I went from ending every workday in pain to finally living without constant back agony thanks to Ahmed. I’ve had herniated discs and severe sciatica pain for years, so bad I could barely sit or stand after work. Chiropractic care helped, but I needed more than just spinal correction I needed the support with the muscles that surround my spine. Training with Ahmed has been life-changing. His detailed assessment identified exactly where I needed strength, especially in my core, and his personalized workouts target those areas week after week. I’m stronger, my pain has improved, and I finally feel like I’m moving toward lasting relief. Ahmed’s knowledge of the body and injury recovery is unmatched. Highly recommend!!!

I was constantly experiencing a pain issue in my lower back when I did exercises by myself and a lack of energy because I didn’t know the right way of implementing exercise in my life. It made me feel frustrated on my progress. I needed to lose wight because of my health, in order to prevent so many possible diseases of inheritance. So, I tried to do it by myself but it was very difficult because I always hurt my back, so this affected me day to day because I was not able to be engaged to exercise every week (at least 2-3 times) and my health was getting worse.
My experience at Lotus Fitness was more than I expected. At Lotus Fitness I received a very personalized workout plan and one-on-one training according to all my needs. Lotus Fitness always is worried about every detail of my progress. The experience at Lotus Fitness is different because: 1) there is an initial evaluation about how is my body in resistance, flexibility and more, so then comes the personalized training plan. 2) Really focused during all the training without any kind of distractions, 3) explaining the importance of doing every exercise, 4) checking if I feel any kind of pain during and after the training, 4) and tracking all my individual sessions. In the Cardio training, I was not really feeling so good at, but I was evaluated again at this and made the adjustments so I felt better by doing it.
Since training at Lotus Fitness, I can really enjoy every session at the gym without any pain this has made me feel more confidence doing the exercises by myself. The most unexpected benefit for me was to boost in my self-esteem, and that my family has noticed that I’m in better shape. So, I believe Lotus Fitness is perfect for you if you are new to exercising and want to train safely without pain and if you really want to reach your goals. The personalized approach and expert guidance make it ideal for people who have never exercised before. I loved my experience at grateful with Lotus Fitness and I really recommend it!

My back was bothering me almost every day and my hips often felt out of the socket.
It made me uncomfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time.
It made me concerned about it getting worse and how I would feel in 10 or 20 years from now when I have grandchildren.
The biggest hurdle was thinking that a personal trainer really couldn't help me.
My experience at Lotus Fitness was excellent as I immediately started feeling different after just a few sessions.
I can now stand and sit for longer periods of time without discomfort and I can actually run again which made me feel optimistic that I could be more active now and when I am older.
I did not expect results in such a short period of time and the better I feel, the more I can do.
I believe Lotus Fitness is for those that are in pain/discomfort from years of inactivity or not utilizing certain muscles properly.
Lotus Fitness could also be for those who need a push and need direction as to what exercises are best tailored specifically for them.

From having low motivation to having more confidence. When I first started, a big hurdle for me was finding a trainer that will teach me and push me to be better.
Other trainers I've worked with have made me feel like I'm just another client and they don't go into detail about what a specific exercise does. At Lotus Fitness you learn about why you're doing what you're doing, so that you aren't just going through the motions. This has made my exercise program more engaging and keeps me motivated.
My trainer, Ahmed, has consistently gone out of his way to hold me accountable and answer all my questions. Unlike other trainers, Ahmed wants consistent feedback from you, such as how you felt doing the exercises and more importantly if you like doing them or not.
He's made sure the exercises I'm doing are right for my body, since I had a history of lower back issues.He tailors what he does and how he treats you to your preferences, so that you get the absolute most out of his services. I never thought I would get a trainer that would be so compassionate and supportive! It just makes me want to continue pushing myself!
For years I was unable to do a pull up and after working with Ahmed for a few months I decided to try a pull up at the gym and after I did one I felt like I was on cloud nine. I look forward to seeing what else I can accomplish!

It bothered me that I wasn’t as toned as I wanted to be. I found myself feeling unmotivated in the weights department. And even though exercise was always a part of my day, strength training felt like a chore. Even still, I knew it was critical to getting more toned and aging gracefully.
Since then, I’ve been working with Ahmed at Lotus Fitness for years, and in that time, I’ve been constantly getting stronger.
What makes training at Lotus Fitness different, is the attention to detail to my personal goals. We reevaluate our work every couple of months, measure, chat and see how far we have come. After that we go over a plan, so that we can work towards my current goals. Whether it's injury prevention for tennis or an oblique exercise for Summer abs, we’re always on top of it!
Now, not only do I feel more toned, but I can hit a much stronger tennis serve! In the past my serve was ok, but I’ve noticed substantial power increases which brought my game to a whole new confidence level!
I never expected to be this confident with weights too, but here I am!
Lotus Fitness is for everyone and I say that because aging is the one thing we can't control in life. Lotus Fitness provides detailed and specific exercises catered to individuals' muscle strengths and weaknesses. This program is crucial for younger, middle-aged, and older people alike. Before joining Lotus Fitness I was concerned about the direction that my health was going. I knew that one day I wanted to be that fit grandpa who feels and looks good.
But day to day I felt low on energy and I started to feel like I couldn’t enjoy sports and other physical activities that brought me joy.
What I really enjoyed about working with Ahmed at Lotus Fitness is that he tailored the plan precisely to my body. I always felt like he was mindful of exactly where I was at and what I wanted to achieve.
In the past I use to experience back pain and my exercise program accounted for that and actually made it better too!

