One of the best hot studios in the area. I’ve been able to grow my practice SO much through this studio.

You can’t go wrong with ANY class here. There’s such a mixture of classes for however you’re feeling. I started taking classes outside my comfort zone like Paige’s Pilates and Aubrey’s Ashtanga Open Studio and I have never felt better or stronger. I leave feeling like I spent 3 hours in the gym with the way we engage our muscles and core. Also, I really enjoy all the yoga flows for a traditional yoga feeling & some of their unique classes like ground & sound as well as massage and meditate in the evenings. Been here for about 6 months and won’t leave!🥳

This really is the most incredible yoga studio. From the community of people that attend, to the wonderfully supportive instructors and even the ambiance of the studio- it’s impossible for me to leave here without having a better day. I was only here for a few months before signing up for the yearly membership. Thank you to everyone at meltdown that makes every experience even better than the last!

Meltdown Yoga is the place I never knew I needed!! I reluctantly took a yoga class with a friend. I enjoyed it so much I went back on my own to try a Pilates class. One class with PAIGE and I was hooked! All the classes and instructors are truly great but it’s PilatesbyPaige that keeps me coming back for more!! The Pilates crew is super supportive and Meltdown has become one of my favorite places to be!!

Meltdown Yoga has become my new favorite place! I’ve taken a few different classes so far and they have all been so challenging but so much fun. The staff is friendly and have a ton of energy that just makes you want to push yourself harder. All the class participants are so friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home on my first day. I’ve never done any form of yoga before so the classes are tough, but you can go at your own pace and the instructors provide modifications for all levels. I signed up for the first month unlimited membership, but I will definitely be continuing!!
Update: I’ve been a member for the past 6 months and I feel like my body has gotten so much stronger. Pilates with Paige has challenged me in ways I could never imagine. (I never knew I was capable of a 3 minute plank 😅). The community of students is so supportive and encouraging that it just makes you want to keep coming back each day!

If you are new to wellness or an advanced guru, meltdown yoga is the place to be! Walking into a waiting area of with an atmosphere of pure zen you head to the back room that is lit up with a full wall to wall glass door that opens to nature! From the ambiance, instructors, heating lamps to allow your muscles to stretch even more and the classes are top notch! Booking a class is easy and they respect their clients by locking the front door once class starts to not interrupt the focus of the participants….so be on time! I highly recommend meltdown yoga as a safe space to try something new just for you! You’ll be so glad you, “showed up for yourself.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PILATES CLASS!

Pilates by Paige at Meltdown!
Paige’s Pilates class is inspiring, challenging, and truly motivating. She pushes you in a way that makes you feel stronger, not overwhelmed. Her music playlists are always on point, and the whole atmosphere is so inclusive — men, women, all ages, all ethnicities. I’m 47 years old and I walk out of there feeling powerful, flexible, and proud of myself every single time.

If you want a workout that transforms both your body and your mood, take her class. You will NOT regret it.

I've been coming to Meltdown since April and it has been such a transformative experience. I haven't met a class I didn't enjoy. Each class and teacher make you feel welcomed. It is clear in this studio you aren't just a number and the friendships I've made in my time here are invaluable. I would recommend this place over and over if I could. If you are coming please leave a space for me in Pilates it books up quick 😂

What an experience!!!! Each class is designed to melt all your stress, tightness and mental anguish away. You leave feeling like a brand new person. The location is conveniently located in the up and coming downtown Newburgh, NY. The interior has a combination of industrial and eclectic design. Once your session begins you are automatically taken to a zen setting. The play list along with each instructor creates an atmosphere that is unique, creative and engaging. Meltdown Yoga does not disappoint.

I’m so grateful for Meltdown. They have offerings that work with my fluctuating schedule, they challenge me to find new strength and movement, and the heated classes are the perfect end to any day. They’ve invited me to drop deeper into my practice, engage in my community and sing through a 3 minute plank (I’m looking at you Paige)

Thankful I started here and excited to see where it takes me xx

I took advantage of the new student deal (3 classes for $29) and had such a great experience. The hot yoga classes were excellent and the community is so friendly. Love this yoga studio! The instructors are all amazing, and the hot red lights take yoga to the next level (getting around 100 degrees hot)—turning it into a cardio workout on top of all the other benefits, like movement, strength, flexibility, and of course the meditative side of yoga. I tried it a few times and loved it so much that I ended up joining. Just make sure to have a good yoga mat that doesn't get slippery when you sweat because you’ll be dripping with sweat within 10 minutes.

