical pregnant symptoms, such as walking/moving slower or having to take a bathroom run before class is frowned upon, even if you speak to the instructor before class. Not every instructor is like this, so it’s a shame the few ruin the reputation for others. Don’t expect any exceptions. I suggest cancelling your membership before you start to show.

I wish I could split my review into pieces because my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, I have had several massages with William who is extraordinarily talented and alone should receive 5 stars. I had some debilitating hip and neck pain and he helped to put me back in order thoroughly and effectively. He is one to seek out and has a very advanced knowledge of anatomy so can work with you on recovery from challenging injuries. He made a significant difference for me when I was struggling to get help from doctors to even diagnose a hip injury. I look forward to continuing to work with him. On the down side, I've gone for a blowout at the spa and it was the single worst blow out I've ever had (no volume, hair fell when I was still in the chair, didn't even ask what I wanted in the style and also started 30 minutes after my appointment because she took a walk-in right before my appointment). Front desk staff is lovely and helpful, childcare facility is also great.

I’m a relatively new member. There is one area with squat racks. There are VERY frequently classes there AT PEAK TIMES, 7-9am, 5-7pm, where unless you’re in the class, you get kicked out. No using squat racks.

That is simply unacceptable. Many of us join for squat racks and it’s literally unavailable over half of peak times sometimes. What’s the point if you can’t even guarantee even a chance at using the squat rack…move the class times PLEASE! It is the most frustrating, nonsensical move ever. If they don’t change this, I will be ending my membership.

I booked a massage with William a few weeks ago to help with some lower back pain I’d been dealing with. I highly recommend massages with William - I travel to this club for the spa even though I am no longer a member with LifeTime One Wall Street. He is knowledgeable and extremely effective for both sport/injury recovery and regular body maintenance. I come in for help with my posture and pain in my traps, and I have felt such an improvement since starting seeing William about a year ago. Also, a spa appointment gives you access to the whole club for the day... Such a good perk!

They have 7 squat racks, which should be more than enough. But if you come after work, during the busiest time of the day, 4 will be taken for an Αlpha class who are only using it as part of a circuit, one will be taken by a PT for 45 minutes who’s having their client stretch and do kettlebell excercises which don’t even involve the rack. So there will be two racks and a big line to wait in. You get a rack faster at Crunch paying 1/10 of the gym membership fee. It’s extremely frustrating to have to wait 30 minutes for a rack for a gym that costs 330 a month. Scheduling the Alpha classes during peak times is such a baffling decision.

I will add though that all the staff here are extremely nice and helpful.

I enjoy my time here and this is my favorite gym in the city. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the facility is spacious and thoughtfully designed. I truly consider it my second home, playground, and happy place. I appreciate the separation of the men's and women's sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, which adds to the overall experience. After a good workout, I love to unwind with a hydro massage and relax in the whirlpool. A big thank you to Matt, Chase, and Dusty for their consistently warm greetings!

However, I’ve rated my experience three stars because there are areas for improvement.

***Recently, I encountered a billing issue and brought it to the attention of one of the concierge staff. He mentioned he would contact the manager, and I followed up the next day, only to be told it was resolved. Almost a week later, I still hadn’t seen any refund or email confirmation regarding the adjustment. After a third inquiry, I connected with Chase, who promptly addressed the issue. This left me wondering about the responsiveness of the initial staff member.

***Additionally, I faced a situation where one of the trainers canceled my appointment without prior notice. This felt unprofessional, but I appreciate Peter for reaching out and resolving the matter quickly.

***I've also noticed that sometimes the staff at the cafe can get a little loud, chatting and laughing as if they were at home. Although it’s great to see camaraderie, it can be distracting while I’m trying to get some work done.

***Lastly, I believe there could be improvements in cleanliness, especially in the women’s restrooms.

Overall, I love this place and I'm hopeful for these adjustments, as it would make a great experience even better!

Clean and comfortable location with great classes - I especially have loved Kirk’s KaNi-Stretch class - I stumbled across it on a Saturday afternoon and had no idea it was what I needed! I’ve taken probably hundreds of classes over the years and this might be one of my favorite ever (!!). I’m so inflexible but Kirk gave us individualized attention based on each of our abilities. I left feeling like I could stand up straighter, stronger, and less overall body tension. Would recommend 10/10!!

