This is my second year at Ocean All-star, and honestly, the atmosphere here is super fun and welcoming. All the instructors and staff are really friendly, and I always feel comfortable coming in. They have so many classes — Zumba, HIIT, Yoga, K-Pop, Pilates, Abs, Glute, Cheongsam Dance, High Heels Dance, Body Shaping, and more. We even do group outings sometimes, so it really feels like a big family.

My two favorite classes are Zumba and HIIT. Zumba instructor Lamy is the sweetest and the best — her class is always packed, so definitely come early if you want a spot. HIIT instructor Brian, who’s also the GM, is super fun, professional, and always keeps the class energetic.

The gym has plenty of good equipment, and they also offer personal training if you need extra help. Overall, Ocean Allstar really knows how to help everyone find the classes and workouts that fit them best. It’s warm, energetic, and the community here is amazing.

I joined Ocean All Star last November and have since been a regular. The gym is clean and spotless. The staffs are helpful and all good vibes. The General Manager is hot and the zumba class is always a full house. Not to mention that they also hold outdoor events every year: foliage trip in the autumn and ski trip in the winter. This gym is literally the best I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean, huge, and the staff are all super nice. The classes are so fun and there are so many options—hatha yoga, abs training, ballet Pilates ball, high heel dance, Zumba, Latin, glutes, vinyasa yoga, K-pop, and more. I’ve also met a ton of great people here and made new friends.

I’ve been training with Angie Chiti at Ocean All Star for a while, she’s very professional and kind. I lost about 10 lbs in 1.5 months by following her science-based strength training and nutrition guidance.

What really sets Angie apart is her knowledge of anatomy. She breaks down why full range of motion matters for muscle engagement and shows how to stretch properly to prevent injury. Thanks to her coaching, I understand my lifts better and can execute them well even when I’m training on my own.

Angie also has a deep knowledge of nutrition. She gave me practical advice on nutrient timing—how to structure pre/post workout meals to avoid sharp glucose spikes and keep cortisol in check. It’s been easy to follow and fits my fitness goals.

On top of that, she’s an excellent listener and effective communicator who quickly adapts to what I need. Angie is also very caring - The first time I trained at this gym I got dehydrated, and she checked in on me and offered a banana to help me recover. She makes me feel supported and motivated every session.

The gyms upgrade is nice but I pay for personal training 200$ and they have taken away the assigned training area we used to have. I have to sit and wait with my trainer for weights and machines because theirs no space and there's always people around or on the machine. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth when I have to share the area with people that pay 40$ worth membership. Training is 25min and it goes by fast when you have to wait for people. Other then that trainers are nice and go out of their way for not just me but other clients. Bring back an assigned training area!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a gym. Visited a few in the area and decided to try these guys out because they were the cleanest, and it seemed as if the traffic wasn't that heavy. Signed up for a 3 month membership to see if I'd like it, and it's been great! I've spent the last 10 years working out in an empty gym by myself, so I'm used to being able to get in and get out. Here, I rarely have to wait for any equipment. I'm able to flow through my routine the way I always have. The cleanliness of the entire facility is excellent, and the staff is friendly. I'll be extending my membership soon!

What a gorgeous facility! First you are greeted with such a warm welcome. The art, the decor & lighting makes this gym so welcoming and bright. This is hands down the best Gym I’ve ever signed up on for. I walked in one day, one of the managers named Brian came up to me, took me to his office and asked me things I had never been asked before in a Gym in order to better cater my needs and reason to join. He had me in the bag at that point, I joined without batting an eye.

I signed up for their personal trainer program and was assigned an amazing trainer called Angie, if you ever have the pleasure to work with her I cannot emphasize how incredible of a person she is outside of being an amazing trainer. Not only does she know a lot about physical fitness and how to better yourself, but also works with you on a personal level which I had not experience before from a trainer, helping you gain more mental fortitude and “face inner demons” and getting out you out of your confront zone, as a good friend would do for you.

I cannot recommend Ocean All Star enough, I’ve felt welcome from the moment I joined and will definitely say they treat you as family there. Plus, the Gym is beautiful, clean and the aesthetic is mad professional. 10/10.

The gym itself is very well maintained and clean. Staff members are all very friendly and nice, the GM Brian, goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels welcomed and seen which I really appreciate.
Coming from someone who has anxiety especially in gyms, this gym creates a great environment for the guests. There’s a wide variety of classes they offer such as yoga, barre, Pilates, zumba, etc in addition to lifting weights and the treads.

Came because I wanted access to weights just for a day, but stayed and been coming for 6+ months for the vibe + community. I appreciate that they are always trying to improve the guest experience and gym layout. The place is well-equipped, always clean and comfortable, and has a nice 'family' dynamic between regulars. I’ve been going to this gym since December. The staff is wonderful, the place is clean. Although it’s not a big gym, it’s well equipped and has everything I’m looking for. They also use Technogym equipment, for whatever that’s worth. The machines are connected to an app that's pretty friendly to use. I use it to track some of my workouts. Okay so, this one is silly but super important for me; their lockers do not require you to bring your own locks. It’s important for me because I ALWAYS forget to bring my own locks when I used to go to another gym, which deterred me from working out way more often than I'd like to admit. I personally haven’t taken any of the classes, as I’m not really someone who usually take classes, so I can’t really speak to those, but I've seen some classes that I might be interested in in the future, like Pilates and kickboxing.

