Now: Yoga & Movement is a collective of four yoga teachers sharing our take on how yoga & movement practices can create meaningful change on both a personal and societal level. We are located wherever you are! Since the pandemic, we’re mainly offering our yoga & movement classes virtually. We've also been partnering with our friends at I-Square in Irondequoit to offer outdoor, in-person classes on the lawn, when the weather allows. We’ll continue to offer some special event, in-person classes throughout the fall & winter months at the Imaginarium.

My daughter has been going to kids yoga with Miss Erin for the last 2 months and she absolutely loves it. Erin is wonderful with the kids and makes sure to welcome the kids as soon as they arrive. Great environment and a great class for kids of all ages!

I love Flower City Yoga! It's different than any other yoga class I've had before. You immediately feel a sense of welcome and peace upon entering. The teachers are wonderful, friendly, calming, reassuring, and completely help you modify/adjust so you never feel out of place or pressured to do more than your body allows. It's become like a family to me. Joining has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long while. I highly recommend!

I am a regular at Saturday morning yoga with Kasia and Sunday morning with Amanda. Each class is a little different. They typically start the class by asking what we would like to work on. The classes are small and personalized. I always feel more relaxed
after the class. I would highly recommend Flower City Yoga, for all levels, including those with no previous experience. It’s also a plus that they know my name. 😀

I love this yoga studio. I regularly attend the Sunday morning Flow class with Amanda and it is the best way to start my day. The pace is relaxing yet challenging enough for any skill level. I also LOVE the summer time beach yoga sessions. So happy to have this studio in our community. You should definitely check it out.

I’m sure all of their yoga is fantastic, but I can specifically say their prenatal yoga is! Nora is the best, she really listens to what you’re going through at that moment and is able to fit in moves specific to what you need while also getting the whole class in a better place to give birth! I’ve had a lot of pain during my pregnancy and tried everything, but nothing helps as much as a yoga class which really shocked me. She also makes it about you and your baby bonding, which surprisingly others don’t, but I like that a lot as well. I’ve tried others, and while they are great, flower city yoga is definitely my favorite and what helps me the most.

I have been taking the Inner Power Hour with Erin Wafer for a few months and absolutely love the class. Erin's tender-hearted passion creates a caring respite from the chaos of daily life. It has become one of my weekly highlights
