This facility is beyond outstanding. My child has been here for several years and has grown both physically and emotionally . The staff is a mix of advance black belt students and some very exceptional instructors. They have fun events throughout the year like attending a Red Wings game. Master Kim's was recommended to us from my best friend.. both of her children have been going there since they were younger her son and daughter are both black belts right now.. We went to an open house and the kids loved it.. they're about to be testing for their yellow belts in August.. Master Dewild along with all of the other instructors and staff are absolutely amazing with the kids.. Great place to make friends learn discipline, responsibility, structure.. and just all around a positive place.. I highly recommend!

I was nervous about starting taekwondo as a (very) out of shape adult but everyone there is wonderful! My son started as soon as he turned 4 and he is so proud of himself and everything he has learned. They are even finding creative and fun ways to let us continue our training through COVID. Me personally, I love Master Kims Taekwondo. I love the warmups and races, the kicking drills, anything like that. I would say as I’m ranking up higher, I would need more practice time during Taekwondo just to make sure I have the things I need to do. There is more things to learn and do so, I think adding 5 more minutes for testing material, I think it would he fine.

Master DeWilde has created a very encouraging, positive and supportive atmosphere at his dojang. His extensive knowledge, skill, and practice of Tae Kwon Do is both inspiring & impressive.

Returning to training as an adult after a twenty-six year absence has been challenging; but, Master DeWilde at MKTKD in Greece does a great job in accommodating & understanding each individual student's needs.

Best Tae Kwon Do Institute in Rochester, hands down. The instructors are wonderful and clearly recognize what kids need as they learn. Students are positively motivated to keep trying their best. There are always fun events for kids and families to be involved in, and lots of opportunities to give back to the community in a fun and empowering way. I've seen an increase in my daughter's confidence that has moved beyond TKD and into other areas of her life, and absolutely have Master Kim's to thank for this growth.

My Son Logan just started 1 Month ago. Master DeWilde and his support staff have been absolutely amazing with my son. My son has a severe visual impairment due to a rare eye disease. He is legally blind. The staff are supportive and hold Logan accountable in a positive way. Logan’s visual impairment makes it extra challenging for him to learn and follow at the same pace. I am grateful the staff are so patient and understanding.

Master DeWilde is extremely friendly and supportive and is very accommodating for our family and thr teaching structure that they have in place is very well lead and challenging while still fun! The classes are friendly towards people of all shapes and sizes and including children with disabilities. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to ditch the electronics or even just get some exercise in! Just beware that the hour long class goes by fast from how fun it is! 😍

This establishment phenomenal with their students. They know every single name of every student from day one. They’re so patient with my girls (ages 5 and 6) and with all of the other students. They really seem to practice what they preach when it comes to being patient, kind and hard working. Master Kim's has very friendly staff that interacts well with children and parents. They offer a friendly learning environment which is very helpful for younger learners that are a little nervous. My niece has been doing Taekwondo here for 3 years since she was 5 and loves it. I'm not sure if it's an option for everyone but she also was able to have a birthday party there recently where her guests were able to practice a little. They loved it.

From the front desk to the matts the kids practice on the staff is amazing. Sensei Andrea always greets us with a welcoming smile and a friendly hello. Sensei Cody & Cory ensure each student performs each movement correct and let's not forget Sensei Dillon who does a great job at making sure students don't take shortcuts for example on splits. Your split is supposed to be uncomfortable. Great school great teachers.
