The worst! Both of my kids attended here…my daughter tried one class and I got charged $150 and my son took 4 and we got charged $250. My daughters trial class was supposed to be free and my sons was $100 extra charged. Still 2 years later waiting for our refund. Supposedly they changed things so I expected reimbursement but never got it. I just sold my business that was very successful for 14 years. I never stole money from my clients, nor did I make anyone feel less than. Both of my kids never wanted to go back, because they were afraid there. We’ve since found a great place that didn’t abuse my credit card. My kids are thriving and I’m happy I trusted my kids and moved them.

My kids has been going to this gymnastics for years now, they love it so much and love working with nick. He is like family to us now!! I definitely recommend this gymnastics to anyone that wants a clean, safe and friendly environment.

Just waiting for the owner to run his own business into the ground. He has no clue how to efficiently run a business. Mr Nick only cares about the same 4 kids, and ignores the rest. Take your children to a gym where they get the attention they deserve and aren’t over shadowed by the “favorites”.

My daughter has been attending 2+ years. We absolutly love it. All of the staff are friendly, coaches are fantastic and it is a great enviornment. They are constantly making improvements. Would highly recommend!

Neu Era Gymnastics is an amazing place to enroll your kids. How do I know? - by the behavior of my three grandsons, ages 7, 5, and 3. All three go on Friday and each of them is fully self-motivated. It’s my job as grandpa to take them each Friday and I’m sometimes lazy. The kids never are: they look forward to going and get upset if I (the adult!) try to proffer excuses for staying home. The programs, the administrators, and the coaching staff are obviously doing amazing jobs to keep my three so motivated. I see this as an opportunity for the kids to learn a love for athletic activities with an awareness of body motion. This will stay with them as they age and will always be a positive motivator. Want to give a big shout out to Neu Era Gymnastics.

Joanna had her 1st official class on 2/4 and they were so attentive and patient with her. After class they took the time to explain some concerns they have which just may by chance explain some of the pain Joanna complains about. I have a good feeling about this place.

On each of her subsequent lessons, the coaches have been very supportive and attentive and really work well with the kid's. Joanna is loving it here. The staff are very friendly which is a big plus.

The only complaint I have is that I didn't inquire and get my daughter started sooner.

I asked around for recommendations for a good gymnastics school for my soon to be 11 year old and nearly every response was Neu Era. Many said how they left other gyms for various reasons and are now happy here.

Neu Era feels like family. My daughter loves her team mates and coaches. She gets work done while having fun. The girls all support each other at the meets and the coaches are very encouraging. My daughter has gained a lot of confidence here.

We love Neu Era! Our daughter absolutely loves gymnastics again. We’ve been other places and this one is so encouraging and relaxed at the same time. Our daughter has put up her best scores ever working with the staff here. Most importantly she is having fun. Happy to be part of this gym family!!

A few things about this place, i am not going to talk about management, since another two reviewers already did. Here are a few things from a parent's perspective:
- Coach nick talks a big game, under delivers and when he fails to deliver he blames it all on the kid, because it is obviously never his fault.
- This gym fosters a hostile environment where they allow their favorites to bully other kids and when we bring it up to them, they play it off as a normal thing.
- They make it very clear who their favorites are. They will line up the kids and call kids out in front of the entire group.
- To top it all off, he yells at the kids at competitions when they don't do well and proudly calls it tough coaching.
- Many kids have left this place because of this behavior, and so did we. Don't be fooled, don't subject your child to this environment.

I was trying to hold off on writing a review of this place but honestly it’s been too frustrating to deal with. I had a great experience having Briana for my daughters coach. Such a well mannered, respectful, and hard working individual. I highly recommend her for anyone interested if she were to offer private lessons.
The downside to Neu Era is management. I have sent numerous emails in the past inquiring about private lessons. All my emails got ignored. Whenever I called, I never got a call back. Other issues faced were the freezing temperatures in the little kids gym. When our class started at 4, the kids couldn’t even use the back room because of how cold it was. Management did nothing despite being well aware.
My daughter changed gyms, and I gave enough notice to Neu Era. This is the second month I’ve needed to call to have my payment refunded. This has happened to others. I sent an email out of frustration saying to stop charging my card and the snarky response I received from a business owner just confirms that this place is run unprofessionally.
I don’t recommend Neu Era. There are gyms places locally that are better suited for kids who are looking for room to grow in gymnastics.

My daughter went here for 9 months or so. One of the instructors was nice but that couldn’t make up for how poorly managed the place is and much of a jerk the owner is. Especially considering how many better gymnastics places there are. At first I thought it was just me but now everyone I know has had a bad experience with them and also quit… so… beware… do some research and check out all the other places!