For decades I tried quick/fad fitness tricks and diets in an effort to get to my desired weight, increased energy/strength, and clothes size. Nothing ever stuck; I got bored or disappointed once the initial results stopped and then I was right back to where I started or worse. I’ve never been an overly ambitious person with exercise or aerobic activities. It’s been a chore which I would put off or avoid altogether. Lotus Fitness opened my eyes and mind to why I’ve failed in the past by sharing detailed information on proper strength training, why certain techniques are better than others depending on the desired results and how focusing on my muscles instead of hours on the treadmill would help me burn calories even when I’m sleeping. I used to think I had to work out every day to see results and it wasn’t sustainable. Lotus Fitness explained everything along the way, and more importantly continually solicited my feedback and incorporated it into our evolving exercise plan. I’ve lost inches, fit into the pants that I previously couldn’t zipper and more importantly I’m not bored and I look forward to going to the gym two or three times a week. As an added bonus, Lotus Fitness also focused on exercises that helped strengthen my knees and I no longer have pain when walking up and down stairs. I feel younger with more energy, better posture and look forward to continuing on my weight loss journey. I’ve gained the confidence I’ve needed to hit my goals because of Lotus Fitness.

Ahmed is not only a fabulous personal trainer, but he is also a uniquely talented muscle healer. He carefully evaluates muscular strength on the right and left sides of his clients’ bodies. Then, wherever he finds pronounced weaknesses, he prescribes custom strengthening exercises. And as muscular symmetry improves, lots of aches and pains reduce, too!
To better illustrate, I'll explain how Ahmed has been helping me. I have a scoliosis that makes the left side of my back always tighter and more painful than my right side. Through muscle testing, he found the quadratus lumborum and the lumbar paraspinal muscles to be weaker on my right side. He recommended a specific weighted lateral flexion exercise for me, that isolates those specific muscles, only on the right side, to strengthen them. He further recommended that I do unilateral upper body workouts (lifting with the right arm only, then with the left arm only) because bilateral lifting often recruits mostly your back’s stronger side, which won’t help the weaker side to strengthen up! It all made sense to me, so I began following Ahmed’s advice. Within just a few days, I could already feel the left side of my back becoming less tight and less painful, and the right side gaining in strength. I am continuing to exercise in line with Ahmed’s guidance, and I really can’t recommend him highly enough!

The customized fitness plans offered by Lotus Fitness are amazing. Lotus Fitness is the only establishment where the trainer/trainers are committed to their clients individual needs. I am so grateful to have found Lotus and I am extremely thrilled for the services I’ve gotten so far. I came to Lotus because I was looking for a place where I can be held accountable to get my workouts in. I feel much better when I exercise. I like to play sports and in order to do so I know I need to be strong so that I don’t get injured.
It has been great working with Lotus fitness in that we have a scheduled meeting twice per week and the program is customized for me.
The folks at Lotus pay attention to detail like none other. They look for the areas I need to improve on and ensure to design a workout plan to focus on those areas.
I now can play the sports that I enjoy with family and friends without the fear of getting injured if I make a wrong move. I also have greater energy because of a consistent work out schedule and I feel strong as well.
Lotus fitness is for anyone who doesn’t know what to do when they work out But knows they need to and it’s good for them. Also those who want to be held accountable to having a program hello this is good for as well.

I came into Lotus Fitness because I felt extremely limited in the gym due to my knee problems. I had multiple knee dislocations when I was younger and I was mentally afraid of pushing myself with certain movements in the gym. Even though I went to Physical Therapy the problem persisted and I felt extremely frustrated because no one gave me clarity on what it is exactly I needed to do. In come Lotus Fitness, Ahmed really helped me figure out exactly how to fix that problem. Not only did he help me fix the problem, but he taught me along the way and was properly explaining our action steps which made me feel like there was a purpose to why we were doing what we were doing. My favorite parts about working with Ahmed is he truly cares about his clients and everything is seriously customized. Now thanks to Lotus Fitness, I am extremely prepared to continue exercising confidently. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you feel limited by stuff going on in your body.

My goal was to find a personal trainer who could help me LOSE FAT,
GAIN MUSCLE and also ALLEVIATE the HIP PAIN that I was experiencing, (especially as I enter into the senior years.)
I had tried most gyms and private trainers. The problem I was having was lack of motivation and the specific knowledge needed to achieve these goals efficiently.
Coming to Lotus Fitness allowed me to achieve these 3 endeavors above listed.

This place is amazing! The space is huge and provides you with all the equipment necessary for an awesome workout. The space and all of the equipment are super clean. The owner is incredible and is very attentive to whatever you need during your time in the gym. He takes all the precautions to make this gym an inviting and clean place to workout. Ahmed is an amazing person and a coach. He likes to personally connect to the person first and understand the goals of the person, understanding the dynamics of the person body, eating habits, not only that besides being a good coach, he is a great mentor and listener who would try his best to provide best possible advise under circumstances. Exceptional attention to details. Professional and knowledgeable. Kareem is not only interested in helping improve your immediate fitness but in creating a foundation to grow on. He helps focus on small movements that can have a big impact. He has a great eye with movement and is awesome at teaching and explaining the “why”. I appreciate understanding why I am doing something rather than just being told to do it. He is able to break down movement for all skill levels and offer different progressions to work towards.
