My son had his 10th birthday here! Had had the time of his life. There were over 20 kids and Alex (GM) and James were so great with all the kids. I would highly recommend birthday parties here!

Fantastic spot for birthday parties. Two years in a row now. Well run and maintained. Court's are well lit. Husband plays in a league at night and it's always very comfortable inside.

Best basketball facility on the island for birthday parties and events. Renting courts here is easy and Next Level is always very accommodating. The Friday night open gym is also a great option to have in the community. Facility is clean and well run. Highly recommended.

First, the general manager is an incredible, consummate professional! He is responsive and works diligently to ensure that those who come to the gym leave with a pleasant experience. It can’t be overstated how hard he works, making sure the needs of the clientele are met and connections he makes with patrons to ensure all feel welcome! It’s really incredible to bear witness. The facility is also beautiful and great for all events! Love it there.

The place needs a facelift. There's a guy that sits behind the desk and he does nothing all day. You don't see him use the mop that's there, the bathrooms are filthy and smell, never toilet paper available. The place has actually got great courts for basketball but they need to hire people that get up and get the job done of taking care of the place.

If you’re a basketball parent then you know - these arenas do not cater to spectators! Most tournaments charge for entry but then there is very little space to be Comfortable. At least this arena has a small set of metal benches for parents, friends and family to sit.

Update (May 9th): Management reached out to me, issue has been resolved. Ive also noticed huge improvement in their service (including phone answering, customer service, etc). Glad management cares about their clients.

Very very unprofessional gym. Nobody ever picks up the phone, impossible to try and reserve here. When I finally got somebody on the phone I booked one session every week for the whole month. Now, theyre telling me that nobody has it booked after confirming with me last week. Such a waste of time for everybody. Finding another gym - cant deal with this. Its like the gym doesnt want business.

Good spot to play casual games of basketball. The courts are not great, as they flex when you bounce the ball, which causes the ball to be dead on bounce. Pretty much a dead court all around, but still has fun playing casual games.

The staff is super chill and easy to communicate with. Setting up a date to rent the court is easy. Just be sure to book way in advance as sometimes the dates get filled up fast.
The facility is clean and organized. The courts are also clean.
For the price to rent a court, 10/10 would definitely recommend and splitting it amongst your peers.

First of all I want to say how beautiful and well managed this Facility is, Alex is a well mannered and organized gentleman. He goes above and beyond with his customer service and he seems like a hard worker. 2nd the floors are always well maintained and the building is always clean.
My buddies and I have rented many gyms but this place is by far the best! We are older men who just want a peace of mind and no nonsense. Keep up the good work and once again thank you Alex!