This was honestly one of the best facilities I have ever used. I've been to a lot of commercial gyms that cost way more than here, but yet this one blew the standards out of the water. Not only was it super clean and the staff were extremely friendly, the variety of machines didn't leave me waiting ages just to get my workout in. I joined this gym for a month while my usual one is under renovation. At $208, it’s quite pricey unless you commit to a longer term, but the facilities are clean, modern, and well-kept. While the equipment selection is somewhat limited, it's enough for a solid workout, and it’s rarely crowded, which I appreciate.

One main issue: there's not enough plate storage. Plates are often scattered around the squat rack (and leaning against the wall near a giant mirror, which is especially dangerous), and last week, I found the barbell overloaded with big & small plates. When I started re-racking, a trainer cautioned me about how to handle it, but his tone came off as condescending. It seems the staff is aware that plate racks are often full, so additional storage would go a long way in maintaining a safer, more organized workout space.

In summary, this is a nice, quiet gym with (mostly) friendly staff, though for the cost, it feels overpriced. I’d also like to see a better-organized squat rack area and an investment in more storage racks.

As others have said this gym does not reflect the diversity or inclusiveness of Queens. Definitely felt out of place checking this gym out. I was interested in the boxing as I saw the promos this place offered. I saw a nice ring and heavy bag and what seemed like a good space to train. There was no real boxing trainer here? I was interested in the 1 on 1 style sessions but no one gave me a straight answer. The boxing area looked unused and dead. Why have a ring and bag if you do not have people who use it regularly? I came up from Jackson Heights to see this gym and the staff seemed unconcerned or not helpful when I asked about the training options and prices. I guess you should stop advertising boxing since no one there knows anything about it. Strange place.

This place exudes a false autocratic and pompous vibe which is clearly demonstrated by staff when entering. For those not of the usual demographic you will find a cold shoulder and passive dismissiveness and aloofness when inquiring or simply checking out the place. It is overpriced if you are able to miraculously determine the true cost of membership. Staff has been thoroughly trained to deceptively inflate prices or feign ignorance if the face of foreigner faces. The place is highly inclusive of the usual demographic but not inclusive of NY or Queens diversity. For this reason alone, you will find the atmosphere awkward and distressing. The price also does not reflect the quality of the both the limited equipment, limited space and ineptitude of classes and training offered. They upsell the overpriced training packages which is a common unwelcomed feature of these so-called self described luxury facilities. I would pass and look for something more reasonable, welcoming and with adequate equipment rather then another wannabe luxury style boutique gym that represent a clear lack of creativity and uniqueness along with adequate customer service. 9.30 作为会员在洋子活动之夜支持老师教练去表演 但是活动的管理员 作为洋子的负责人完全不关心我们这些表演的人 却把其他会员照顾的很好，一句感谢的话都没跟我们说过。宣传所说的 桑拿房 淋浴房 还有会员锻炼累了休息的地方都没有 可能后面有 但是办年卡2个多月了 根本都没有看见过。 而且，很多会员不注重卫生，马桶圈永远都是脏的，我找老板提过意见说让他们贴个纸在厕所，让大家注意一下，但是几个星期过去了，根本没有改进，讲的时候客客气气的说谢谢提意见，会改的，根本没用。还有会员运动之后没有休息室可以休息，只能在厕所休息吃点东西，注意！！是在厕所！！而别的会员就能用员工休息室，我们去就被赶出来，这是什么道理？！之前我是给过好评的，但是现在在洋子待久了还是挺失望的 不过很多喜欢的老师 让我坚持来健身房。

Ocean All-Star fitness was very famous in Long Island, I'm so thrilled that they have opened one more location in flushing, Their fitness program and personal trainers are the best, love them.

It is a brand new facility for fitness training, I have been here for the past nine months. I think the instructors are fairly professional and knowledgeable, and they can give you a full structured and well planned training plan and nutritional plan. So you can lose weight and gain more strength into your trainings.

Upon walking in, my first impressions of the gym is that it’s very clean, spacious, and equipment looks brand new. I was greeted by the girl, Michelle and she spoke English just fine. I asked her a basic question two times, how much and what is the membership fee? She evaded my question and proceeded to tell me look around the gym for 5 mins, there’s a 2nd floor.

Then she wrote down a phone number and told me to call her. 😒 What kind of bad practice customer service is this?

Guys and girls, just do your wallet a favor and stay away from this gym! The fact that i found some bad reviews about this place EXPLAINS A LOT why that girl, something was just not right. 🚩
