To crowded, it's so small. Then it's barely ventilation for the crowd that comes in there. Then the water fountain doesn't work. You think with the amount we pay for membership the water fountain would work,and if it doesn't Then offer your members free water for the time period. Something.

I like that at 5:30 in the morning it’s not busy so you manage to use most of the machines without waiting around… I wonder if it’s because most of the equipment is not in best of shape, they do have new equipment coming soon signs posted but they’ve been the since the beginning of 2025…at least it’s clean.

Just because we are in the Bronx doesn’t mean the owner doesn’t need to fix things. The quick lockers are mostly broken. This gym has been open for a while and they don’t care about fixing anything. This neighborhood is just getting worst.

First of all everything was packed no machine was free to use same thing with the lockers not to mention I put my stuff into 1 of the lockers and someone ended up putting a lock on it so I had to wait literally more than 10 minutes til a worker broke the lock off mind you again 0 space nothing to use whatsoever and everyone is stingy with equipment they just sit there as if they were miserable everyone in that gym

The staff team is great, but some of the new members are terrible, they act like they never been to a gym before, they don't know how to clean up after themselves, super disrespectful to you if you do not know Spanish.
I would not recommend this gym to anyone, especially after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, it becomes a social club.
I have been working out at this gym from the first week they have opened their doors, and it's gotten terrible and once again has nothing to do with the staff.
This gym first started off as. Welcome all, and now.... you can fill out the blank...

Es el gimnasio más desordenado que he visitado en mi vida, los usuarios usan las mancuernas y barras y las dejan donde quiera, lo peor es que no hay cantidad suficiente de equipos como mancuernas y barras con peso, no se ven en toda el área y cuando logras encontrar alguna no puedes usarla por qué los demás pesas que continúan en peso, que se necesitan para hacer un entrenamiento de carga progresiva no aparecen, fui unos 2 meses y nunca logré ver 3 barras con peso juntas. En mi opinión deberían comprar más equipos, por otra parte la encargada o administradora es una mujer muy poco profesional, debería estar en algún zoológico trabajando con animales, su
trato a las personas cuando se quejan de algo es despectivo

This gym is great I'm not a member but comes as a guest I meet the manger Samantha she great very kind but on her job her and the staff are always working making sure the gym is running good and always clean. My complaint is there is large group that is always hanging out making so much noise they very loud and hog the machine all the time we can't never use them. They always making videos of themselves and they very disturbing. We spoke to Sam and she's trying but these people are rude disrespectful it's best if I leave the gym and my mom and go to another gym

I absolutely love this gym the staff and Manger Samantha are amazing. They also on the job making sure the gym is clean. They always acknowledge me say hi good morning. Samantha always takes a few minutes to make sure to ask if there are any concerns the only one is that there is a group of people who hog up the machines like the smith machine I been there for couple months and not once I was able to use it they very loud they be there hours at a time and they take over those machines I might have to go somewhere else. They very disrespectful also.

I enjoy coming to this gym a lot! I’m not a member but do come as a guest with an existing member am always treated well by all the staff. The crowd can be messy and rowdy at times but the team there really performs well with maintaining the cleanliness and vibe of the brand. Sam is the manager there and she is always doing rounds and making sure that everyone is comfortable and has what they need for their workout. She’s been extremely available every time I have a question or concern. Check it out

For the most part the gym is well kept and the staff is nice. However, the gym is almost always very busy, and a lot of people tend to hog the popular machines for over an hour (like the smith machines). They apparently added like 3-4 new machines, but it’d be nice if they added a couple of hip thrust machines so I don’t have to wait over an hour just to do one exercise!

Absolutely love coming to this gym now! If it wasn’t for the new manager Samantha I think this gym would have went up in flames a long time ago! She makes sure the gym is super clean, sanitary, and most important safe! Her primary priority is making sure all members are well taken care of to the best of her ability! All of her staff are very helpful as well and you can see the difference in the way the gym is now from when I first started my membership! We need more people like her in all gyms.

I had a great work out a planet fitness Jerome. I usually go to the one on Fordham but I’m definitely returning to the Jerome location. I love that the treadmills rum for an hour long instead of half an hour.

Généralement le staff est poli. Cependant ce lundi 9 décembre 2024 à 20:25. La fille au comptoir à été méprisant. J’étais la à attendre qu’elle me donne une pièce pour la salle de massage. Pendant 3min elle ma ignoré tapant sur l’ordinateur. Je me suis dit qu’elle travaillait.

Cependant un groupe de 3 personne a fait son entrée. Et elle s’est tourné vers eux pour les servir. Je lui ai ensuite interpellé en lui disant que je veux utiliser la chaise de massage. Elle ma répondu avec un ton peu approprié disant de lui donner une seconde.

Elle est hispanique je crois que c’est juste un mépris Parcque je suis noir. J’espère que c’est une impression.

STOP DON’t sign up!!!! This location will continue to charge your credit card when you cancel. Please see attached photos! I canceled my membership and Emily refused to and kept giving me the run around. I called, emailed twice and I still got charged. I called again once I was charged and she refused to do it. I threatened to charge her with unauthorized charging of my card I finally got it canceled and still no refund. I canceled on Oct 11 and as you can see they continued to charge me. The worst company in NYC. The WORST!!!

This location is my favorite. The gym is being remodeled ! The free space in the cardio is used to stretch and in the other space they will be adding new machines soon ! None of the equipment is wore out and they also are adding new equipment as well ! For a gym that only has one floor, this location provides a lot.

This location is in serious need of a remodel, new equipment, as many of their current equipment is wore out, broke down. They also need more equipment like their tricep, bicep, leg, butt and weights. They have a lot of wasted space in their cardio area that could be used for anything else.

This location is a mixed bag. The staff is friendly enough, and the facility is overall clean, however many of the treadmills don’t work. Of the ones that do work, most of them have a disconnected tv monitor. Half of the men’s locker room lockers are broken. The place is adequate enough to get a workout in.

Antes se podía hacer ejercicio yo tengo que venir a las 5;30 de la mañana y las barras Smith siempre están ocupadas entre esos viejos se las prestan, su grupito de Dominicanos solo toman la barra, los que trabajan ahí no hacen nada. Me canse de poner quejas porque no es justo, yo no tengo mucho tiempo y me dan la barra cuando ya pasaron todos, se creen los dueños y los que llevan el control ahí. I'm new to the gym scene so this spot was perfect. I go around 745am and it's not crowded. I am able to get on a treadmill and do my 30 minutes. Then when its time to do my resistance training there is no waiting for a machine. You don't have to worry about someone watching you. And so far I haven't seen the whole video recording thing.