The vibe is sooo chill and yet on the other side of that token you are pushed in such a nurturing way that you’re eager to meet the expectations of the yoga instructor. Most of my interactions have been with Dana and she is amazing.

Finding Meltdown Yoga and becoming part of the community it’s a full circle moment for me. I started getting closer to the studio through friends and eventually arrived. Within the first few weeks I had a heart to heart conversation with Dana that has helped overcome smoking cigarettes after 13 years, which I am beyond grateful for. Cannot thank you enough Dana 👏 I’ve been practicing since the beginning of the year and I have to say, those 6am Hot Sunrise Flow with Dana and Hot Pilates with Paige have helped me tremendously! My body was very, very underdeveloped and I feel way better about myself now! but still a work in progress 😅 The entire team is amazing, very kind, warm and welcoming. So are all the practitioners. I feel at home when I’m with them. Thank you so so much to Dana, Paige, Jillian, Bill, Kaitlyn, Stephanie, Sarah, Jenny, Audrey, Jon, Alex and Meredith. You guys are all amazing people and deserve the best the world can give. I can’t thank you enough for welcoming me and guiding me. The studio is very well equipped, has everything you need and much more. Highly recommend Meltdown Yoga and all the clases. Thank you all again 💚

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meltdown Yoga — A Vortex of Love, Energy, and Transformation

I’ve had the privilege of practicing yoga all over the world — from India, Thailand, and the Dominican Republic to NYC, the Hudson Valley, and beyond. Yoga has become my go-to balancer, my momentum creator, and my source of good energy.

When you walk into a yoga studio, you’re stepping into a potential vortex of love and passion that flows from the owners and teachers into the entire community. Meltdown Yoga is exactly that — a vortex of pure heart, energy, and dedication.

It begins with Dana Campo. I first walked in at the beginning of summer, and from the moment I met her, I felt her warmth, love, and abundant energy. I took her class that day and wasn’t disappointed — in fact, after that first session, I went back seven days in a row.

I’ll admit I had a little rust in my bones — but after three days here, that rust was gone. The heat, the flow, the motivation… I was burning fat, moving freely, and feeling unstoppable. Dana inspires because she is authentic and fully committed.

If you’re new to yoga, this studio is the perfect starting point. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. The students are positive, supportive, and focused on their own journeys. My advice: The first month intro deal is great value and can create awesome momentum, the key is to just show up. Even if you need to rest during the class, you’ll still be in the vibe and energy, and that energy will carry you forward.

Meltdown Yoga isn’t just a place to stretch — it’s a place to grow, heal, and ignite your best self.

I'm semi-new to yogalates/pilates. I've tried it at other studios but have never felt so welcomed by other students/instructors.

I'm a plus size athlete and I'm not afraid to push myself to the limits in this studio. From alternative poses to the infrared lights, my body/mind is always being challenged... in a good way haha.

Meltdown Yoga is truly a gem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by the entire community. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch classes with such an inclusive and uplifting environment but Meltdown Yoga does exactly that.

I’m so grateful to be part of the Meltdown community. Every instructor brings something unique to their class, and no matter what your experience level is, you’re made to feel right at home. Dana, the owner, has created something really special here. Her warmth and genuine care make you feel like you truly belong even if you’re not an expert. She sees you, encourages you, and makes sure everyone feels seen and valued.

I was especially excited when they added the meditation and sound bath class. It’s been an amazing addition and really speaks to their commitment to holistic wellness. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your body, calm your mind, or connect with like-minded people, this is the place to be.

Meltdown Yoga is more than a studio, it’s a supportive, inspiring community that lifts you up and keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming and up-lifting. One of the highlights for me has been Pilates by Paige – it’s absolutely amazing. Paige knows exactly how to guide you through a session that targets every part of the body. Her classes are challenging in the best way and leave you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and pays attention to form, which makes a big difference.

