I’ve been training with Mikey for about 6 months now, and it’s honestly been amazing. His classes have helped me so much both physically and mentally — I’ve lost about 12 pounds, built muscle, and feel stronger and more balanced overall. I spend so much time in front of a computer that I really needed accountability and a reason to move my body, and this has been the perfect solution. The workouts are fun, super convenient since they’re in my building, and Mikey is always flexible with my work schedule. He tailors each session to what my body needs that week, the playlist is always fire, and the community he’s built truly feels like family. Highly recommend — 5 stars!!!!!!

The space at MLC is unique and has a great atmosphere with a culture focusing on positivity and support. Mike is very knowledgeable and does a great job keeping group classes fresh and energetic while pushing each individual to help them reach their goals. The 30 for 30 boxing and strength class is a super fun collaboration between Mike and Joe that pushes your limits and leaves you feeling accomplished. This is the best place to be if you're looking for a good workout! The gym is low key with good lighting and a good atmosphere. You won't have to wait for a machine, huge plus. The classes are some of the best workouts I've had and the people who come bring the right energy! If you are looking for a safe place to work out and have a great time, there is nowhere better than MLC with Mike. I have never been happier to go to the gym than since I started with MLC.
Beside providing the finest work out based on what you need and physical constraints, Mike always takes the time to explain and teach you the proper way to do it and why. I can definitely say Mike is helping me becoming the best version of myself by challenging me while being incredibly nice, caring and supportive.
He is offering a lot of option, and every single one of them is amazing. From semi private session to group classes, everything is fun, stimulating, motivating and people you met are just as wonderful. Favorite place to be at every week.
I can't recommend it enough, just come and see for yourself you will not regret it !

I’ve been coming here just under 2 months now and all I have to say is this is exactly what I was needing and looking for in a trainer! I was needing someone to help me strengthen my body and I have a lot of back problems. This is the first time in YEARS my back pain is gone. I didn’t think it was possible. Mikey’s attention to detail is key to ensuring your comfort with workouts and the ability to walk away without injury. Helped me not only with learning new routines and enforcing full body focus, but also helped correct some of my forms that have previously ended in injury. Very fair in assessing levels of difficulty, but also makes sure you’re not taking your foot off the gas. Perfect balance… just bring your inhaler if you’re prescribed one!
