I recently took the Pre/Postnatal Group Fitness Course as a megaformer instructor, and I found it incredibly informative. The content was easy to apply to the classes I teach, and the cues I learned have been valuable not just for pre/postnatal clients but for everyone in my classes!

This course went above and beyond! I was impressed with the amount of content taught, and found it to be very applicable to everyday real world situations that women (in all phases of pregnancy, including pre-and post- partum) would go through. On a learning note, I love that this course caters to all types of learners - oral, visual, written, and kinesthetic! I am also impressed with the amount of resources provided. Great value for sure - 12/10 would recommend. I not only feel confident in teaching/coaching this beautiful and strong demographic, but feel equipped with greater self-awareness of my own body once I start to go down the route of "family planning"! I took the Pre/Postnatal Education for Group Fitness Instructors course online this month and learned so much! We didn't talk much in my certification about how to adjust for pregnant and postpartum participants in our classes, so it's always been an area I lack confidence in. I feel much better now after going through the course and understanding a) how the pregnant body actually changes and what that means for the person's physical needs and b) how to avoid potentially harmful coaching and implement beneficial exercises! The entire course is short enough to not feel daunting (and complete it in a few days) but also thorough and interesting enough to where I wanted to finish it!

I have been wanting to complete this course for the last year and finally was able to achieve this. It was more helpful than I had imagined and I am feeling so much more confident in helping support moms in their pregnancy and postnatal journey. I am a mom of 2 and wish I new then what I do now. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in this field and the support you get is so brilliant. Thank you ProNatal fitness.

I am a huge fan of pronatal. After finishing nursing school and the group fitness instructor course, I'm used to sifting through mountains of information and streamlining it down to the meat and potatoes. This was NOT the case with Pronatal. The course was neat and tidy, very readable, and cut out unimportant fluff. This is the course for you!

One of the best courses I've taken. Material is much needed to something as taboo as fitness and pregnancy. The information presented gives me the confidence to train my clients. Basic NASM, ISSA and ACE falls short in dealing with the pregnancy cohort. Thank You for developing this course!

I can write an entire essay on how much I love this cert! I’ll keep it simple though:
The instructions for the course are very clear from the beginning.
The modules are easy to follow.
The information is explained very well and the course format is laid out very well.
You get 1 year to complete the course. I took the course’s advice and completed 2 modules per week. Spent 2 weeks completing the practice exams. Then took the final. I completed the course in 3 1/2 months.
I’m so thankful for this course and so excited to help pregnant mothers & their future children!

I had been looking for a pre post natal course for a while now and I am super glad I have found out about this one. It was for me the exact right amount of information to be able to feel way more confident and informative to my pre and post natal students. Which I do see so many of in the barre classes I teach. It's a great feeling to be able to give them more than just 'please be careful and no core work.' I would def recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the Pre/Postnatal Course. I learned so much on the topic, a whole fitness approach, and even outside of the topic on concepts that can be applied to everyday fitness and life. Professional, impactful, to the point and genuine. I highly recommend.

Reached out once I was given the all clear from the doctors at 6 weeks postpartum and it’s been a fantastic experience with them from the start. Owner and trainer are both very knowledgeable, upbeat and have made me feel very safe and understood I n getting back into exercising. Each training session is the perfect mix of interesting and challenging while still being okay to move around the next day. Can feel myself getting stronger and better with each session. Love my trainer Juliette and would highly recommend to anyone!

The Central Park workouts were perfect the perfect way to get back into fitness post baby. The instructors are great always ready to modify a workout for you to make it easier when needed and to make it more challenging when you feel ready. The best part is that you can take baby with you so you don’t need a babysitter And it’s a great way to meet other new moms!

I'm not a super athletic person, but I've loved attending the Harlem pronatal workouts with Jamie! The workouts are adaptable to be easier or harder for your comfort level. I've felt great after every work out! It's a no-judgement zone!

As a new mom I find it difficult to find the time to work out, so it was great to be able to bring my baby to the class and have an instructor who could calm her while I focused on exercising. The workout was flexible so I could tailor the movements to where I was in my recovery. I look forward to returning!

Great experience with PROnatal fitness! The stroller workouts are great-I feel sore afterward which is a good change after being pregnant and I also feel in good hands, like I won’t start doing an exercise that isn’t appropriate so soon after delivery. I also started working with Helen, one of the personal trainer’s. She’s amazing and makes me feel super motivated! Finally, all my interactions with Brittany the owner have been super great and personal. Highly recommended!

I had a great post-delivery experience with PROnatal fitness. The instructors took the time to understand everyone's issues and fitness levels and were able to adapt the workouts appropriately. I found it challenging but manageable, and definitely helped me achieve my fitness goals. And the community of other women in a similar situation was great- I'm still in touch with several of them! I highly recommend!

This was the most fun mom / baby class that I’ve been to in the city. Brittany was an excellent teacher - she pushes you during class but was also very considerate of any interruptions and surprises when kids are involved. The level of fitness was also very appropriate for new moms and options are provided for all levels.

PROnatal Fitness is an awesome program for post-partum moms! I have taken classes after the birth of both my children. The instructors (I've taken classes with Jamie, Natasha, and Brittany) are knowledgable and know how to help rebuild the body after giving birth. They customize the class to the different fitness levels and even help watch the kids while mom focuses on working out. I am 5 months PP and still go regularly. I have even met some great mom friends which is a major plus!

I have attended the PROnatal stroller workouts in Morningside Park for the past four weeks and I absolutely love them! It has been so wonderful to be able to workout with my baby and meet other new moms in the neighborhood. The instructor Jamie is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to working with postpartum bodies and I have seen a real improvement in my waistline since joining. She is also just a wonderful person and is amazing with all of the babies. I can't recommend the Harlem stroller workout classes enough!

PRONatal Fitness has been beyond a pleasure to work with. I contacted Brittany when i was in my first trimester and she was so helpful in putting me in touch with my amazing trainer Helen Henry. I’ve always been an athlete but had no clue how to modify my workouts while pregnant - Helen has taught me everything and more. I was also very nervous about giving birth and Helen has given me so much more confidence. Working out with her is FUN and engaging and never feels like a chore, more like a special treat. Not only is she a genius trainer but has the most amazing personality and so relatable as a person and fellow athlete. She has helped me stay in great shape while pregnant. I’m over 30 weeks now and still working out with Helen each week, doing full Fhitting Room classes (with the correct pregnancy modifications) and keeping up with my regular jogging schedule. All with a big belly in tow! I know Helen will help me get back to my old shape (or as close as humanly possible) once i give birth soon. Another great thing about the service is that payment is seamless so i don’t have to worry about sending checks or getting cash, it’s all an automated system via my credit card through PROnatal Fitness. Thank you PROnatal for hooking a girl up!

Wonderful class that really gets you moving, something that’s usually hard to do when you have a baby with you! The instructors are great at tailoring the exercises to your needs and fitness level, and it feels great to get to work out outside, with other moms. My baby liked it too!

I really enjoyed the Central Park stroller workouts. The instructors and other moms are really supportive, and the workouts are legit. They push you through HIIT, tabata, strength and endurance training, all while catering to the unique needs of moms. Not only did I find the workout to be challenging, but I really appreciated the helpfulness and sensitivity all the instructors had towards helping out any little ones who started to fuss, and all the helpful modifications they provided when more than one time, my daughter had had enough of the stroller. Turns out it's even more of a challenge when you're holding a 17 lb baby while squatting. :)
