I have been a member of LYFT for a little over 2 years now and without exaggeration, this gym has completely transformed my approach to fitness and my physical results. This is not just a gym; it's a top-tier training environment that delivers on every front.

The primary reason I recommend LYFT is the unmatched quality of the training and programming. The focus is on strength, endurance and longevity, which has become more important to me as I age. Since starting here, I have made significant strength and endurance gains, including my current comeback period as I deal with medical issues. I attribute this directly to the quality of the programming by Coach Derrick. Derrick is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and motivating.

In addition to the above, the cleanliness of LYFT sets a new standard. This is, hands-down, the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The equipment is always wiped down and the floors are spotless. It makes for a much more pleasant and hygienic training experience.

The atmosphere is supportive, focused, and free of judgment. Everyone is there to work hard, and it creates a highly motivating environment.

Choosing LYFT was one of the best decisions I've made. The combination of elite programming, a spotless and high-quality facility, and a supportive community has not only accelerated my physical progress but has genuinely changed my life for the better. I have been training with Derrick for over a year now. I am stronger than ever and continuously challenged. Derrick thoughtfully creates personalized programming that keeps building and pushing me toward my goals. Love the workouts in his beautiful gym. I feel like a badass pushing sleds and lifting barbells but we didn’t start there and I’ve never left the gym feeling wrecked and too sore to continue. He really meets you where you are and builds from there. And we have a lot of fun!

I really enjoy working out at LYFT. Derrick is a great coach. He has a lot of knowledge and creates great workouts each week. Each class is more intense and productive. Derrick is the trainer I've been looking for a long time to teach me the right movements for my body. With each class, he is more dedicated to teaching me that I can give more of myself. Every day is a bigger challenge to be able to attend his classes. Love this gym! Derrick is a great coach who provides challenging workouts while also acknowledging the need for modifications (I have an injured knee and usually need to modify lower body exercises). And even with modifications, I always feel that I’ve gotten a great workout - the soreness the next day is proof of that. LOL. It’s also a great community to workout with - people of all different fitness levels who encourage each other. I’m a mom who works full time and I really appreciate that there are classes in the mornings and evenings. Finally, the gym itself is BEAUTIFUL and always clean. Can’t ask for anything more. Harrison is lucky to have this place as part of the town!

Had a great session with Derrick today! He is very thorough and able to easily articulate the correct form to isolate the muscle groups that are being worked. He's a gifted coach and is good at motivating me to get an extra rep in. The gym is very clean and organized... perhaps the cleanest and most organized gym I have had the opportunity to workout in! I am very picky when it comes to gyms and this is for sure one of the best gyms I have been to. Highly recommended!

I’ve been training with Derrick for years. He creates a judgment-free environment; where you can ask questions about the exercise routines, and proper form for a better understanding. All his sessions are structured to maximize results.

This place is gorgeous! This gym was given a complete overhaul; with new equipment, updated turf, and a restroom.

Located in Harrison, a block from the train station and the I-95. Get a great workout before getting home and settling down.

You aren't just joining a gym; but a community!

This has been a long time coming! A legit strength and wellness location right in Harrison. Forget that it's conveniently located next to the Metro North and the I-95 but the facility is spectacular. All of the equipment is fresh with a clean and inspiring decor. Derrick is really the gem here as his training methodology really pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Solid exercise routines with a concentration on form for maximize results. I cannot imagine working out at a typical gym after doing this boot camp. It has been an amazing experience and the best workout program I have tried! It is intense, but the trainers are so mindful about individual strengths and weaknesses' would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new, effective way to workout. The personal one on one training have been extremely effective and the results are visible.
