OTF Yorktown is by far the best gym around! The coaches are amazing, supportive and knowledgeable. The staff is welcoming, helpful, friendly and just the best. So, I use to get surveys from OTF about coaches, etc, but that hasn’t happened in a long while. First I have to say we have been members for approximately 5 years. We belonged to “ regular gyms before OTF but never stuck with it. ….but once I went to my first class at OTF, I was hooked because the OTF format was so different. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done. Great workouts, never boring , always different. ….but truly , the coaches in Yorktown are GREAT & make our location outstanding…(…a shout out for Jon & Maggie. )……In particular , Coach Nisha was the one we took classes with from the beginning & because of her ongoing enthusiasm, encouragement , support & personalization during workouts, we have stayed motivated & have been successful. She’s awesome & I believe she has set an example & a high bar for many of the coaches over these years. Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t say the entire staff from those that man the desk to all the coaches make Yorktown a wonderful OTF site.

I have been a member since November 2022. It is the best workout I have experienced. I have been a member of many types of exercise clubs from fancy gyms to class based clubs. I am addicted to OT. I look forward to my workouts. It is both challenging and motivational. The coaches are amazing. They are supportive, encouraging and never make you feel inadequate. Even when I work out at other clubs when traveling they always make you feel welcomed. I will always remember Coach Taylor jumping on the tread next to me encouraging me to finish my mile benchmark run. Coaches Nisha, Jenny, Cait, Maggie, & MK are all amazing. At 62 I am no where near the runner that the younger person next to me is but it’s ok. I work my hardest and give it my all and they recognize that. They make sure I push myself to what works for me. The Transformation Challenge is keeping me mindful of other habits. I highly recommend OT to everyone. Go team NYC. Let’s finish strong!

I’ve been with Orangetheory for 2 months and I love it! I have done gym memberships and at home workouts and this really is the best of both worlds. It allows you to be motivated and pushed yet allowing you to work at your own pace and accomplish your own goals. And although it’s the same equipment every time no workout is the same. I’m amazed every class I’m pushed to my limit in new ways.

I joined OT in April of this year and I have not felt better than I do now. I have to say this is the best 60 minute workout. The coaches are excellent and their effort for keeping the classes fun, uplifting, and motivating regardless if they are in the studio at 4:30am for a 5am class is top tier. I appreciate their willingness to help push ourselves to the next level. They are knowledgeable, supportive and very encouraging . The atmosphere is amazing with great music, and incredible people that you make friends with along the way. I am so happy I took that free class which has lead orange theory fitness to being such a big part of my weekly routine. My only regret is that I did not join earlier.

I joined OTF in February and I couldn’t be happier with the OTF Yorktown studio, coaches, and staff. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. I have never looked forward to the gym or working out, but I actually look forward to my classes at OTF Yorktown! The best 60 minute HIIT workout. I've been doing OTF since 2018 and have not only lost weight, but have been able to keep it down. I feel more energized and it has helped me have better life changing healthy habits but also, it's a great community. I've met some of the greatest people and am proud to call them friends. I’m fully subscribed to the OT life! I love that we can go at our own pace. I love that we can adjust in the class based on our heart rate. It’s very helpful to know my recovery rate in real time. Nothing better than working out at Orange Theory Jefferson Valley New York. I know I’ve said this before but it bears repeating over and over. The coaches are amazing. Supportive professional and top notch in their field. As an older person with health issues they make sure I am successful and achieve my goals stay healthy and never feel like I have to compete with those half or even one third my age! Orangetheory workout is different every single day so no boredom. You're able to comfortably modify as need be, and move at your own pace or ability. So happy I found OrangeTheory! Being a retired Senior Citizen I found my Mobility Declining while dealing with various medical issues! This led to more sitting which they say is “The New Smoking.”
My daughter suggested I try OrangeTheory since there was a free class.
I immediately fell in love with the energy of the room (party time). I was originally intimidated by the floor exercises and the rower but with the help of Christina and the Awesome Coaches I was able make the program work for me!

I love that it involves a team and a coach. The coaches are amazing! It really helps motivate you. I love the technology with the arm band and the app that you can even use at home and still feel included. It just feels good to be a part of something like this. Love the workouts and the concept of seeing your heart rate go up and down. This gym felt welcoming when I recently started too which was great. I wish they had a more legit locker room, it can be tough to get dressed in the shower before coming out and going to the wide open blow dry bar. It’s still not enough of a downside to make me think about ditching though…in fact I’m hoping to up my membership soon. It’s pricey but worth it!