Use to really like this location. However, I’ve noticed a clear decline in the cleanliness and overall hospitality of the locker rooms...something that used to be a given at this location.

It appears that Jalen e who use to oversee this area, no longer do and the drop in standards is noticeable. The level of maintenance and attention to detail simply isn’t where it should be. These are foundational elements that impact the overall experience, and I hope steps are being taken to bring things back up to par.

A huge fan of Onika at the bar and appreciate Matt and Dusty's professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Hydrafacial Deluxe treatment with Saul, and it was nothing short of transformative! From the moment I walked into the spa, Saul made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. His expertise and passion for skincare were evident from the start.

The Hydrafacial Deluxe was an absolute game-changer for my skin. Saul took the time to assess my skin’s unique needs and customized the treatment to target my concerns. The results were immediate and stunning—my skin was left glowing, hydrated, and visibly smoother. What truly sets Saul apart is his attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring every step of the process is both effective and relaxing.

Not only did I leave with my skin looking its best, but I also felt rejuvenated and pampered. Saul provided expert advice on how to maintain the results at home, and his recommendations have already made a noticeable difference.

If you’re looking for a top-tier aesthetician who combines skill, knowledge, and a genuine care for his clients, I highly recommend Saul. My experience was beyond exceptional, and I can’t wait to return for more treatments!

Came here today with one of my best friends for the first time and I was amazed!
There are 4 floors - 3 of them are going underground- including the entrance floor, with 3 elevators and stairs.
the only caveat is that except for the entrance to the gym everything is underground so there's no natural lights or windows.
at the entrance floor there is a bar serving alcoholic drinks.

Floor minus 1 is for the different classes.

Floor minus 2 has the locker rooms with showers, steam room, sauna, and small pool with cold water.
on the same floor there's also full service spa, hair dresser, nail salon, and a cafe with several tables and chairs

I met Michael the manager who was very courteous, professional and kind. We had a very friendly conversation.
The Gym is built in what used to be huge rooms that were used as a safe, so there are humongous safe doors still in place at the entrance to every room that really add to the atmosphere and quite frankly it’s something extremely unique.

After extracting and perfecting your skin, she will pamper you with a relaxing scalp massage. She will also consult you and recommend products to address your concerns. William Rojas is truly outstanding! After grappling with a sports-related injury for nearly two years, Mr. Rojas swiftly addressed a significant portion of the issue with his expert sports massage within just five minutes. The subsequent two sessions focused on improving my mobility and flexibility. Remarkably, after just three sessions, I'm at 99% recovery. Now, I've been to other clinics where a combination of physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, and trigger point massages typically takes months for my recovery. Mr. Rojas, however, accomplished it in less than three sessions. While there are still some strengthening exercises to do, I'm immensely grateful to Mr. Rojas for saving me considerable time in my rehabilitation journey.

Not a safe gym for female members.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Lifetime Wall street where I encountered harassment from a male member. Despite reporting the incident to the gym staff, the response I received was disappointing and insufficient.
This particular male, stood over the top of me while I was using 1 of several free squat machines in an attempt to scare me away. Not only did he refuse to leave me in peace he used profanities in an attempt to continue pressing his aggression. I reported the situation to the staff, hoping for a resolution and support given the matter was recorded. However, the actions taken by the gym fell short of addressing the issue adequately which should have at the very least included contacting me. Bad enough that a male felt brazen enough to act this way, even worse when other males fail to act, effectively protecting him and encouraging similar behavior in the future.
The gym management should to take harassment complaints seriously, thoroughly investigate such incidents, and implement stronger measures to create a secure environment for all members. Additionally, improving communication and support systems for members who face such situations is essential.
Please think twice before considering Life time Wall street if you prioritize a gym environment that actively addresses and prevents harassment for woman.

My son and I were there today for a private event. Upon entry the staff member was quick to engage, help, direct and make sure we navigated to the our destination. Yes, this place is huge, and it was our first time. Upon reaching the Vault, yes 3 Levels below ground, Rachel was Awesome in accommodating us and made us comfortable. She remained consistent with integrity making sure everything went well for all guests. The Event Host Kelsey deserves 👏 for pulling off a Quick 🥳 on short notice. Thank you for hosting us and the invite.

