I would give Mike 10 stars if I could!
His knowledge about nutrition as well as how to really get results with his workouts are a powerful combination. He is super positive, motivating and had me laughing at times to distract me as he increased weights. In every session I walked away knowing so much more about how to get healthy.
Mind you.... I am NOT NOT NOT a "gym person" in fact, I used to hate it. But I found myself looking forward to every session with Mike!
In fact, because he directed me to get bloodwork before working on nutrition with me, he singlehandedly put me on the right track to turn around very bad bloodwork results.
Mike is an all-around amazing coach and trainer. I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone serious about improving their health and wellbeing!!!

I was always around 130-140 pounds my adult life, until I had my daughter. She was almost 4 years old, but I still weighed the same weight as when I was 9 months pregnant – 190 pounds. I thought, well, this is my life now and I was ok with it. I was also working too many hours and just never seemed to have any time left to take care of myself. Five months ago, I was actually trying to talk someone else into hiring a personal trainer because they were very unhappy with their weight. This got me thinking and I realized my daughter will have no pictures of me, because I refused to take any pictures due to not liking how I looked. That made me very sad and I thought why am I not listening to my own advice. I googled Long Island’s #1 trainer and Mike’s website came up. As soon as I met him, I knew I could trust him 100% and that he wanted me to succeed. I listened to everything he told me to do, how to workout and what to eat and this resulted in me losing 60 pounds in 5 months. I was really surprised that I didn’t have to wait longer to feel better. Every single day, from day one, I felt the difference. The weight loss also had so many other benefits though. For as long as I can remember back to my early 20’s I’ve had knee pain, especially walking up and down the stairs. Doctors told me I had degenerative joint disease. I’ve noticed since working with Mike the pain has reduced when I used the stairs. Little by little the pain has disappeared completely. Another issue I used to have prior to working with Mike was my left thigh would go numb for the past five years since I was 6 months pregnant. I would also get shooting burning pain suddenly, so bad it’d wake me up in the middle of the night. I was told by doctors that pregnancy weight gain and the baby probably shifted or damaged a nerve and that feeling may or may not come back. Guess what - after 6 months with Mike, no more burning, no more shooting pains and the numbness has subsided. I have more energy, more ambition, more confidence, but most importantly, my daughter has a happier and healthier mom that is no longer embarrassed to be in a photograph. Mike’s changed every part of my life for the better and I’ll be forever grateful for that. One of the things I love most about Mike is his honesty. I thought I was giving him reasons for me being overweight, but he made me see I was giving him excuses. He told me I sounded like a victim. He was right and I didn't want to sound like that. I didn't even realize that I sounded like that. He told me the truth I needed to hear. So now, when I think of my life and how it was before Mike Lynch was in it and how it is after with Mike Lynch in it I can say with 100% certainty I’m never going back to the way my life was before.

Going to Mike for training was one of the best decisions I could have made. Mike is an honest guy who will tell you straight what you need to hear, but does it without being an a-hole. In fact, I have really enjoyed my workouts even though they are definitely challenging. Mike knows, and shares his knowledge of, all the behind the scenes stuff that goes on in your body and he explains why you should do certain exercises. I call him an intense guy, but thats only because he is so passionate about what he does. If you have ever been to a trainer at a gym, I am sure you have been disappointed. You usually either get someone who doesn't give a sh-- or someone who feels like they have to be a drill sergeant. You won't get that with Mike. Go see him. You'll be happy. You'll also be out of breath and sore but you'll be happy.

Mike Lynch started training my husband in 2002. He would come to our house to train him because his gym was not open yet. My husband suffered severe lower back pain that landed him in the hospital a few times. That all changed with Mike Lynch. He not only worked out my husband, but he healed him. We moved to Georgia in 2007 and my husband still uses techniques he learned from Mike all those years ago. I trained with Mike a few years before we left for Georgia and I lost weight and firmed up. He knows how to push you while never hurting you. His knowledge of nutrition and the human body is vast. We still call him to ask him questions and he never hesitates to take his time and answer any of them. Mike Lynch is not only a trainer but he becomes a friend to anyone that he trains! I found mike on a google search and saw that he had a lot of good reviews so I decided to check him out myself. I had been procrastinating working out since the pandemic hit and I haven’t been able to get back into it since than. After going to mike I learned so much about fitness! He pushes me to do my best and he taught me great techniques that I could use on my own time. After procrastinating for about a year, I finally decided to give Lynch fitness a call and try a workout with Mike. I have been active in sports and lifting workouts my entire life and was hesitant to get a coach after so many years of extensive reading and self-workouts and thru knowledge accumulated from gyms, videos, and subscriptions. My first meeting with Mike filled in the gaps I did not know I was missing. It was paced well with the right combination of strength and aerobic routines that made the time spent enjoyable and satisfying at the same time.
Without missing a beat, we went from one exercise to the next engaging and combining cardio and lifting, utilizing the entire time spent accomplishing a challenging program but not one that I would want to quit after the first 10 min. With a leisurely and at times a more demanding pace I completed the exercises in half the time I would have if I performed my own routines.
If you want to learn from an expert, be challenged, and have fun while you are sweating and pumping which seems contradicting, then give Mike Lynch a try.
I enthusiastically support his routine model and the benefits you will accomplish in half the time with Mike than doing it by yourself and above all he can format a dietary program without any starving and hunger strikes you have known in the past.

For several years I have been searching for the “perfect” program or diet. I’ve tried CrossFit, bodybuilding, numerous programs and tons of money wasted. Mike has been my Dad and Sister’s trainer for years. After watching their transformation I knew I had to get in on the action. I had never met Mike before so I didn’t know what to expect. To call Mike a 'trainer' does him a disservice. He is a fitness and nutrition expert. You will be hard-pressed to find a person more knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. Mike successfully uses his knowledge to craft effective custom personal exercise regiments and nutritional guidelines for each one of his clients.

Being in my late 50's, I needed to make a life and health change. The kid trainers in the local gym just didn't seem to have the motivation I was looking for. I found Mike on Google and contacted him. He seemed so knowledgeable and level headed about the direction he was going to take with me. Mike's gym is clean and private and it keeps me focus without all the normal gym distractions.
