Master Cho is an excellent instructor. He's PHENOMENAL with kids (better than other places we looked in Port Chester). My 5yo has been going for over a year, and my 3yo has been going since he turned 3 because he saw how much his older brother loved it. I can see them continuing for a long time.

Edit from the future: my oldest is a red belt now almost two years later. My (now) 5yo is a green belt, and their baby brother is likely going to want to start when he turns 3 too.

Edit from further in the future (nearly 3 years after the first review was originally posted): our oldest is now is entering the children leadership program at the school, my 2nd son has moved into the older kids' class and is starting to take a more (age appropriate) disciplined approach to taekwondo, and our youngest has indeed started following in his brothers' footsteps. I neglected to mention in the first update that I had started taking classes here a while ago as well and LOVE that this is something that my boys and I can all bond over. Prestige has become an extended part of our family, and we couldn't be happier.

Master Cho and Prestige Martial Arts is an incredible place. My 4 year old daughter has already learned about discipline, respect, and had more confidence. Master Cho is amazing with all of his students, and especially with the younger ones. I am very thankful for him and all he does for my daughter. I would highly recommend PMA to anyone!

In the last 2 years this space has become not only the place where I train, but the space where I share with friends and family. Master Cho is a warm person and concerned about the integrity of each one of us, his training goes beyond the dojang, he always gives us advice and is in charge of showing us that the way we train and how we act in our daily lives must be consistent. If you are looking for a place for your children to train or for yourself, this is the right place. Master Cho has the quality that it manages to reach from the youngest (3 years old) to adults without an age limit. I invite you to come and try!

Our 4 year old LOVES PMA! He loves it so much we upgraded his membership from 2xs/week to everyday! Master Cho is wonderful with the children. Master Cho is so patient with the children and teaches them so many skills such as confidence, discipline, responsibility and respect. Both my children, 1 boy and 1 girl, LOVE going to Cho's Tae Kwon Do.

When my son was 5, we toured the various TaeKwonDo schools in the area via the birthday party circuit. It wasn't until we went to Cho's TaeKwonDo that he asked - begged - to try TKD. We took advantage of the trial offer and we haven't looked back since. We both love the school, Master Cho, Miss Kelly and all the instructors.

Over the last few years there, my son has, of course, improved his TKD skills but more than that he has improved his focus, discipline and commitment to achieveing his goals. But most important, my son has found a home there. He's found a place where he feels safe and secure; where he can challenge and be challenged; where he can grow and be supported; and where he is happy to be -- every day. I couldn't ask for more for my son.

My son loves Cho's Tae Kwon Do!!! Master Cho and all the Instructors and staff are so great with him and all of his friends. We started classes here by doing a short trial over the summer last year and he hasn't wanted to stop since. He has learned so much and has found an activity that he truly loves and we have found a place where we feel comfortable, safe, part of a community, and happy knowing our son is engaged in learning something good for him in so many ways. Cho's TKD is a perfect school. I recommend it to everyone.
