I am being charged while my location is not open. I called another relocation and I am not able to cancel over the phone, I have to drive 25 minutes to the other relocation to cancel. Odds I get my money back? Iβd give it a 1/50. Terrible terrible terrible customer service since the moment I joined.

Been coming here for the the past year and they have yet to update any equipment. The treadmills are always broken, bikes missing parts and dirty locker rooms. Avoid at all costs and drive another 5 minutes to any other gym.

Clean, not too crowded, easy parking. If you have an issue with your account, or they double charge you, don't expect a quick fix. They raise their dues without even telling you, but charge new members less. Stay away

Stay clear of this gym. Clearly I'm not the only one that's had this issue, as this seems to be a recurring theme on these reviews. Signed up and was told I'd be able to bring guests, which seems like a normal perk since two other local gyms offer this as well and charge about the same amount. After committing to a year, I brought a guest and was told my "guest privilege" only allows me to bring them one time, which is a joke since anyone can come in and get a guest pass one time. When I said I don't want to be a member if I can't bring guests, I was told there's a $100 cancellation fee. They acknowledged that they had changed their policy, but still would not allow me to cancel. They even threatened me that if I disputed the charge on my card they'd send it to collections, which would damage my credit. It's unbelievable that they can basically do whatever they want because they know it's not worth it to hire a lawyer over $100. Do not join this gym.

Rates were just raised. Everything is old and/or broken constantly and now whenever safety swim is closed they lock up the pool because they wonβt hire a lifeguard.

It is a good place to work out and most of the staff and patrons are chill. Great for losing weight and most personal trainers are open for small questions

To the manager.
This gym is a joke. Youβre never available to handle any matters that you should. You fail to return calls or emails to assist with issues. and Iβve been wrongfully charged my entire time at the gym.
I was promised a free month in January when I signed up in December. I was charged due to a βsystem errorβ and I was promised by you that the January charge that appeared on my account would be a credit for future months. You then tell me to call you back if I see a charge the next month. I was charged February and March. You had every excuse as to why the credits didnβt go through. Youβre a liar.
I then cancel. And no one tells me there would be a ten dollar charge. And guess what those credits magically disappear too. This gym is a complete joke.
You have no idea how to run a business. You promise your customers something and you do not deliver.
The machines are constantly broken and do not get fixed either. A leg machinehas been broken for over 4 months
Gym is dirty and nasty.

Worst customer experience. They change your monthly charges without proper communication. If they have to collect money they will constantly call you, but when they charge your mobtmy charges they just slip it in. When I asked for 23 months of invoices the manager would not even try to get me the invoices instead keep repeating the answer if they only have 7 months of data. I lost money on my reimbursement from my insurance.

3 out of 5 times I went, they didnt have towels. Clean. Staff were friendly enough and apologized for the inconvenience. Were honest that the towel issue was a recurring one.

I have been getting extra charges on my card, I have tried to fix the issue 5 times and I keep being told itβs taken care of but it isnβt. Today I called and asked for a manager and had to relay my issue, they wouldnβt get me a manager.

Tried to cancel my membership 3 times over the phone, each time staff said the same thing βmy manager just stepped out Iβll take your name and have them call youβ. Never called. Went in and filled out cancellation form, staff said they would give it to the manager. I asked on the form for a call verifying cancellation but after a week of hearing nothing I called them. Staff said manager wasnβt in that day but I asked for hours the manager would be in the next day and the name. Called and spoke to the manager who told me she was βDOING ME A FAVOR CANCELING THE ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE YOUβRE SUPPOSED TO COME IN AND FILL OUT A FORMβ After I explained that I already had and this call was to follow up regarding that form I was told my account is canceled but Iβll be billed for the next 45 DAYS π. Finally what came of it was me wanting to never have to deal with them again and essentially paying to do that. If it had been one person, I may be able to excuse the poor service, but it legitimately felt like they were running a scam. If I could give no stars I would. I rarely write reviews (usually only positive ones if Iβm really pleased with a product or service) but felt like this is a buyer beware type situation.

Decent gym it has what you need to get into shape but lacking the quality
I left here to join planet fitness for $10 a month instead of paying $30 a month here. I got screwed over because I canceled and they hit me with a $30 cancelation fee plus a additional $50 yearly fee. I'd advise not to join here and go to planet fitness. To expensive here and the female manager could treat her customers better. In the end planet fitness can offer what this place can equipment wise for a much affordable price.

Good gym. Staff is friendly. They just did a light re-model too. Very clean. Weights are allways re-racked by staff and even some patrons. Best NYSC overall in the area.