The coaches are great and the front desk people always greet me by name. The workout is intense, but the mental, physical, and cardiovascular effects are definitely noticeable. Try it and you’ll get addicted!

Orangetheory is more than just a gym, it's a supportive fitness community that always makes me happy and excited to 'workout'. Since joining when Orangetheory opened in 2018 I have exceeded all my fitness goals and continue to thrive. I love the environment and constant support I get from both coaches and members, who make me feel as they are personally invested in me and my progress.

The studio is always cleaned and members do their part to keep the equipment clean after use. The coaches and studio associates are passionate and knowledgeable. I've been involved with many fitness organizations but none can even remotely compare to what Orangetheory offers me. Like one of the amazing coaches often says: talk yourself into it, not out of it, you'll be glad you did.

In a short few weeks, I'm really feeling the benefits of the OTF system! You just have to lock in on the coaches' instructions, guidance, and encouragement each class. The time flies by and before you know it.. the splats are rolling in and the weight is rolling off! I'm getting tone, fit and sleeping great!

If you are thinking about making a bold move to change up your fitness plans going into the winter, you'd be hard pressed to find as good an option as OrangeTheory Yorktown.

I joined OTF Yorktown Heights in September of last year. And I wish I had done it years ago. I am in the best shape of my entire life. I have lost weight and I feel good about myself. This place is different than any gym I have been a member of in the past. All the staff and coaches really care about you and they make coming to the gym one of the highlights of my day. Really can’t say enough good things about them all. Anyone considering joining should do it.

I love that before the workout, coach Cait took the time to thoroughly explain how OrangeTheory worked. From every machine, to the OTB board, I felt very much at ease and was able to focus on the workout and listen to her clear instructions. She is very knowledgeable and an overall great coach! She was not robotic, she was clear, precise, and most importantly, direct with every instruction. She has an amazing coaching voice. Her tone and fluctuation between instruction and coaching (cheering and pushing) was perfect. I can't wait to take another class with her.

I signed up at this location when they opened after hearing many stellar reviews from friends that belong to OTF in other areas. I have been a member at other gyms in the past with constant membership fee raising, having to wait for a machine, and most members not cleaning the machines after a workout (gross). Walking into OTF was a breath of fresh air - the studio, the coaches, the workout itself - honestly put me in the best shape of my life, ever! I felt better mentally, physically, emotionally - always striving to push myself and achieve my goals. The atmosphere is different from other gyms - friendly and positive! The studio itself was always immaculately clean and spotless even before COVID and now with reopening I feel completely safe working out in there with the new protocols in place. At home workouts were offered during quarantine for free to members and non members! Not the same as being in studio and I am so very happy to be back in studio! I cannot say enough great things about the coaches (thank you, thank you for being so wonderful!), the studio, and the workout itself! This workout is unmatched - I was hooked from my first class. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve or get in the best shape of their life. Fair warning - the workouts are intense and challenges even more so, but so so worth it in the end! OTF is and continues to be one of the best things I have ever done for myself. 🍊💪🏻❤️

Orange Theory Yorktown Heights is an amazing gym and workout! Their coaches encourage and steer you in the right direction. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and greet you by name! I have never had that at a gym before. I’ve never looked forward to a gym class before and I find myself wondering if I really “need” a rest day! Lol it is an amazing workout that challenges you but makes you feel like such a powerful force afterwards! Not only is the staff awesome but so are the people that attend classes! Just yesterday I was struggling on the rower ( my weakness) and another gym goer clapped me on and encouraged me! I was able to finish that row and I felt my energy surge back in! I 10000% percent recommend at least trying their free class. I promise you, you will be hooked!!!!

I was I love with my past gym for a solid 3 years, spin and HIIT classes... this past July I realized I needed a change, as did my body, it was no longer responding to the exercises I was doing.. I did OTF once as a challenge because I never loved running... when time came for change and I needed to challenge myself and my body... that’s when I went back to OTF... heading into my 5th month and couldn’t be happier.. loving the challenge, coach’s and the many daily class options.. also since this mornings announcement regarding the “coaches corner” ...
