We had our daughter’s 5th birthday at Peace in Piermont and had the most amazing experience. Katie was so thorough in planning every element of the party, making sure to touch upon every detail that was important to my daughter. She created an organized itinerary full of fun things to do, matching the theme my daughter requested (Moana/Glowga). She even had some parts hand-crafted which was such a beautiful personal touch. Parents stayed for the duration of the party and enjoyed some snacks in the back garden, which felt comforting for families dropping their young ones to a party. Parents were abuzz with how lovely the party was and the kids had a blast!

Our 3.5 year old son Enzo absolutely loved his week at Camp PiP and came back at the end of every day happier than I've ever seen him anywhere else we've taken him! He kept showing us the yoga poses he learned and it was the sweetest thing in the world. Each day he came back with cool art project or slime (which they made and he was obsessed with) The full day option is amazing for working parents since pick up is at 4PM. Many local camps end at 3PM. The teachers were so sweet and he immediately took to them. Definitely sending him back soon :)

Update: I recently completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course led by Katie. It was an intense class that is well worth your time. It helped bring more intention to my daily routines. The weekly mindfulness medication classes are lovely as well.

Our 4-year-old joined PiP for summer camp, after hearing neighbors rave about it.
Weeks later, and our child is still talking about camp at PiP! I know that our child was safe and was having a blast with activities both in the studio and around town. It’s so much fun to drive through town now and hear “We went there at camp! And there too!” Highly recommend.

Peace in Piermont is truly a gem in the beautiful village of Piermont. I am 39 weeks pregnant and had the privilege of attending some of the greatest prenatal yoga classes at the studio. The instructors and owner Katie are so kind and supportive through these classes. I learned so many amazing breathing techniques that helped me cope through a difficult pregnancy and helped with anxiety and sleep as well. I highly recommend Peace in Piermont!

“As a first-time mom, I was a bit nervous about bringing my little one to a music class, but this place exceeded all my expectations! The environment was clean, welcoming, and baby-friendly. Everyone was engaging, patient, and so good at making the kids feel comfortable. My baby absolutely loved the music, movement, and interactive play.

I also appreciated how the class encouraged early learning—helping with rhythm, coordination, and social interaction. It was a great way to bond with my child while also meeting other parents. A plus was also the fact you can pay extra to bring someone a great was to bring a grandparent to be involved !

If you’re looking for a fun, educational, and safe music experience for your little one, I highly recommend this place !

The Mom Mini-retreat was very nourishing. It was a breath of fresh air to be in a safe & supportive space with other moms, being fully heard in our struggles & celebrations. The yoga class was skillfully guided with a special care and attention to all of the phases of motherhood from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. This is a beautiful opportunity to connect with local moms & prioritize self-care.

I visited Peace in Piermont this past weekend with my 4-year-old daughter for a family yoga class, and it was such a wonderful experience! I loved that the class began with a simple journaling exercise—we all received paper and a bag of markers. It was such a creative and engaging way to start the session, and my daughter was excited to jump right in. As someone who loves journaling but hasn’t quite figured out how to introduce it to my daughter, this made me so happy!

The yoga portion of the class was relaxed, fun, and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind. They really understood children's attention spans, and the poses were interactive and enjoyable for both parents and kids. My favorite part was learning the "lizard on a rock" pose, where the kids lay on the parent in child's pose—such a sweet bonding moment!

The studio itself is small, charming, and very inviting. Katie, the instructor, was so warm and welcoming. I arrived quite early, and she made us feel right at home, which set such a positive tone for the experience.I highly recommend Peace in Piermont to families looking for a fun, mindful activity to enjoy together. We'll definitely be back!

