I really loved the two yoga classes I took here and am eager to get back! Only reason I haven’t is because I’ve been pregnant — so I anticipate returning once I’m healed postpartum! Susan was fantastic and I really enjoyed her teaching style. The space is really beautiful as well.

If you’re new to fitness or suffer from chronic pain and are apprehensive about exercise, NuYu Revolution is the place to begin your wellness journey. The owner of the studio is incredibly supportive, professional and kind. Susan guides you by personalizing a program that’s safe and enjoyable. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, secure, and has changing rooms, complimentary beverage station, towels and all equipment is provided - the convenience of the amenatities alone is well worth taking classes here. Susan and her team of instructors have made a tremendous impact on my physical, mental and spiritual health, I’m so grateful to them. You will feel like family here, I highly recommend them!

I have no discipline or consistency when it comes to working out. Susan, the owner, is so warm, welcoming, and encouraging. I bought a 12 class intro pack and Susan has helped me to pick the classes that would be best for me. After my first class (Susan wasn't the teacher), she helped me stretch for a few minutes. The classes are small enough for the teachers to pay attention to the form and needs and each client and there are a nice variety of classes to choose from. I have only been to two, so far - dance and yoga, and I am scheduled to try spine align, posture cycle, strength, and mat pilates. The space itself is so serene. There are candles and flowers, and the decor is warm. They have coffee, tea, a water bottle filling station, lockers and cubbies, they provide mugs and towels, and they have all of the necessary workout equipment - mats, yoga blocks, foam rollers, weights, etc. So far, I am really pleased.

I have not stuck to a fitness routine for more than a few weeks in my life, but I’ve been going to classes here for about 6 months and just signed up for another three. There’s a nice variety of classes at different levels to keep it interesting and fun, and provide a challenge, if you’re looking for one. The classes are small and allow for individual attention as needed or wanted. The instructors and other members are warm and welcoming. It’s a laid back and enjoyable experience to workout here.

If you think NuYu is just another fitness studio, you are mistaken. This is a warm, welcoming, beautiful (and spotlessly clean) space to participate in small, personalized spin, yoga, Pilates, and other fitness, strengthening, and wellness classes -- all led by lovely, expert instructors. I've been going with my wife for three times a week for close to four years now, and we could not be happier. Susan and her team are just fantastic. Trust me, you will love this place.

I am not one to leave reviews, but when you find a gem, you need to share. I've been coming to NuYu for the past 8 months. As a busy mother of 3 who works full time, taking care of myself falls to the bottom of the list. I was embarrassed to go to the "classic gym" in the city having not worked out in years in spite of being a former avid runner. I was afraid of the fishbowl gym. I just happened upon NuYu Revolution and felt right at home there. There is zero judgement passed, and the classes are cozy and personal. The instructors meet you where you're at, taking into account your individual goals. I am able to use my breath more throughout my workday, I pay attention to my posture, and I activate muscles throughout my day that I didn't even know I had. I have so much more body awareness. The instructors and other clients are super friendly. I can no longer run because of my knees and have discovered alternatives there like spinning, pilates, and yoga (classes I never tried before). You can feel comfy here trying out a new form of exercise without feeling foolish. It is a true oasis in the city.

Great place to work out with a different mind set than most other gyms. They have so many classes and things to do that you can focus on getting fit, without worrying about what you look like to others at the Gym. Very mice interior and helpful friendly staff to make sure you stay on your goals and meet them.