I also can’t say enough good things about the Hot Vinyasa classes with Dana. They’re the perfect blend of strength, flow, and sweat – just what you need to detox and reconnect. The heat adds that extra push and Dana keeps the sequences creative and motivating. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years, there’s something here for everyone.
Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking to deepen your practice and feel your best – body and mind.

I was referred to the studio by a friend, and from the moment I stepped in, I could feel my spirit guides surrounding me. Both Dana ans Bill have been warm and welcoming and my delight was meeting Chip who reminds me of my Lola. The energy and vibrational pull were undeniable, guiding me deeper into my commitment to my yogic path. Every instructor carries a rooted, grounding energy, a healing peace that my soul has been craving. Each class feels like a sacred return to self.
Meltdown, in particular, allowed me to release what no longer serves me. The intensity of the heat was transformative, it felt like a rebirth through fire. I’m so grateful for this space and all the ways it continues to nourish my journey.

Meltdown Yoga in Newburgh has truly been a game-changer for me. The Hot Vinyasa classes are nothing short of transformative physically, mentally, and emotionally. I leave each session drenched in sweat but completely recharged, centered, and stronger than the day before. It’s not just yoga it’s therapy, strength training, and spiritual cleansing all in one.

The studio is welcoming and beautifully set up, but what makes it special is Dana, the owner and soul of Meltdown Yoga. She is AMAZING, so knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely invested in every student’s growth. Her energy is magnetic, and her teaching style encourages you to push past your limits while still honoring your body.

If you’re looking to improve flexibility, build strength, quiet your mind, and connect more deeply with yourself, this is the place. I’m so grateful I found it. Meltdown Yoga is changing my life one flow at a time.

Do yourself a favor and experience it, you’ll thank yourself after every class.

After completing the 30-day unlimited membership, I didn’t even hesitate—I signed up for the yearly membership! That’s how much I’ve come to love Meltdown Yoga.

I’ve been consistently taking hot Pilates classes for the past 3 months, and the strength, energy, and progress I’ve seen in my body have been incredible. Every class pushes me just enough, and I leave feeling stronger and more empowered.

Paige is amazing—she creates such a welcoming space and truly makes everyone feel comfortable and supported, no matter your level.

I also tried the Message & Meditate class, and it was the perfect way to decompress and feel grounded again—so relaxing and peaceful.

I believe in this space so much that I’ve recommended it to my friends and even brought a few with me to class! If you’re looking for a studio that challenges your body while calming your mind, this is it. Run don’t walk!

It was my first time signing up for a class. I didn’t know where it was and had to park two blocks away when I arrived to the class it was 0902 class started at 0900 (hence why I was late because of the parking issue). They locked all the doors no one was in the front I went to back and peeped my head over the fence to grab someone’s attention. Everyone in that class clearly blatantly ignored me and I was in attire that made me look like apart of that class not like some weirdo looking at females. So overall $20 never getting back and won’t be coming back.

I was a yoga teacher in NYC from 2011 til the pandemic, and really appreciate the intensity of the Meltdown classes as well as the clear expertise of the teachers around cueing, alignment, pacing, etc. etc. Wish it was closer to me, but it's worth the drive!

Meltdown Yoga is an incredibly inviting and supportive studio, where the warmth and friendliness of the staff, owner, and fellow members immediately make you feel at home. The studio itself is stylish, modern, and clean—with a serene and calming atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for practice.
I’ve had the opportunity to take multiple classes with different instructors, and each one has been a rewarding experience. The sessions are thoughtfully structured to be both challenging and accessible, with instructors who skillfully adapt to students’ varying levels of experience and ability.
Although I travel nearly 30 minutes to get there, every visit reaffirms why it’s worth the drive. The consistent quality of the instruction and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I wholeheartedly recommend Meltdown Yoga to anyone looking for a welcoming space to grow their practice and find balance.