Wow, what a wonderful space! Amanda Dolce created such a fun evening out for my kiddos at the Kids Night Out/GLOWGA event they attended. My son was a bit hesitant for me to leave him somewhere new, but from the moment we walked in he was engaged, as they had many activities laid out for the children to explore. My son beelined it to the legos. My kiddos told me they played a headbands game, drew pictures, ate pizza and made slime. Both my son(6) and daughter(8) loved the yoga activities Amanda set up for them. They enjoyed being creative and building with the yoga blocks, learning some fun yoga poses, working with a partner and getting glow sticks to play with as well. I didn’t know what to expect from the program but seeing the smile on my children’s faces when I picked them up, was all I needed, to know Peace in Piermont is doing something right. The owner Katie and her team have created a space where kids can get back down to basics and have fun interacting with their peers and as Amanda said, “Just get to play and be a kid.” Thank you ladies for this excellent experience, we can’t wait for the next Kids Night Out/GLOWGA event! 😀❤️

The introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), arranged by my dear friend, was truly transformative. Katie Stoeckeler’s leadership was remarkable—she was graceful, steady, understanding, and incredibly inspiring. I had been feeling overwhelmed and facing numerous challenges ahead. It was difficult to determine whether I had the energy to commit to myself and the program. Yet, I felt the need to try something new. The structured sessions and home practices proved to be quite beneficial. I quickly realized that my responsibility extended beyond just showing up. As the weeks went by, I grew stronger and more knowledgeable, learning techniques to shed the burdens I had been carrying. Along the way, I began to rediscover parts of myself, while also accepting that I could never revert to who I once was. I have transformed into someone different—stronger and more resilient. Each challenge I faced shaped me in new ways, adding depth and understanding that I previously lacked. This program has greatly helped me approach life with renewed confidence and clarity. I am deeply grateful for the positive changes that have come from this experience.

I recently visited this cozy studio to take a breast cancer awareness yoga class with Dania Francis. It was a beautiful blend of physical and spiritual practice. Her calming voice and thoughtful insights added a layer of depth to the session. I left feeling both grounded and uplifted. Highly recommend Dania's classes to anyone seeking a mindful and rejuvenating practice.

On Tuesdays at 915 there is a great music class that my daughter has been going to since she was 9 months old. Matty is so great with all the kids, remembers their names and add them to the songs. The owner Katie is the sweetest and so welcoming. Early parenthood can be so scary but this place gave me confidence to go out with my daughter, to which I’m forever grateful. If you’re looking for community and great socialization with your little one, I highly suggest trying this class.

I took the mindfulness based stress reduction class and it helped me to be more present in my life. It also helped me to not feel irritated when I am in a situation where I find someone to be annoying. It was amazing to be able to just pay attention to my body and feel the irritation just melt away.

I cannot sing the praises of Peace in Piermont loud enough! If you’re looking for a place to feel truly welcome, look no further. Peace in Piermont, led by the wonderful Katie, offers a unique environment that fosters community, non-judgment, and unwavering support.
This past year has been personally stressful, and I can honestly say that the guidance and practices I’ve learned here have been a huge part of what helped me through it. Thanks to MBSR with Katie, I now live my daily life practicing mindfulness. I’ve also stepped out of my comfort zone with yoga, and my entire family loves attending Family Yoga together—my youngest often asks, “When are we going back to yoga?”
If you’ve ever needed a place to de-stress and learn to be more present, you must give this studio a try. It has truly changed me for the better, and for that, I am forever grateful.

Peace in Piermont is a beautiful, cozy yoga studio with great programs and classes. I recently took a yoga class with Dania Francis and loved every minute of it. I went in feeling pretty run down from a stressful week and by the end of the class felt renewed and at peace. Dania is an amazing yoga teacher. She is kind, warm and I was inspired by her motivating, supportive words at the start and end of class. I highly recommend this studio and any of Dania’s classes!

My son became super interested in Peace in Piermont after meeting Katie at a Yoga event at elementary school. We ordered her “How yoga saved Christmas” book. He’s been asking me ever since to sign him up for a class. We saw a Sunday family fitness class offered via instagram and immediately signed up! My son is pretty shy at first and nervous around new people, Katie and Amanda were so patient, kind, accommodating to my son’s needs. He got comfortable very quick and towards the end of class starting making recommendations to continue to move our bodies and pretend to be astronauts. When class was over, he wanted to make sure “mama were coming back next weekend right?!” And has been telling everyone he sees that he loved his yoga class today and teaching his new moves. We are so looking forward to next week! I love that this is something that I can do along side my son as a team!

