Very supportive and friendly environment. Caitlin is a great nutritionist--I extra recommend her if you're vegetarian, or if you've been worried a nutritionist's advice will be judgmental or restrictive. She was sensitive to what I had to say, and her advice was approachable and sustainable in a way I really needed. Tarem is a terrific trainer--adaptive, patient, always upbeat.

I have been working on spartan technique with Tim for about four months now and I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my races since then. Tim is not only an amazing trainer but he’s also a spartan racer himself so he knows exactly what the courses/obstacles are like. He always knows what needs to be done for improvement and coaches in a way that makes learning easy. I would highly recommend Tim for anyone who is looking to get into Obstacle course racing or current racers who want to learn proper technique. Tim is also a very knowledgeable trainer aside from spartan race technique and knows how to make any workout appropriate for people of all fitness levels.

From day one, my experience at NorthEnd Fitness has been nothing short of amazing. My trainer Cesar is highly skilled and an excellent teacher. The sessions are 30 min intense workouts - which is perfect for me! I train 3-4 times a week. Cesar not only goes through the moves, but also explains the format and science. Northend Fitness is hands down the best self care money spent and my best personal training experience- I’ve had a ton!

Run, don’t walk, to join North End Fitness. Everyone on staff is warm, helpful, supportive, and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and are therefore able to answer all your questions, devise an individual plan for you to work on your mutually agreed upon goals, and support you in your efforts to reach those goals. They work well with all age groups, which was very important to me. They know when to push you but will not hurt you in the process. The nutritionist is also extremely knowledgeable; she can help with a variety of things such as maintaining a good body weight, calcium intake, and more.

Guys north end is the only place to work out . I am working out with Tim ,Renaldo and the rest of the boys for over 3 years . In between I had to battle with cancer and all they did was support and got me to be a better me !. They never give up on you and their goal is to bring you to where you ! want to be unlike other trainers out here . Great place great facility and the best trainers outhere in specific my boy Tim . Recommend PTI to anyone that is looking to make a change in the way they look. I started attending a few times a week with my mom. I can really see the results in just a few weeks time. I've built more muscle and lost a few lbs. They motivate you and teach you the right way to work out so you don't hurt yourself and get the maximum out of your work. 30 minutes go by really fast when you are having fun. Check them out!!
