Welcome to Mary Mogil Fitness. I’m glad you’re here! And I get it – if staying in shape were easy, then everyone would do it. Because it’s not as easy as we would like, most of us need some inspiration and coaching to help us get going and stay on course.

That’s why I’m here: to make fitness easier, safer, and more fun for you. I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist. Corrective Exercise helps reduce injury and allow one’s body to move more efficiently as well as recover. I operate a private studio, which allows me to work one-on-one with clients.

Our first session is on me, and I will travel to your location if needed. Let’s talk!

Mary can be defined as very professional, patient, knowledgeable and caring. I have never left my session with Mary not feeling great. I had always been active until I was hit with Brain Cancer. Being in many gyms over the years and working with trainers I will say Mary is truly focused on helping me be the best version of myself. She corrects me when my form is off, she works along side me as demonstration, she explains what muscle group we are working when we do an exercise and even knows how to modify an exercise for me when needed. My balance issues have gotten better and I am now believing in myself. The Gym is always clean and towels are always fresh. Being I am not one to put myself first, I am so grateful and feel so blessed to have Mary with me on my journey to rediscover myself. She is so worth the investment.