I recently took the wind down Wednesday reiki and restorative class with Dania Francis and absolutely loved it! I appreciated it all the details and love how the class was structured starting with a guided mediation then restorative yoga session and everyone got their own personal reiki session. Dania left everyone with a quote card to take home “just for today” which is such a great mantra that I now look at everyday. I can’t wait to go back!

Peace in Piermont camp was a safe haven and beloved experience for my daughter. She thrived and had a blast each of the many days she attended this past summer. The staff is warm, kind and understanding. The administration side is handled with professionalism and much appreciated flexibility to accommodate a variety of needs. Meditation is now a regular part of our 3.5 year old’s routine, doesn’t get better than that! Can’t wait to send her back for more fun soon!! What a gem this studio is! Katie, the owner, is so lovely and offers a great kids' summer yoga camp that my 5yr old son and 4 yr old daughter really enjoyed this past summer. (The yoga and mindfulness focus @ camp helped ease some of their fighting at home throughout the summer which was a gift 🙏🏼.) The staff is so warm and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to choose a full or half day here and there to sprinkle some yoga camp fun into our summer. We will definitely return in the future and I love that they offer camp during school breaks as well!

Attended the Family Fitness and Family yoga with my 6 year old. Both programs were great. The Family Fitness was challenging enough so that I got a little workout, but easy enough that my daughter could follow along. Yoga had similar benefits. I like how it was not just yoga poses, but also incorporated journaling and meditation. The instructors were very warm, friendly and patient. Would recommend both classes.

I started bringing my daughter to PIP’s music class on Tuesday mornings - she cried for the first 5 minutes (a common practice for her) - we stayed, sat down, she settled in my lap, and after she got her hands on an egg shaker and a drum she hasn’t stopped talking about “music song” since that morning (it’s been over a month) and we look forward to every Tuesday. She sings all the time now, which we love as a family of musicians! And on that note, the music circle is top quality - the leader, Matt, is very good with the children and knows exactly what to say to them, keeping them engaged throughout.

We loved our experience with this class at PIP so much I decided to enroll my son in Camp PIP for 3 weeks in August. He drops the names of yoga poses casually in conversation now, and sings a sun salutation song while he plays🤣We’ve found the broad age-spectrum is really special, too. The older campers help and nurture the younger ones. The teachers are great communicators and emotionally attuned. They really cater to the interests of the children week to week. My son is having a great time with the Camp PIP crew and I’m so grateful we found this community.

I attended my first Wake & Recharge class with Lyzzette this morning, and it was such an incredible way to start the day. Lyzzette was so welcoming and lead the class well with clear instructions and modifications when needed. The timing of this class was perfect for me as a mom of two young children as I was able to slip out of the house while my kids were still asleep and was home right in time for when they woke up. This class was a perfect balance and was both gentle and challenging at times. I’ll definitely be back for this class.

Our family loves Peace in Piermont. Katie and the teachers have been wonderful to our two young children whom we have enrolled in two enrichment series to date. It brings us great joy and satisfaction to see them embrace yoga and mindfulness practices, and they love to demonstrate (show off) their learnings at the sweetest of times. Makes us proud to know we are providing our kids with the framework and tools for hopefully healthy lives ahead. Thanks, Katie and team for making this space in the community. (Also, I personally have enjoyed several restorative classes here that were just… wow).

Katie Stoeckeler, owner of Peace in Piermont, joined us at ICSC to conduct a workshop around Selfcare & Mindfulness. Wow! We were so pleased with the information and tips that Katie provided, especially the supportive advice she shared about how parents can incorporate healthy selfcare habits into their children’s daily activities, too. The breathing exercises she taught us were helpful and calming. Our team members voiced their appreciation when receiving the selfcare note pads that Katie provided, saying it will help them prioritize daily intensions in a fun and creative way. Thanks, Katie, for a thoughtful, interactive, and collaborative session!

