Yoga, stretching and meditation class. In this beginner class, we will explore easy postures and learn how to connect your breath with movement. You will build strength and awareness in both mind and body. Experience the benefits of meditation as it helps to calm and still the mind. All levels are welcome.

As a disabled veteran, I have struggled with the ability to move and constant pain since I left the service. It wasn't until I became a member of Live Free that my ability to move was reinvigorated. Though the pain is still there, it doesn't hinder my ability anymore to go out and live a somewhat productive life as a result. At the gym, I had one-on-ones with personal trainors like Frank, Kristen, and Ruben (for nutrition). However, my favorite thing to do is to attend the Yoga classes with Kim. Kim's instruction in yoga and mediation has provided me with holistic tools for improving my overall fitness and self-care approach. I am very grateful to Live Free— it's more than just a gym, it's definitely a life-changing environment. I highly recommend this gym for military, first responders, and anybody who needs and wants a serious, positive change in their life.

I was a bit skeptical about taking a yoga class. It’s something new to me and I was a bit nervous. Kim is so amazing and knowledgeable that I’m attending her classes not once but sometimes twice a week. Learning a lot about it and feeling great each time I go. She has a beautiful space too! I highly recommend taking a class with Kim.