Where to even begin…. Meltdown Yoga has tremendously helped my Mind, Body and Soul connection. I was feeling lost not knowing what to do to become grounded again so I decided to try a class and from the first class I was hooked. I stayed and doubled up. The way they format their schedule allows you to double up, triple up or even quadruple up in one day without feeling burnt out or bored. All the classes are different and the teachers are all so welcoming. They push you to become the best version of yourself and help deepen your practice. I can’t stop recommending Meltdown enough and honestly this is just a fraction of how I feel about Meltdown. As someone who hasn’t practiced yoga in quite a long time due to various injuries, I was really hesitant to start practicing again for fear of not being able to keep up. Well, I took the leap and signed up for the new student special and knew instantly that I made the right choice in Meltdown. Dana and every instructor has made me feel comfortable in practice even though I still have a hard time keeping up and have to drop into a child’s pose more often than I’d like. Just about four months in and no intent on stopping!

We are so luck to have meltdown yoga! I started going in the heat of the summer, after a friend told me that hot yoga helped her acclimate to high summer temps (spoiler alert: it did!). I’m mildly addicted now.

I really appreciate that there are 8pm classes - sometimes these are the only ones that fit my schedule.

I started going to Meltdown in March with no yoga experience just looking to improve my overall health physically and mentally and I have not looked back!! Everybody makes you feel so welcomed and encourage to be the best version of yourself. Each teacher brings something different to each class but they have one thing in common they love the practice. Thank you Jenny, Steph, Jill, Aubrey and of course Dana ! You’ve all helped me in this journey and I’m forever grateful for the love you pour into all your classes.

I just took a class at Meltdown Yoga with Dana (owner and amazing Yogi) and wish I started going sooner. Years away from practice, this studio has reconverted me. If you are experienced or novice, I encourage you to take a class here - the environment is welcoming, beautiful, and an overall gem. Thank you Meltdown Yoga for coming to Newburgh!

Meltdown Yoga Studio has truly transformed my perspective on life and my approach to health and wellness. It’s more than just a yoga studio—it’s a space that has helped me develop consistency in my practice and encouraged me to “show up for myself” every day. The studio’s emphasis on personal growth and self-care has inspired me to live a healthier life, reminding me that a healthy life is a wealthy life.

The hot yoga classes are both challenging and rewarding. There are moments during the class where I find myself questioning why I’m putting myself through such intense heat, but the sense of accomplishment I feel after each session is beyond words. It’s a physical and mental challenge that leaves me feeling stronger every time.

Dana and Bill, the owners, have created something special at Meltdown Yoga. From the moment I joined, I felt like a part of a supportive and welcoming community. They truly care about their members, and it shows in the way they listen to feedback and offer a variety of class times that cater to different schedules.

One of the things I love most about Meltdown Yoga is the diversity among the teachers. Each one brings something unique to the mat, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a gentle flow or a more intense workout, there’s always something new to learn and experience in every class.

If you’re looking for a place that not only challenges you physically but also supports your journey toward a healthier, more balanced life, I highly recommend Meltdown Yoga Studio. It’s a life-changing experience that you won’t regret.

Meltdown yoga is the place to be when looking for a great hot yoga class, a deep stretch class, hot pilates, and a restorative class. The teachers are some of the best in the area and truly make each class unique. As a runner yoga has been key to my training. Helping with stretching and strengthening muscles, especially has helped with my back and hip pains from all the miles I run each week. Helping with mobility and preventing injury. Definitely give one of their many hot yoga classes and pilates classes a try. You won't be disappointed.

I am in love with this place. I have been a member for 4 months now. I have tried all the classes and workshops. Every teacher in the studio has a special gift and they work with you. All levels are welcome. There are hot classes, regular classes, stretch classes, outdoor classes, and a killer hot Pilates class. Meltdown Yoga is the best community. I drive 45 minutes to get to this place. You can even double up on classes to make it fun and challenging.

Even though meltdown opened recently it has quickly become my second home. Dana and Bill have created such an incredible community in such a short period of time and go out of their way to make each new member feel at home. Every instructor is unique and authentically themselves so each class is exciting and engaging. I’ve been practicing yoga for years and with the variety of classes and styles I have advanced my practice so much since joining the studio. If you are looking for an incredible community, looking to deepen your practice (or both!) this is the place.