Katie and the Peace in Piermont team have created a special place that has been warm and welcoming for our growing family. We particularly love The Early Childhood Music & Meet Up class, and we are very fortunate that it is now offered on Saturdays. This has been extremely helpful as a working parent. I’ve been bringing my 9 month old daughter for a few months now and I am so appreciative to be able to experience flexible parent and me classes that work with our ever-changing schedule. The class itself has all the kids involved with the musical instruments and song, and afterwards Katie creates space for parents to mingle with the babies if they so choose. I absolutely adore Peace in Piermont. I've attended several of their different offerings, including the Vinyasa flow classes with Jamie, the children's music classes and parent meetup, and the outdoor yoga classes. The instruction is thoughtful and challenging, with modifications that make different poses available to all levels and abilities. The outdoor classes are a really special treat, with an incredible view of the river and the sound of birds as a backdrop. Beyond the classes themselves, though, what I love about Peace in Piermont is the community. Classes are often structured as a series, which means seeing the same faces each week and forming a connection as a little cohort of yogis. Similarly, the children's music classes end with an hour of tea and conversation. As someone new to the area, the opportunity to meet my neighbors and other new parents has been such a blessing. Next I'd love to try a yoga class with my daughter!

Peace in Piermont is so much more than a yoga studio - Its more like a little community or support system. The instructors, the owner and all the families we’ve met so far are all such warm and welcoming people. I had no experience with yoga, but was looking for mommy and me classes to enjoy with my baby so we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did! Meeting moms with children around the same age and having the opportunity to discuss our concerns or share advice has been very helpful as a first time mom.
We also discovered the music class which is an absolute bonus! My baby lights up when the music starts and stays engaged for the entire class. The song choices are all age appropriate for young children, yet still entertaining for the adults. I’m definitely looking forward to many more classes at Peace in Piermont!

It was also very special connecting with other mamas-to-be and having the opportunity to share what we experienced along each of our unique journeys. I can't wait to return to Peace and Piermont with my little one!

What a delightful place to allow children to create, meditate and celebrate. Kate, Mary Ann and the rest of the crew are just amazing. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here with her friends. The children had a fantastic time with all the activities- drawing, painting, glow in the dark yoga and flower arrangement. The place and people are warm and down to earth- my kind of people and place.

My five year old daughter loved the PIP summer camp! I needed just a few days at the end of August and it was a great experience. We were only signed up for one day but my daughter couldn't wait to return for a 2nd day! She enjoyed playing on the playground, the arts and crafts, and the meditation! It isn't easy doing drop in day camps with young children but Katie and her warm staff made it easy. We will be coming back again for sure!

We sent our daughter here for the first time this summer and she had such an amazing time, she never wanted to leave - which is not a thing I've ever heard from her about being away from home before. Last week I was in need of a last-minute childcare solution and camp PiP came through in a big way for us! Katie and Marianne were accommodating, flexible, and thorough with communication, making it a great experience from registration to drop off through pick up.
The program Katie has set up really allows campers to experience all the wonderful things that Piermont has to offer, and my kids have not stopped raving about it since. They hiked Tallman, played at Kane Park, tie-dyed shirts, visited the library, practiced yoga and meditation, among other activities I’m sure I’m forgetting. When I picked them up from camp PiP they asked me why they couldn’t stay longer, when they could go back, and if this could be the only camp I’d send them to. I can’t recommend camp PiP enough!! Thank you, Katie!!

My review is for the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction coarse! I started this for my need to connect my mind with my heart and ease my anxiety. I wanted to feel more aligned emotionally. I was diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia last year and with all of the physical pain and severe anxiety my doctor recomnended trying this and I'm so happy that he did. Katie, the instructor, is a beautiful human being. She has this light that shines out of her that makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. She genuinely cares and you can feel that. Her vibe just truly makes you feel safe and willing (which is typically my biggest hurdle when starting something new) I've always been terrrrribke at meditation. It makes me uncomfortable and anxious and frankly overwhelmed with thoughts but Katie really guides you in a way that helps you succeed and by the end of just the second class I truly felt calm and more at peace from the meditation body scan! This was huge for me! I was able to take this practice into my daily life when my insomnia acts up and the anxious thoughts arise. I remember key things that she has said that guide me through the meditation that make it less intimidating and more helpful. There are many lessons in the course that help me choose joy and positivity over sadness and negative thoughts. I have much more to learn but I'm excited to learn it at peace in Piermont! I will definitely be joining the second cycle in March to continue my journey of self development. You can't feel better unless you put in the work and it can be uncomfortable to change how your brain operates but this course is for sure leading me on the right direction! Thank you so much Katie!

