I started at NCCF just over a year ago thanks to my wife. To say the gym and coaches changed my life is an understatement. From day one everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The coaches are very knowledgeable and can scale every workout to your needs. This family has welcomed my family with open arms. If you are looking for a fun yet challenging atmosphere there is no better place. I highly recommend anyone of any skill level to give it a try. Warning it is highly addictive.

What can I say about NCCF that could accurately describe how much this place has impacted my life? I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for Ian and all of the coaches for how they have consistently trained, mentored, guided, encouraged, and cherished my fitness journey.
I left the military in 2016 and joined NCCF in early 2020. I was terrified that I would not find a community that could replace the military community I once had. NCCF has provided that and then some. The community, which is unbelievably family friendly, lifts each other up during intense workouts without ever feeling like a competition. All forms of ego are out the door, as the sign at the gym states. Yet, the air of friendly encouragement is always present, which can be helpful during those really tough moments.
While my attendance has been shaky at times, I am always welcomed back warmly and pushed to be the best version of myself. This place always feels like home, even when I’m doing burpees.
If you are considering trying out CrossFit, look no further than NCCF. Ian and the team will provide you with a wonderful atmosphere, training and coaching, and a group of supportive folks who just want to be healthy and happy, all while having a little fun.
I am forever grateful for NCCF and I intend to stay for as long as I possibly can. Thank you so very much to Ian and all of the coaching staff for this amazing place and for making it so special.

Plattsburgh is my home town, and I drop into NCCF every time I visit, and I always leave with new skills, new tips, and some great workouts under my belt. The coaching is top notch and I’ve gotten to know a lot of the folks there. I love it and adore having a “gym away from home”.

It's these moments that make @northcountrycf so great! Most mornings, Lil Emily, my favorite athlete, and she actually does love me(she's told me), joins her mom @moo43104 in wods. We include her in the warmup, and give her her own space to do ger own wods! She brightens our mornings and instructing class with her as my co-coach is the best start to our days! Be like Em, join us!

I feel very fortunate to be a part of a NCCF Crossfit Lite Crew that meets on Monday and Thursday mornings. This is a small group made consisting of those new to crossfit, along with those who are older than the usual cross-fit group looking but looking for a positive exercise experience taught by a knowledgable trainer. Classes always challenging but tuned to individual needs and abilities and I find this meets my needs for cardio workouts along with building and maintaining strength, and improving balance. Thank you Ian Passino for all you do to make this a very worthwhile and satisfying experience!

Very happy that our CrossFit Lite class has its own special niche with workouts that are tailored to our group of women of "a certain age"! Our core group ranges from 70-82. I think we have a couple of youngsters who are in their 60's. Keeping us strong and making us stronger!

I joined NCCF a little over 5 years ago. I was in the worst shape of my life and to be honest, I felt quite intimidated walking through the door. Fast forward to the present: I don’t know what I’d do without that place. The community is so encouraging, uplifting and positive, regardless of your physical ability. The coaches are with you every step of the way, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete. The workouts can be modified or scaled to fit your fitness level. I go for my mental health as much as I go for my physical health. 5 stars all the way!

I can't say enough about this place. You get what you out in but they make sure you are putting in your all. Friendly family atmosphere and coaches that truly care about you and your safety. If you are unsure they the boot camp you start. You will be hooked no matter your fitness level.

CrossFit can be intimidating. Loud music, big weights, and plenty of fit people.
This CrossFit is a bit different. Welcoming trainers, flexible schedule, doable workouts, and Boot camp class that gets you prepared for all of it.
NCCF is the perfect place for anyone looking to get into or to expand their CrossFit workouts. Drop into a class, or schedule time with a trainer, this gym is for everyone.
The best thing: kids are welcome, parents with kids aren't shyed away. Family friendly and welcoming.
