Absolutely fantastic place for kiddos to have fun, get their wiggles out, learn to listen to adults other than their parents, and become agile. My son truly loves gymnastics class and we are grateful for the staff and coach Paul!

We love Northern Hemisphere. The coaches are amazing, friendly, encouraging, and supportive. Both our daughter and son prefer Gymnastics over any other sport after coming here. We venture out and try new things, but we always come back. We are trying summer camp this year and the kids are all excited!

We love Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics! Coach Paul and his team of coaches are all wonderful. The facility is clean, well maintained, and we feel the kids enjoy safe fun and training there. Our daughter has been attending gymnastics training there since 2017, as well as both daughter's attending Ninja classes and summer camps. We have also held several birthday parties there.

We have been going to the parent child classes for over a year now and our daughter absolutely loves Gymnastics. She really enjoys her coaches (Coach Julie and Coach Paul) and looks forward to going every week. The coaches have been so good at working with her as she builds up her confidence doing things that used to be scary when we first started. She is always proud to show them what she can do and often practices things at home throughout the week. Thank you for providing such a fun, safe environment for kids!

We used to love coming here. We had really great experiences with the coaches. Unfortunately, recently we had a not great experience with the owner. He called my daughter βtoo bigβ to do something- loud enough for parents and students to hear. This left us all with a horrible feeling. She never finished out her session and wonβt go back. Very disappointing !

My eight year old has done school break camp here and my two year old and I have done Parent/Tot class this spring. Both have been great experiences. I have been impressed by the staff's efforts to keep the weekly activities fresh, interesting and easy to learn for even the youngest students. All three instructors have a good grasp of the range of capabilities for this age and encourage them in safe environment while still challenging them. Both my daughter and I really appreciated the class format-- warmup, weekly skill practice, fun new group activity and then independent gym exploration so the kids could do what activities were of interest to them on their own timeline/ comfort level. As someone who is not particularly skilled or even familiar with gymnastics, I felt comfortable here after the first class. I recommend Northern Hemisphere to anyone.

Iβm writing this review, as a mother, as an early childhood administrator, a teacher, and an advocate for individuals with disabilities. Our 3 children (ages 4,8,10) have been attending gymnastics classes at Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics for a long time. This place became our second home. We have participated in the summer camp program, gymnastics classes, flips and tricks, parent child classes, and pre-k classes. We couldnβt be happier with their services. The great thing about the place is that you are able to watch all the classes from the waiting room. The instructors are wonderful and they welcome all students with all abilities. They are very encouraging, enthusiastic and supportive. All of our children love going there and they have improved their skills significantly. They have fun and learn at the same time. They adore their coaches. The owner is also very responsive and passionate about gymnastics. I absolutely love seeing their involvement. The owner also offers variety of classes. He is very invested in his job. You can see it every time you walk into the facility. We would never leave Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics. I would highly recommend them. They are the best gymnastics school in the area. Thank you for all you do for our children!

My 5 yr old daughter came from a competitive gym because what she really wanted to do was learn gymnastics and have fun. I immediately knew the right place to take her. As soon as she walked into the doors she gasped and said this is awesome! Coach Paul and Sue are wonderful instructors who embrace the essence of the kids. Every week there is always a new and exciting exercise to try.

Our family has been at Northern Hemisphere since 2014. The coaches are wonderful, the curriculum is age appropriate, and the facility is remarkable. I've always been impressed with the way staff offers kiddos in need of extra support a helping hand while challenging those who are ready for more.
I appreciate the way our family is always greeted (thank you, Paul) and for the relationships our children have made with their coaches. Northern Hemisphere is an extension of our family, especially for our middle daughter who just loves gymnastic classes, and we're grateful to be connected with such a kind and encouraging community of people!

We have been coming to NHG for five years and my three girls love it! Lesson day is their favorite day of the week. We started with the classes and never had a coach we didn't like. They are kind, patient, and provide helpful feedback so the kids can improve their skills. We now do private lessons and my kids have learned so much! For my family, every experience has been a good one.