T'Nisha is my trainer. We've been working together for a little more than a month, and I am already seeing my body transform. Lifting with more weight than I ever expected and improving my eating habits are what's working for me. She has taught me a lot even during remote sessions while I was traveling. T'nisha also works with colleagues, particularly Will, a massage therapist who worked on the pain in my neck from hunching over my desk and tensing up in the cold winter. Will is very knowledgeable, his massages are not for simply relaxation. What a difference, I feel so better, younger, energetic! Thank you Life Time!

Cafe closes way too early, can’t get a protein shake, water bottle, or energy drink there after 7, while full bar is open upstairs. In a gym. Make it make sense. Also, put some hair gel in the locker rooms. Lifetime’s at lower price points elsewhere have that and more amenities than you’d get here. The Techno gym weight machines are garbage, could’ve invested in some much more practical/useful machines. If you’re serious about working out, you could find better machines at a lower membership cost. Plus, good luck finding a bench in the free weight section during peak hours, in a gym that’s almost a full city block. Sauna glass door doesn’t seal and lets out hot air. You’ll even see other guests stuffing towels along the openings of the door. The new products in the shower are awful and dry out hair and skin (bring your own). Why pay almost $300, who knows? I won’t be any longer.

Definitely one of the best gyms I’ve ever encountered. My trainer Andrew is phenomenal. His wisdom and experience in the world of weight lifting and physical therapy have made me stronger and more in tune with my body than I was when I was in my 20’s.
I also highly recommend William - a structural integrative massage therapist who has helped me with my scoliosis and spinal issues in just a couple of sessions. His massage technique can only be described as ‘deliciously’ painful and invigorating. I cannot praise them enough!

William Rojas is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been on the hunt for a good sports massage and Wil was able to pinpoint the issue causing my the pain in my left shoulder (that has been bothering me for YEARS) and fix it.

Highly recommend. If you’re searching for a sports massage or want a professional massage done to help relieve muscle or join pain, this is the place to be.

Pro: the gym location is nice, it has lots of equipment, clean and spacious

Cons: the men’s locker room can use some signage, especially to educate members: around 4-6 pm when it’s busiest, the used towels are everywhere instead of putting them in the collecting bin by members, there is member drying sweaty underwear and stink up the entire dry sauna, then finally I saw member who was wearing basically their outside shorts into the hot-tub and starting some video recording to streaming. I mean the operation /management should really look into these behavior so the experience aren’t ruined for other members who had basic gym etiquette

Beware of their SCAM POLICY. I was approved and cancelled my membership 30 days ago while paying for the full month that I cancelled for. Then I get a charge of $17.46 because it counts as a pro rated rate for one day in case I use this gym today, the start of the billing cycle. Who would even do that??? Why was I charged?

I haven’t used this gym since I cancelled 30 days ago.

Best gym ever! More like a 5 star hotel than just an amazing gym. Incredible facility and well worth every cent of the slightly premium price.

I’ve been a member or Equinox, Chelsea Piers, LA Fitness…you name it and none quite compare to LifeTime. It’s my favorite home away from home now.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and that’s been consistent across the board unlike some of the other premium gyms where it’s been a bit hot or miss.

I got a massage with William. He is a master masseuse! It's like a sports massage experience. He relieved enormous tension that was inflicting tremendous pain and causing me to hunch. William took the time to understand my needs.

By far the best massage I've had in NYC. Far better than any massage I've had at Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons hotels or other spas.

The first time I scheduled my massage with Will, it was for 1 hour. After the first 5 minutes I asked if we could make it 90 minutes. He is that good!
I scheduled another one for two weeks later when checking out.

Will is able to pinpoint problem areas quickly and work through melting the pain. I have made his sports massage a part of my routine and it has helped me to achieve yoga goals with flexibility and muscle melt.

If you are looking for an off the charts massage, Will should be your next stop.

Huge 75,000 square foot gym with the latest equipment. However, they hold daily classes in the middle of the weights area which means every single rack is in use. The free weights area also only has 4 benches!!!

So if you want to just work out (not classes) then I would avoid this and spend your $270 monthly fee somewhere else. A shame as the staff and everything else is great - why they don't keep classes to the huge studios I have no idea.

I have been here for a month, so gotta experienced most services they offer. This is one of the most spacious fitness facilities in the city, and it has an abundance of machines for working out, so it won't feel crowded even at its peak hours. Some of their classes are top-notch, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I took off one star because of the shower; they're still new and maybe short of staff. You can find the towel bin always full and some towels even just fell off on the floor, and the floor is not clean so you can easily spot dust and hair going around. I hope they can keep the good things and improve over time. It's been a good experience so far.

