The gym space is nice and a pleasant change from planet fitness but the overall experience is just not worth it..!! The gym owner is a scammer who does not respond to emails or phone and god forbid if you ask for a membership cancellation he will keep charging you for months and months on!! I have send the first email to cancel my MONTHLY membership back in May and is now August and they are still charging my credit card…. Professional scammers…!! Stay away from this place and most of all, never give them your credit card….!!!

Great gym! 24 hour access is the most convenient thing. Rates are fair amongst other places and everything is usually clean. Good place to focus on your workouts and Rick is accommodating

Great gym, has an option for 24hr access. Always clean. Lots of equipment. It does get busy but not usually a fight to use the equipment. I want this place to get good reviews but don't want it to get any busier. Can't comment on the classes, but they offer a good amount.

Just signed up for the gym access and Muay Thai classes and Rick made it very easy for me. I’ve just started the Muay Thai but the classes are really welcoming and Rick is super helpful in explaining things and understanding. Very excited to be a part of it!

After canceling this gym 3 months ago verbally and writing a love letter to them (per their request) still being charged. They’re so financially strapped they need to steal my $40 even though I haven’t lived in the area in 6 months. Shame on you.

This facility is fantastic. Promotes a great overall vibe and sense of community, a staff that is professional and always willing to assist members, a clean and tidy environment with well kept equipment and never over crowed. Oh and it’s 24 hours! Boom!

I have been a member of Powerhouse Mahopac for almost 1 year. The gym is well maintained. Equipment, locker rooms, and common areas are always kept clean. All staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gym offers a variety of classes. I also have been working with one of there personal trainers on a weekly basis since joining the gym and have met my goals and exceeded my expectations. Overall Powerhouse Mahopac does a great job at creating a comfortable workout environment and assisting their members on their fitness journey.

Great gym and atmosphere. Staff is welcoming, helpful, and involved in your development. I take many of the classes there and each instructor is helpful and informative. They put up with my endless tirade of questions. They also have some really great apparel too. You get what you pay for which is great quality and good atmosphere.

Great place to work out or just exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and welcoming. I especially like the key fob option where you can get in any time you have time to go to the gym, you're not restricted to certain hours.

I recommend Physical Therapist Irwin Mercader. He is very professional and attentive. He reviewed my MRI showing a rotator cuff tear and set up a personalized exercise program for me. I received one on one care. It has been great experience.

If your looking for a place that can be for everyone this is it. It's a gym. It's a smoothie bar. It's a place for advice on training and nutrition. It's a place to learn many martial arts and self defense. It's a place to take a variety of fitness classes. The trainers are patient and encouraging and meet you and your level. UFC gym a be great gym, change the owner everything change... ( Powerhouse Gym ) I canceled the membership in January, is March and I still been charged, try to call and the answer "your are going to receive a email to cancel the membership" NERVER HAPPEN show to the gym they will said the SAME WORDS! What are we playing here ? BE AWARE!

Went and took advantage of the free trail they were advertising and was impressed on all accounts. Spoke to their consultant. Very friendly and knowledgeable in this field. The equipment was new and very nice. Place was spotless and abiding by all the covid regulations. I liked it so much I signed up on an annual agreement after my workout. Great gym.
