Zay is THE BEST!! I’m not an active person but I’ve struggled with a bad back for many years coupled with a stressful job. Working with Zay on a weekly basis for the past year has been a god-send. Lindzay is not only a teacher-she is a truly gifted healer. Anyone can show you some moves, but a great teacher is intuitive to the needs of their student with each lesson. I was/am healing through trauma and Lindzay was able to help heal my mind/body/soul with her challenging sessions, and gentleness when I needed that. As a student of pilates for over twenty years-in the very competitive town of nyc-she is absolutely one of the very best teachers I have ever had. I have been taking privates with her for a year three times a week-recommended her to friends and family-she is meticulous in her teaching, challenging, and is able to gauge any level. Reliable. Kind. Professional. Tough. Gentle. No nonsense. Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. She is a true healer and professional. Also...she transformed my body into long lean lines. So there’s that too...she’s amazing.

I have worked with many pilates teachers over the years. Zay is truly special. Her knowledge, intuition and attention to detail is incredible. One of the qualities that sets Zay apart is her ability to change and adapt on the spot. I have never once felt I was getting a generic workout. Every session, she modifies based on how I am feeling, moving and what my body needs that day. Her workouts are a perfect balance of challenging and fun, as well as technical and restorative. She also gives the most wonderful adjustments! Her space is intimate and beautiful. My hour in the studio always feels like an escape from my day. It is one of the things I miss most since covid. I have been working with her the past few months over zoom and still feel I get the same amount of attention and commitment. I cant recommend Zay enough!

I cannot recommend Zay and her studio more highly! After my second cesarean, I worked 1:1 with Zay to help recover my strength and abdominal separation, along the way she did so much more. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and focused on helping her clients achieve their specifics goals, while keeping in mind their specific needs. Not only did she help bring my abs back post baby, but improved my posture and relieved long standing neck and shoulder pain.