Update: 2/6-2/14 additional jacuzzi closure. The steam sauna had debris and was clearly not clean during my last visit.

Would benefit from more evening classes, especially yoga and pilates, other than NormaTec and Hydromassage.

Excellent facility and service, especially from the cafe. However, the jacuzzi was out of service during my second visit here - I've read some comments indicating similar issues. Please provide your members with notice of facility maintenance. I hope this isn't an ongoing issue.

The gym is very nice, however my issues were more foundational. Layout of the space is confusing and awkward. The dumbbell / free-bench area is separated from the open space and other machines, making supersets difficult. Finding a space to do pull-ups is much harder than it should be - there’s only 3 places that I found and they’re scattered about. And all of the squat racks can be occupied by a class that’s going on while you’re there - not even 1 left open for general gym goers.

I’d have given this 2 stars but the nice locker room salvaged a 3 star rating.

$270 monthly membership. They charge you extra to use the recovery room, which consists of compression boots and a massage chair EXCEPT Recovery has been operating on very short hours and now it is closed for an entire WEEK while they're still charging members. They don't have the staff to operate it, they say. WELL THEN USE THE EXORBITANT FEES YOU'RE CHARGING MEMBERS AND HIRE STAFF. The jacuzzi hasn't been fixed for over a week as well and they keep lying about when it will be fixed. DO BETTER LIFETIME. YOU CANNOT CHARGE FOR A PRODUCT YOU'RE FAILING TO PROVIDE.

I'm one of the founding member for this club -- great free swag :D.

It's phenonmenal.Perfect timing with their opening with my career start in sell side!

The facilities are top notch, I love the staff -- super friendly and atttentive -- and even got a free orange juice after almost experiencing hallucination after overdoing a spinning workout.

I always leave my stuff in the locker and run outside in Manhattan. Zero issues :)

Just a minor thing -- would apprecaite if shower facilities are cleaned more frequently and check that all hygiene products are filled daily. Few times, one of the cans were empty. And the floor is often wet. I'm very hesistant to walk barefoot there. This happens with every public facility so it is understandable.

I visited other sites in Manhattan and none matches the experience I have at this location. I also love the dumbo location (swimming pool).

Just wish we had a cold pool to dip into at this location and as another reviewer said, a dedicated stretching area. Perphaps rearranging the equipment might solve the issue because I'm afraid of getting hit if I'm too close to someone. During off peak hours, I just use the alpha training zone to stretch / do core.

Another small con is there isn't any sunlight going into the building but I mostly run outside so doesn't matter.

All teachers are amazing. Coach D. and Alex are superb for spinning.

The best part? You get acess to all other locations in USA. Lifetime Bridgewater is very close to my family's home and I always drive there to train. :) Same thing for Lifetime Princeton when I visit Princeton.

BTW I look forward to Whole Foods opening right next door so I can head there after working out and go straight home with the groceries!

4.84/5 :)

I visited the spa at lifetime on a Tuesday evening and had the most amazing facial with Madelin. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me, from what and why she used specific products on my skin, to what to expect during and after my facial and how to treat my skin at home. It ended with the most relaxing massage!

She then directed me to the rehabilitation area where Chris gave me a tour of all the rehabilitation equipment and explained the benefits of them. Tried out the hydro massage bed, no words, I felt great after that!

I can’t wait to come back for my hydro facial! 10/10 recommend!