I highly recommend Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics, LLC. When my 2-year-old son first started, he was shy and was very reluctant to participate in the activities. Coaches Paul and Julie were absolutely wonderful with him. They offer balanced instruction with freedom to play, which fosters a great place for social growth and confidence. He was never forced to participate in warm ups or activities. Coaches Paul and Julie allowed my son to warm up to them and to learn the routine of how they run their classes. They are patient, compassionate, encouraging, and always made my son and me feel welcome and included, regardless of how much or little my son participated in the class. This program is working wonders for him. My son has shown so much progress that he will occasionally start the next activity before finishing the current one because he knows the routine. We both really enjoy the parent-child class and look forward to it each week. If it weren't for Coaches Paul and Julie's approach, I would have quit a long time ago.

I signed my 5 year old daughter up for gymnastic at this place. Walking into the facility was I very impressed, the facility itself is fantastic. While I was there a ninja warrior class with kids around her age was going on. The "coach" was some middle aged impatient creep in a tank top that should not be around children. I legit saw him shove a 5 year old boy because the kid was walking behind him in a line and the coach stopped and the kid accidentally walked into him! I mean chill out "Rambo" these are young kids whose parents most likely signed them up for social interaction, you're not coaching future Olympians in a Webster ninja warrior class. I hardly watched my daughter because I could not stop watching this grown man being impatient and aggressively inappropriate with young children.
After asking a fellow parent, it turns out this guy is coach Paul and is the owner!! Needless to say, I immediately withdrew my daughter. Reading other reviews, it appears this is a common - one mentions he shook a 4 year old, another says he pulled some girls hair - I mean how is this place still open?!?
Anyways, if you want your kids to learn low self esteem and be berated by some angry old man, then this is the place for you. If not I suggest you looks elsewhere

So far we have no concerns. The little one enjoys class and the coaches have all seemed friendly and knowledgeable.
I have seen some of the negative reviews and have never seen a coach physically discipline a child. NOT saying it did not happen!
As always be smart, stay around during class and watch your child!

I can't say enough great things about Northern Hemisphere! Our daughter loves going here and is in at least twice a week. She has been going for over two years and is still excited every time she goes in. They are so friendly, the environment is so fun, and they have built a place where kids can thrive in their confidence. I'm a huge fan. Highly recommend!

I have had 3 girls participate in classes at Northern Hemisphere - all at different ages/levels. We have experienced the Parent/Child, Preschool, 5-7 Girls and Ninja Warrior classes. The best part of this facility is that each class plan is different, but structured the same. The coach led activities at the beginning of class and then at the end, change each time. The activities are thoughtful and purposeful...always furthering a child's physical development. Students are exposed to many different gymnastics equipment and movements. My girls are not going to be gymnasts - but they are moving their bodies to gain strength and coordination. Confidence is also fostered when they finally can do something on their own! But most importantly, they have a BLAST! They all love going, beg me to sign them up again, and get so excited when it is a gymnastics day!

We have attended gymnastics classes here for over a year now. My kids are learning more than gymnastics skills. They are learning patience, sequencing, & attention to detail. A huge plus is that we are able to watch our kids the entire time. Coach Paul & Coach Julie are wonderful. Will continue to come here.

Love the place, the kid really like the ANW classes and the coaches are excellent with kids. Been in other places for karate and other activities, this is the best so far in terms of convenience, cost and customer service. Kudos to Coach Paul and all the staff.

Place is decent, however, my reason for 2 stars is that they won't let your kid make-up a class.
Halloween night, my son missed that class cuz he was doing what most kids wanna do... trick or treating. They said he couldn't make it up. I figured I'd just eat that one.
Then I had covid and could not bring him, for obvious reasons. I asked them about a make-up. Literally was told that he couldn't. I asked if we could just have it tacked onto the next session, or pro-rated off the next session's price. Nope.
Cool, so basically I paid for a service and didn't receive 100% what I paid for. Nice business model π
Fwiw, the coaches seemed great and were enthusiastic.
The owner should prob sell his tesla and put the $ into a few updates.. just sayin.

