Incredible gym. Classic gym equipment all the best of the best and extremely well maintained and clean. The gym is small, so nothing goes unnoticed! It’s a hidden gym and everyone’s like a little family. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants an old school Pumping Iron/golden era gym vibe.

This is a great no bull, get it in as hard as you want to gym and the people are awesome. It's a positive environment and everyone there wants to see others succeed. Hands down one of the best gyms I've ever been to.

Old school gym with great old school equipment. Hammer Strength, Icarian, Cybex, and Flex Fitness pieces that blows away any of the equipment in nearby commercial gyms. Owner and trainers are great people and will give great advice. And they have awesome hoodies!

Best bodybuilding gym in Staten Island- no nonsense place. The owners are wonderful with integrity. All of the weights are always put back and no broken machines. Straight machines what you need- old school. Lots of motivation on the walls. You will feel at home here. I got in the best shape of my life at this gym. Miss you guys (moved)!