This location has become my one stop shop. Not only do I get a good workout in but I can also grab a quick bite or enjoy the amazing spa services. I'd like to first highlight the staff at this location. Everyone at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful, a huge shoutout to Ashley, Conor, Lea, Kira, Frankie and everyone at the front desk (apologies if I missed some names). Every time I come in you guys are super warm and welcoming! My experience has been extremely positive at this gym ever since they opened up. Emiliano who is the PT manager is super accommodating and always ready to help. Peter B. is my personal trainer and I can't say anything but good things about him. I've been training with him for a month so far and already see amazing results. I really enjoy working with him, for more info regarding my experience with him so far please check out my testimonial on the club's website. Next I'd like to share my experience with the classes offered at this location. I haven't tried all of them but GTX is by far my fave, and my favorite one at this location is led by Kailey on Thursdays and Saturdays! I also enjoyed taking GTX with Camilla, Jeff and Jesse, they are also awesome and make this class fun and challenging. Camilla's Alpha Conditioning class on Sundays is a great way to recharge for the week ahead. She is an excellent instructor, super knowledgable, and is always ready to help fix your form so you do the workouts correctly. I've also really enjoyed Mary O's GTX class but I've only attended her class at the Dumbo. I really hope they will start offering more classes throughout the week since it's tough to make some of them due to work conflicts or PT. There's only one GTX class on Saturday which I usually miss since I have PT. There aren't any all day on Sunday and then on Mondays it's only early in the morning or in the evening. This isn't a dealbreaker, just wish there were more options. This wouldn't be a complete review if I did not highlight the spa which I feel needs to be marketed more! I LOVE the spa at this location. Boehme is my go to esthetician and is super knowledgable about skincare. She does an incredible job with facials. She knows how to pinpoint the problems with your skin and offer the best medical grade solutions in the market. Ask for Boehme!! I've done a few facials with her so far and already notice a difference from her work and the products she requested I try. She also gives amazing massages...I feel so relaxed after. I also love getting my hair done by Shannon, she's truly an artist and does a flawless job with blowouts. Any time I have an event I know I can rely on her to give me a voluminous gorgeous round brush blowout (which can be very rare nowadays since I've noticed a lot of stylists only know how to use a wand or curling iron not everyone is a master at round brush). Bottom line there are top notch talented artists at the spa that need to be praised for their work. The only thing I would suggest is that spa tries to do more promos or loyalty programs for loyal members since this spa is open to members and non-members. For example a package for blowout with facial for members since folks like me like to get both done or some type of loyalty program with points..... just a suggestion but highly recommend it :) Last but not least, I would like to highlight the cafe. I felt it had a bit of a bumpy start due to long wait times and few other issues but it has improved a lot recently. The protein shakes are delicious and there's a variety to choose from. I also really like their turkey sandwich and BBQ quesadilla. The cafe has come a long way since they opened in September and I'm super proud of them. The staff at the cafe is super friendly and accommodating, a huge shoutout to Maurice for always being on top of it! Overall, I'm so happy I chose Life Time and highly recommend it for anyone not only for fitness junkies! In case I did not share this part, the gym is HUGE and never feels congested like other gyms. Check it out for yourself soon!

Great gym. I was a member of CrossFit Wallstreet which is located less than one block away from Lifetime fitness. I am so happy that I left CrossFit Wallstreet because Lifetime actually has CrossFit-like classes which are called Alpha (which I feel are so much better). Lifetime Wall Street is cheaper than Crossfit Wall Street (and much cleaner), and offers so much more (spin, yoga, weights, cardio, long hours, sauna etc). Further, the trainers at Lifetime are very knowledgeable and experienced. Lifetime is also open until 11pm which is insanely awesome. No brainer in my opinion.

This Lifetime location is hands down the best gym I have tried so far in Manhattan, with a comprehensive collection of machines, a clean locker room, and plenty of amenities. The gym is entirely underground and lacks windows, but you go to a gym to work out and not stare outside a window, so it’s not an issue for me.

Some notable machines are the Hack Squat, V Squat, and even a Waist Squat machine. There are eight squat racks and plenty of cable/plate-loaded machines. This is the first gym that covers all my machine needs, and I can do any workout I want. Compared to Equinox, this gym has a much better selection of equipment

The only problems I had were the lack of flat benches and the lack of a dedicated stretching floor. The weight room is massive and houses more than 15 treadmills but only has five flat benches. Also unlike Equinox, Lifetime doesn’t have a special stretching floor that’s softer than the lifting floor, so any form of stretching feels a little weird but not a deal breaker to me.

This gym, to me, is worth the price tag since it checks off all the boxes for me.
Highly recommend.

The facility is very new and all the equipment seems to be as well. It strays a bit from the standard Lifetime look & feel. The machines are thoughtfully grouped and are the same as the kind you would see in most of the Lifetime gyms anywhere in the country. There's a sauna but I didn't try it out so I can't say if it's wet or dry. The food is reasonably priced. There isn't a turf area where other branches do the Alpha class but I do see it's offered. There is plenty of space between benches so you don't feel cramped. The staff is excellent and on par with other branches.
They are waiting for a liquor license for a bar on the first floor. This can be a good thing or bad!