On Thursday morning I took Suzie’s gentle flow class. It was my first yoga experience at PIP and it was truly amazing. Suzie’s class was exactly what I needed after not doing yoga in awhile; it was slow and gentle, yet challenging. Suzie was so sweet and I immediately felt comfortable in her presence.

What I loved most was the studio environment that was a combination of the instructor, yoga space and patron’s. Despite it being my first time there I felt warm and welcome by all- I had felt like I had being going there forever.

Peace in Piermont has so much to offer!!! Prenatal Yoga with Suzy is truly a game changer for anyone just starting, in the middle, at the end or in the 4th trimester of their pregnancy journey! I've finished each class feeling stronger and back in touch with my body - something that is SO needed as we change and grow a human! The class isn't a watered down version of yoga, either, it's a challenging, muscle-targeting, safe core and pelvic floor engaging experience. Some of the stretches I learned in it, I've been able to do outside of class and I really think it's contributed to a smoother pregnancy than I thought was possible. Just this morning, my 4-year-old daughter exclaimed, "I miss yoga camp!" She went to Peace in Piermont over Spring Break in April 2021 and loved every minute of it. I reminded her that starting in June, she is going to spend the whole summer there and she squealed that she can't wait!

I love PiPs philosophy of teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation to kids, all while engaging them in art, sensory play, reading, and so much more. The positive energetic and social outlet they specifically provide for kids is so desperately needed, especially now.

Finding PiP was a huge relief for me as a mom. My daughter is highly sensitive and can be hesitant to go new places and engage new people, but she felt at home at PiP from the first day, and wanted to keep going back. She needs to be prompted to eat on her own, and has low muscle tone and low stamina. At PiP, Katie, the owner, takes time to hear and understand each child's unique needs, and works with parents to come up with a strategy and plan to make sure the child's needs are met. I feel so comfortable sending my child there, knowing Katie has thought of everything and is on top of it all, and knowing my child gets so much out of it.

I love the family-oriented and community-centric essence of Peace in Piermont, and am so glad to be a part of it!

I stumbled upon Peace in Piermont through a referral by one of my daughter’s classmates. I have always wanted to get my girls into yoga and meditation, but never thought that it would be this easy! Peace in Piermont is the ultimate kid and family-friendly yoga studio, which offers day camp yoga programs, hour long family yoga, and your typical adult yoga. There are so many things that I love about the studio- it’s warmth, positive energy, bright environment, and enthusiasm to name a few. What I appreciate the most is its tailoring to everyday families (like mine) that struggle with juggling a busy work/school/activity schedule yet want to incorporate the spirituality and teachings of yoga. The studio oftentimes offers day camps on holidays which the schools are closed, yet parents have to work. When my daughters are at the studio, I can leave with 100% certainty that they are not only in great care, but are also learning creative ways to exercise, self-express, and explore. Scarlett and Shane love going and are always in great spirits when I come to pick them up. Thank you for giving us your love, care, and providing a beautiful sanctuary to grow and learn together.

Our story with PiP began with summer camp. We had heard about PiP from friends, and we decided to give PiP a try. Aaaand it turned out that it was one of the best decisions of 2020! By the end of camp, our guy was happier, more confident, and very in tune with his emotions!!

Fast forward to us preparing for Kindergarten’s hybrid set up (1 wk at school, 1 wk remote), with both of us working, and no programs that fit our needs, we were in full panic mode. Katie sensed my panic, and we started chatting. In time for first day of school, Katie had set up a program for distance learners that met all our needs and more!

For us, PiP has become a safe haven, a school, and that “village” from the old saying “it takes a village”! Katie has made sure that PiP was able to adapt and respond to our community’s needs, and for that I am so grateful. A true Piermont treasure!

