I have brought my kids to Pro Game a ton and can say that is an amazing place to host kids’ birthday parties , and to also bring your kids to camp. Their indoor space is large and so the kids get to run around and play sports in a fun and safe environment. The birthday parties are even great for young kids. They cater to the younger ages by providing bounce houses and kids toys, and it’s nice for the parents as it isn’t overwhelming like some other places that have multiple parties at once.

Great camp , however the parking getting out can be challenging. I almost had a car back into me. If I didn't hit the window different story !! Just watch the kids and cars pulling out !! GREAT CAMP !!

Just had my son’s 5th birthday today. The place and staff was great! Kayla and the two guys there were so helpful and attentive to the kids and adults. Super friendly, super clean and overall a great time! Glad I stumbled upon this spot.

My nephew, Jack had his 5th birthday party today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All of the kids seemed to have a good time. The parents even got to partake in some fun too. The pizza was delicious as well. A sincere thank you to Kayla, Jenna, and Mikey. It takes a special talent to have 20 children engaged and entertained. Kudos to you guys!!!

My son and myself have been a client of Pro Game for sometime and we couldn't be happier. My son has taken lesson from a few trainers over the years and most recently with Adam as he specializes in catching. Adam and all the trainers take pride in helping my son and other players reach and exceed their potential. There are alot of options for sports training and facilities on Long Island and Pro Game should be at the top of every parent and or coache's list. The facilities is well maintained, the flexibility of the retractable cages make options endless no matter the sport you need to practice. Ownership and the staff is also great, they remember everyone's name are very helpful with scheduling. They also use a scheduling software that send out notifications all the time to ensure we do not miss a session. 5 stars all day.

Take my kids here for birthday parties and lessons. I have never had any complaints or heard any about the place or any staff. Plan on bringing all my kids here for lesson as long as they keep playing ball

Well, this is my second time in this place and the girl that helped me the first time was very nice and helpful. She turn the machine on for me and made it work the proper way. When I was done also she asked me if I want to make another appointment for the batting cage. BUT TODAY WAS ANOTHER DEAL. I hope she at least own the place or is the daughter of the owner because she didn’t want mine business, I think she didn’t like my accent or my skin color, because I saw her being nice with the other people there but us. I don’t know her name but she was there 5/8/23 and on the phone put me on hold every time I called. So you tell me how do you call that. I will keep going there but when I know she is there im not going. Looking to find another places that have a better service

Very expensive. What was promised for money paid wasn't what the girls received.
Owner never responded to multiple Emails. Only contacted parents for payments, Otherwise a ghost. Total waste of money except for some of the other kids. I will leave it here and not even get into the coaching. Worst sportsmanship I've ever seen.
