I have been working with Mike for less than a year, but I’ve already learned so much. I began seeing Mike for lower back pain that has been making me uncomfortable for about a year. Working with Mike for the last 7 years has been an ever changing (improving) experience for both my husband and myself. His extensive knowledge of the path to follow for a healthy, energy- filled, balanced lifestyle is only one of many aspects in his training program. My husband and I are polar opposites with regard to fitness, exercise and especially nutrition. Mike was a full service trainer. He is able to meet you at your home, gyn, or host you at his. He breaks down your diet, water intake, stress levels, General health and fitness. He builds a structured program for you to complete which is different every month so there is a variety of exercises to complete so you don’t get bored. I could tell a major difference in my body and stress levels after just a month or two working with mike. He is a fantastic trainer and I would highly recommend him for anyone who is interested in working on yourself to become a better you.

As a person suffering from multiple herniated discs with constant nagging back and neck pain, I felt defeated and the pain was really starting to get to me. I knew I needed to do something after traditional prescribed physical therapy failed to give me any relief.
Mike was my cure. His holistic approach and education puts him above the rest when it comes to understanding how the body works and how it Should work. I learned how to use my body the correct way so I wouldn’t re-injure myself. He really focused on the muscles that would help my body become more stable and relieve the pain I was eventually able to do a bit of strength training. He’s really invested in his clients well being. I am thankful.

13 years ago, I met Mike DiSapio, when my trainer went on vacation. I was 5 months pregnant! I was nervous, having to train with someone new, but Mike proved to be phenomenal. He kept me in great shape and he kept me on the tennis court. Most people at the gym didn't even know I was pregnant. Unfortunately, we lost touch after a few years due to my crazy schedule. I reached out to Mike when he started Mind Body Fit. I was gaining weight and I was unhappy. Mike taught me how to balance my life by teaching me stress management techniques and he helped me to balance my diet. Mike is knowledgeable, supportive and non judgemental. Beware, he will most likely have some crazy exercise for you to try, but know that he will have already mastered it himself and will know that it works! I recommended him wholeheartedly!

My experience with Mike DESAPIO was one of the most memorable and fascinating experiences I have ever encountered. Approximately one year ago I was in I was in a severe Head on collision while visiting my daughter and son-in-law in North Carolina. I was transferred to a trauma hospital after suffering a spinal cord compression injury. After having spinal surgery and months of rehabilitation in North Carolina I came home to New York. This is where my real recovery began. I started training and working diligently with Mike. It was never expected for me to have the recovery and mobility that I have today. With Mikes positive energery and knowledge of sports medicine I have my life back. Not only is he a wonderful human being but he is given me the strength and mobility to regain my life back. I will forever be grateful.

Mike is an amazing trainer!!! I've been working with him for about 8 months now and I couldn't be happier! I have a lot of injuries and ailments, so I'm always worried that someone is going to push me in the wrong direction where I hurt myself even more....Not Mike!
