Whether you're a former college athlete or stepping onto a treadmill for the first time, PACE is an amazing space to challenge yourself and build towards something greater. From track nights to strength to long runs, a variety of classes keeps things fresh. A community diversified with dieticians, physical therapists, and goofballs like me leads to an awesome blend of support and knowledge. With consistency, Kathleen and her PACE crew will get you where you want - whether that's one mile or a marathon. If you've been looking for an option to keep running approachable in the winter (and all year), then you should be checking this place out.

Love Pace! The coaches and classes are great. There are a variety of classes, no matter your experience with running and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Highly recommend!

Loveeeeed my first workout at PACE this weekend! Took run + strength with Kathleen -- the class was really fun, the programming was purposeful, and I'm the good kind of sore after the fact. The amount of care and authenticity that has gone into every little detail of this space, from the playlists to the merch to the studio vibe is evident. (I'm talking "streaming the BU invite in the lobby during check in so you can hang out in the normatec boots and watch pro track and field" levels of detail -- SO good.) This place is FOR runners in the best way, and if I still lived in Buffalo I'd be here every week!

I love PACE! Home to the bflo run club, I’ve had an amazing experience building my functional fitness with a focus on running. But the best part is hands down the great community. I’ve made a lot of friends here and that’s hard to say in the gym experiences I’ve had in the past.

I don't consider myself a runner, but I get a lot out of all the classes at Pace. They meet you where you are, but after a week or two you'll be surprised to see how quickly you progress.

Bonus, whenever I leave class I see all body types and abilities just as tired as I am, no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Pace really motives you to put in the work, and show up for yourself.

The curation of classes, the variety (dare I say I have fun?) and the space feel very inclusive. Booked two more classes next week 🤓.
