I am an energy person and this space definitely passes my vibe check! I have only visited this place once, but I absolutely love this studio. It is a beautiful space to practice. There's ropes on the wall, which is a huge bonus to encourage our use of the ever so helpful wall. The woman who runs it is a truly magnificent teacher of skill, experience, and insight. I admire and look up to her, so I hope some day to move closer to this studio so I may enjoy coming in more frequently. :)

There aren't words to express how grateful we are to Sandy and staff for teaching our little girl authentic yoga since she was 3 now turning 7. Absolutely wonderful yoga school especially for kids 🤩