I started my personal meditation journey with Peace in Piermont (PIP) about five weeks ago after meditating for a couple of minutes at family yoga on Saturday mornings for several weeks. My goal was/is to become more mindful of the moment so I can enjoy/appreciate life as it is happening and learn how to be less reactive/angry about situations/feelings I experience. I meet weekly with Katie Stoeckeler in a private meditation/breathing/yoga session. Her demeanor, insight, experience, passion and ability to relate to my struggles is priceless. Katie is invested in my progress/success, not because it is her business, but because she cares and is passionate about helping me. Her passion, joy and satisfaction in my small successes are why I enjoy working with her and remain motivated to improve. Katie realizes that there is no generic solution for each individual so she provides guidance/suggestions to me based upon our candid discussions about me and my personal journey. I am grateful that Katie is in my life and I am able to pursue my personal enrichment journey with her. I already see positive results in only five weeks so the possibilities feel endless! She has also connected with my twins who meditate with me and my wife every night before bedtime so her influence is having a positive impact on my entire family. PIP is a gift to children and adults alike and I hope others will explore programs there as I have done. My experience with PIP is always positive and easy which is another reason why my family and I keep going back.

I recently attended the PIP Business Circle with Katie Stoeckeler. It was a great, safe space to discuss my concerns. Being a small business owner in COVID times is not easy and I really felt that Katie gave me a great confidence boost. I would highly recommend the monthly Business Circle to anyone who is searching for direction, support or business advice.

I’ve taken a few classes this summer outside and it was so refreshing to be able attend a class even while indoor studios were closed. Katie teaches such a beautiful class. She is so attentive and personalized the practice. And the classes were on the water in Piermont - it was so special to be able to practice by the Hudson. I highly recommend this studio whether you want virtual or in person classes. Can’t wait to practice together again 🙏🏻

Peace in Piermont has been an incredible find for our 7 year old daughter. Katie and her staff provide a fun filled environment in a very safe setting where our daughter has made new friends and forgets about the challenges that children face today. Peace in Piermont has a little bit of everything that our daughter loves from arts and crafts to walks to the playground and finally a relaxing yoga session. We can't thank Katie and her wonderful staff enough for the experiences they have provided for our daughter at camp this summer! They also have full day sessions when school is closed which is so helpful for working parents . ❤️❤️❤️

We are so grateful for Peace In Piermont and the PIP academy that our 3 year old is currently attending. He is doing yoga, meditation, art and literacy. The environment seems nurturing with wonderful teachers! Lots of outdoor and creative play too! We love Katie, who runs the program. And our little 3 year old could not be happier to attend “school” there. He comes home happy and healthy everyday!!!

My kids both had an enjoyable and "safe" summer camp thanks to Peace in Piermont. Contactless temp check at drop off, no parents inside to minimize germs in the area, wearing masks, creative craft making, as much outdoor fun and exercise time a child can ask for and best of all - the beauty of the Hudson River as your backdrop. And my child now tells me - hold on - I need to mediate - you know they picked up very valuable and important lessons with the Yoga part of the camp. With only up to 8 kids in the session, it was small and manageable and helped to minimize our concerns if someone should get sick. As we all try to figure out what our "new normal" is for our families, Peace in Piermont created a safe, stress -free place to re-introduce our kids back into society. Give them a try. They have kids and adult classes too - and after school sessions as well!

We are so grateful for Camp Peace In Piermont. It has really given our three year old the opportunity to meet other children, and learn so much! He loves talking about his new friends and Miss Katie takes such great care of him. She is so patient, encourages his play and even refers to him as his favorite super hero, Spider-Man. He asks to do yoga at home, and his play skills have definitely improved. We love the communication and daily photos. We’re already excited to enroll him next year!

We have our 3 year-old boy in PIP camp this summer and we are so grateful for the experience! He is having some much needed adventures and spending time with a few other children. Somehow, Katie has managed to keep the group occupied and happy, even on 100 degree days, this is nothing short of miraculous. Thank you so much for expanding his horizons and letting him enjoy summer.

Owner of Peace In Piermont, Katie Stoekeler, put on a self care webinar for my employees over at Mosaic Group & Ask Applications and she did a phenomenal job. Her presentation was well organized and thought out. The breathing exercises were helpful and calming. It was just as good as an in person session. Highly recommended!

My daughter absolutely loves yoga and we were so excited to be introduced to Peace in Piermont through her school when we went to distance learning. Katie has been amazing from our first Zoom - patient, kind and super instructive. My daughter looks forward to it every week and we can't wait to attend classes in person!

