Absolutely love this place and all of the amazing staff! Jacob, Julian, Christina and everyone else has been so kind and welcoming from the first day we all joined. This gym is so clean and new! The staff is always friendly, they say hi when I enter and bye upon leaving. They’re accommodating and easy to talk to, answering any questions I might have. Great place!!

Nice gym but not very friendly staff, one of their staff members i believe her name is stacy approached me to tell me my debid card was expired and i had to update the information in front of everybody in the gym, i tried to tell her that i didn’t have my new card on me and they were still taking the money out of my account! What was the problem? but didn’t make no sense to her at all, as a 10+ years being a planet fitness member felt really offended and disappointed!

As a 15 year coach, speed and agility trainor-- prior to full-knee replacement--I had to find a personal trainor to prepare me for surgery. The answer is HALEY! Haley as a former collegiate cross country and track athtlete developed a great training regime. She was patient and pushed me calmly....

As someone who’s been going to planet fitness for over 15 years, and is a very respectful gym member, Middletown locations always give such an issue. I was on the treadmill and a staff member came up to me stating I can’t have my gym bag on the floor(it was tucked away out of anyone’s way) . I stated ok, I don’t have a lock, he then stated I can utilize the lockers on the floor where there is camera access, I proceeded with my workout as usual not putting my bag in the locker. NOT THAT it is anyone business, and I didn’t disclose, but I have a medical condition where I need my supplies on my person, I can’t wait to run over to a locker to grab what I possibly could need Planet fitness can’t ask what the medical condition is as it is a violation of my right. So anyways I write this for anyone that runs into issue, to know you have rights.