I wanted to get my daughter into tumbling before the cheer session last year so i called to try and see what would be suitable for her at the age of 14. I called and called and called and called. (During business hours.) Left many messages and never a call back. Finally I reached Eli who said that the younger staff was answering the phone. Well apparently my messages were never getting to anyone. When I did talk to Eli he told me that the certain class on Wednesday would be good for her. So I signed her up. Hannah was her coach and SHE did amazing. Her class though was all young children. Ok fine. She got through the class. It ended around the new year. When cheer ended in February, I called again (during business hours) to get my daughter back there for private lessons. I again called and called and called, left multiple messages emailed and NO response. Again I called one day and just happed to get Eli on the phone. He asked me if I was the one looking for private lessons for my daughter. I said yes and he told me he was going to find a coach that could take her on with private lessons and would call me back in a couple days. Well that couple days has turned into weeks and again multiple calls and messages. My last message was not very nice and I told them i was taking my business elsewhere. Which I did and i still have not gotten a response back to that message either. Terrible business. Not to mention when my oldest daughter was going there a few years ago she said the word damn because she didn't get something and the coach pulled her hair back and asked her what she said while holding her hair. Even still tried to give them the business again a few years later and nothing. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's terrible business.

So thankful to have a place like Northern Hemisphere to bring my 1 almost 2 year old little girl, especially in the times we are dealing with, the positivity that exudes is incredible. From Hemi greeting you at the door, to Coach Paul, Sue, Bri and Tatum coaching right along side the kids just to name a few! Itβs not only the feeling of positivity while youβre there but knowing that you can carry that positivity with you for the rest your day. Everything is up to date and very clean, and it is very apparent that Coach Paul and crew work very hard to keep it this way. My husband and I are so so thankful to have found Coach Paul and are excited to have our daughter continue with gymnastics sessions for the unforeseen future at Northern Hemisphere!
Thanks Coach Paul, Hemi and Team

This place is amazing! Out 4 year old did a few group classes with coach Paul because she tends to be shy so they let us try it out and she absolutely loved it! Coach Paul was great and very attentive to the kids and our daughter signed up for a few 8 weeks. So glad to have a place for our daughter to enjoy herself during the winter and through the pandemic. They have social distancing and require masks and are always sterilizing all the surfaces while we are there.

I have been going the this gym for 3-5 ish months and I love it because the people who work there are really nice and teach you. If you are having trouble learning something they don't just give up and try something else they ask you what is the problem and they help you fix that problem. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to start gymnastics. Derek Cudo!

The young staff are great however the owner is rude, impatient and intolerant of small children. I even so much witnessed him picking my daughter up off the floor and shaking her when she didn't listen to him. She's 4 yrs old. 4 yr olds don't always listen! Use your words, never your hands! And even then, you don't berate a child. You calmly escort the child over to their parents or have their parents come get them if the behavior is that bad. It is unacceptable that you don't already know this! We will never go back there and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as a result. Proceed at your own risk. I wish I could put this at zero stars.

This facility is a One of a kind. It is so far beyond just a gym. It has state of the art instructors, equipment and activities. Kids who come here learn life long skills and gain a sense of self worth as well as so many other life skills.
In all 50 years of my life I have never found a place even close to Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics.
If you you have kids and you wish to give them the best you can than you should bring them to NH Gymnastics.

I have watched my kids set their electronics down and run for the door when they are going to Northern. (Like magic) I have always been impressed with the coaching staff. There is an incredibly positive energy and the coaches always celebrate each child's success and give feedback to help them continue to improve. It's not like other gymnastic facilities. Well done! And thank you.
