This place is disorganized. they don't have an area for the PF 30-Minute Express Circuit. machines are in a line with no site of the red/green light. people are on the yellow machines for as long as they want with no one saying anything to anyone. Glad this was a one time visit and I'll never go back. I got the feeling no one who worked there knew what the circuit even was.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 5 years and sometimes thing’s were not working and I would let the front desk know ,maybe two to three weeks later it would be fixed .But now 2024 the last two weeks I’ve been there ,the machines not working correctly no digital read out while your working out on machine , row machine where you strap your feet into is broken tears in the row cord and lcd screen not working correctly, walking over to the treadmill and roof is leaking on machine so no one can use it , hand sanitizer stations bottles broken can not use to clean hands , during all this I will see Emloyees walking around just dusting around the machines that’s it . Then to top it all off you want to go to the bathroom and then wash your hands in sink ,It’s disgusting sinks looked clogged like someone took a bath in the sink , looks as if no one even maintains it , Really bad !

This place is a gym that is really quiet. Even the overhead Music was quite low. Definitely it's in a class of its own. I didn't notice any TV and the place isn't as big as it appeared from the outside. I did see a cleaner and the place was pretty clean. So if u don't like a noisy gym,super laid back and not too much etc. This is your place.

All of this facilities Hydro Message beds are useless they either don’t have pressure or don’t let you make adjustments WHY do they EVEN HAVE A SCREEN BY THE BED?? like all the other PFs I go too. Staff is nice, and the machines work but they gotta do better in the black card spa

Hours aren’t 24/7 and isn’t 19.99$ a month anymore. someone/people keep peeing on the floor ALL THE TIME in the mens restrooms by the urinals. Honestly making me rethink my business here. It was never this bad!! Hours changed...memberships go up, Male janitor simply gave up cleaning the mens rooms. Guys fix the broken tiles in the locker rooms....cmon now

Finding a facility that isn't packed is a huge win. Kings highway in Brooklyn and cross Bay Blvd in Howard Beach are virtually always jammed packed and it makes for an awful experience.
