I was referred by my doctor to increase my mobility. The pool therapy is in really warm water and features a pool floor which raises and lowers and has a built in grab bar. I was taught water walking and balance exercises. I then found a community pool to continue the work in. Very effective!

I love the hydrotherapy pool, the water is warm with an underwater treadmill. Great for arthritis sufferers and those with chronic illnesses.
