Absolutely transformative experience working with Trainer Z. He is phenomenal — kind, motivating, funny, and he gets results. I never knew I could lift weights (or kick a punching bag that many times in a row!), and week after week, I am surprised by what I am able to do with his guidance and encouragement. I did a demo workout and fitness assessment with Zor, it was a great experience! Zor is encouraging and provides knowledge and education with a sense of humor. He is sensitive to any injuries you bring up and gives modifications as needed. I will be moving forward with personal training—highly recommend Zor and Mind n Body Fitness!

I've been strength training my whole adult life and just started with Zor a few weeks ago. He's an amazing trainer. Motivating, knowledgeable, professional and gets me to push myself. He is also respectful about working with modifications when I need them due to prior injuries. (some trainers aren't!) Great experience, great space. I would highly recommend him!

I went to Mind N Body Fitness for an "In Person Fitness Consultation + Demo Workout" and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire experience. I found the facility modern, clean, well lit and featuring a variety of modern machines and equipment. Trainer Z himself is a pleasant and knowledgeable individual who explained everything in simple terms and took time to listen and adjust to my specific situation and needs. After the pandemic when I abruptly stopped with a personal trainer in NYC,I began twice a week a month ago and I couldn't be more pleased. Z the trainer is excellent..He gears the workouts to my level. He is considerate and professional. I can see progress in my strength and range if motion in the month I have been training at Mind and Body. I

Zor is an excellent trainer. He gets the best performance out of everyone in class and he makes working out fun! He also is really skilled at working around people's issues, like knee, ankle, lower back, etc. I look forward to every class and I am energized for the rest of the day. I enthusiastically endorse Trainer Z! I've been trained by Trainer Z since 2012. I've run competitively all my adult life and, at the time, was looking to expand my regiment. I am really glad I found Trainer Z.

He is knowledgeable. I've learned a lot from him and I'm very pleased with my fitness level and how I look.

He is also very creative. Workouts are never boring and are customized to my training goals.

He is very responsive. My workouts are not only customized to my training goals, but also to how I am doing that day (eg energy level).

Trainer Z is amazing! I attended a Body Circuit training class and Trainer Z tailored the workout to each individual’s skill / fitness / age level and challenged each of us accordingly. He’s an incredible teacher (taught me how to box for the first time) and his class had great energy. The fellow participants had been training with him for 10+ years - that’s what a huge following he has. The class was so much fun it flew by! Can’t wait to do it again.