During this time of uncertainty, I have finally been able to find a safe space to explore my body, mind, and soul.

Peace in Piermont is a true gift that offers various classes for ALL AGES! I took an online yoga class with Katie and left the session feeling rejuvenated, calm, and lighter on my feet. She managed to create a safe space that was encouraging to feel and explore our bodies. The passion behind her words, while gently guiding us, truly rings positivity and motivation; it also bought several smiles to my face that evening. I am blown away by the positive impact the class had on my entire being, especially while being online! I cannot wait to further explore and invest time in taking more classes with this studio. There is nothing but love and acceptance here, highly and confidently recommend! Thank you Katie for sharing your light and soul, namaste xoxoxoxo

Katie is a gem! An authentically gentle soul and skilled teacher, she inspired both adults and children alike. My 6 year old has been practicing with her for a year and loves the feels he has inside during yoga. Today, we did our first virtual yoga class, and it set the perfect tone for our day. Check out PiP once, and you’re sure to return for additional classes!

Katie is amazing with kids. My daughter and her two friends love coming to the Mindfulness Matters yoga class. I am so grateful for Peace in Piermont yoga. There are not many kids yoga and mindfulness classes in the area. I am a strong believer in giving children the tools of mindfulness and mediation for guidance in the world today.

Strongly recommend this amazing yoga studio in Piermont that has so much to offer! Recently attended the women’s circle, where Katie created a space for all to feel welcome and so comfortable. You can tell her passion is holding events and classes such as this, where you leave feeling better about yourself. Can’t wait to take a yoga/strength class here and also attend a family yoga class on Sunday morning - heard the adults even have a blast! Thank you, Katie and team- I’m so grateful! 🙏🏼

Great addition to the Piermont community! Today my 5 year old son attended their “camp” since there was no school. He loved it! Him and his friend had a blast. What was even more impressive was how awesome Katie was! My son had some anxiety this morning about it and she made him feel right at home. Even texted pictures of him throughout the day. We will 100% be back!

This yoga studio has been a really amazing addition to Piermont! The owner, Katie, is passionate about creating a wonderful environment for our kids during the yoga classes (we love Royal Yoga on Sunday mornings) and on the camp days. She even hosted our 4 year old's birthday party recently featuring a yoga class, meditation (the children really get into this!) and arts/crafts. PIP also has many classes for adults but I have not been able to try them YET. If I could give Peace in Piermont 6 stars, I would!

I was skeptical when I was told to check out peace in Piermont. Having a studio that offered all types of classes worried me that the result would be average or not focused enough. I was dead wrong. The classes are above average no matter the age. My son (who is shy and usually cries when I leave him new places) begs to go here. The work katie offers is thoughtful and gentle. PIPs approach to really letting kids shine and discover the value of mindfulness meditation and breath is impressive. The classes are small and I do notice a different version of my son when he’s done. It’s a little pricey but worth every penny. Adult classes are also well curated. Pushing and creating a very worthwhile experience. Stoked this studio is here.

Brought my 4 year old daughter here for the winter/holiday camp and she absolutely loved it. There's really no other place quite like this for kids in the area that incorporates mindfulness and play so well. It's a great addition to the neighborhood and we will be coming back for sure.

Where do I start? This place has been great for my whole family! My children love Royal Yoga on Sunday morning! Katie has a beautiful spirit and the class is a wonderful way to start the week in a mindful and meditative way.
The children have also loved Camp PIP! Almost any day that schools are closed, Katie offers a day of screen free fun. They go to the park, walk to the library and spend a great day at Peace in Piermont with yoga and meditation. It’s fantastic!
I have also taken the Yoga and Mindfulness for beginners and it was just such a special evening. I left feeling so good! I can’t wait to go back!

Katie is not only a beautiful human being but she is extremely welcoming and creates a wonderfully zen environment. My son Zach, went for the kids night and won’t stop asking when he is going back. He was having an uncontrollable emotional day and he truly benefited from the solo experience and tranquility that was offered. I highly recommend Peace in Piermont it truly is a breath of fresh air, thank you 🙏🏻
