It is difficult to find a trainer who truly listens and understands your needs and goals, which is crucial when working with a trainer; Ron is exceptional in this regard. Ron keeps me motivated and creates a positive and supportive environment. When I am ready to give up, Ron is always there to keep me motivated and pushes me to do my best during every session. Ron is reliable, punctual and works with me using every minute in my session. He takes notes on exercises that will enhance my overall well-being and help me reach my goals. Ron is personable and talks me though as well as demonstrate the exercise routine to help me feel comfortable and show me proper form.
I'm so grateful for Ron's dedication to my exercise goals. Seeing the improvement with my strength and balance during everyday life events brings a smile to my face. Over the last 2 years Ron has worked with my two son's and now my father in Hauppauge. That is a true testament to his dedication to his clients.

Ron has been my trainer for over 20 years, and I honestly can’t imagine getting through so many events without him. He helped me get fit after the birth of my first daughter, stay strong, active and healthy during my second pregnancy, and build incredible athletic capacity along the way. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also one of the kindest and most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. Ron has worked with my son for the past few months on strength and conditioning as he continues playing baseball in HS. During the evaluation and the on-going sessions, he is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I've been training with Ron for many years. He is excellent! My strength and balance have greatly improved due to his knowledge and expertise. He always knows how far to push me (always further than I would push myself!) and the workouts are never the same.
He was instrumental in helping me recover from a torn acl without having to undergo surgery. He continually challenges me and motivates me to bring my best every week.
I highly recommend Ron to anyone interested in personal training. You won't be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about Ron. Very educated and is able to read your abilities and adjust accordingly. Very friendly, fun, and easy to schedule appointments. I have been seeing Ron for over 3 years, because no one compares! Doing personal training once a week keeps me motivated to continue my at-home workouts. Training with Ron has been a great experience. My goal when I started training was to regain strength and flexibility that I’ve lost as I’ve gotten older. As an avid golfer I was also looking to gain some speed and stability in my swing. After my initial assessment, Ron created a plan and training began. As we’ve worked together over the past year my fitness, overall health, and my golf have steadily improved. Ron is a wonderful trainer. I have been training with him for almost one year. We do a 45-minute session three times a week. He is very patient and challenging at the same time. He is always well prepared, and we always do a different routine each session. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of fitness.
I turned 65 in November and although I have been physically active my entire life, I never felt as strong as I do now. We do a lot of core and balance routines as well, which has really helped my golf game too. I would highly recommend him, and I am grateful I had the opportunity to meet him and train with him.

Ron is an amazing trainer! I have worked with him two-three times a week since March of 2023. Positive results include increased strength and balance, improved muscle tone, a stronger core, a better mental outlook, and increased energy. Because I have a higher energy level, I am back to walking regularly, and the lethargy I had been experiencing is gone.
My sessions are 45 minutes long and I am amazed at the variety of exercises Ron has at his disposal to work a particular part of the body. The work-out in never boring or humdrum. I leave knowing my muscles have done some good work feeling exhilarated.
I should mention I am 79 years old and have had 4 or 5 previous trainers since I first began weight training in 1997. Vertigo and then Covid sidelined me until I picked up with Ron. Ron is by far the best trainer I have. He challenges me, and at the same time is both affirming and encouraging. My vigor and zest for life have returned!
