Trish (yoga instructor) was great and did well making sure the puppies didn't overtake the yoga for those who wanted more yoga than puppies. One of the staff sat on the floor and had about 5 puppies all to herself. If I’m paying to interact and play with the puppies, I should be able to do so. Instead I had to walk over to where she was sitting down just so I could be closer to the puppies.

Every now and then the other staff would bring the puppies around the room if they were in one particular area for too long.

Otherwise it was a fun experience. I just wish the staff wouldn’t play with the puppies as much since the whole purpose of people going to puppy yoga is to pet and hold the puppies, not to watch the staff hold the puppies.

Ok, so we show up early for our class and we get there only to be told that there is a glitch in our system and that you can't come in because we are at capacity. They let 3 people in before us and we booked weeks ago. They said that we have had this glitch last week and it has been going on for a while. Ok-so if you KNEW that you had a glitch in your system, contact your customers and let them know what is going on. It was 2 of us, not 10, they could have made room for us. I told the girl at the door and the manager (probably a 19 or 20 year old kid) that we came from a long distance and her response was to email the company because she didn't make the rules and gave me a half-assed sorry. She saw my daughter hysterically crying and said, I don't want you to walk away sad, just contact the company and get a refund. Obviously I will do that-no shit Sherlock-but you are hardly a manager, you have much to learn about how to conduct business. If I could give this business -100 stars I would. I WILL get my money back and go to a competitor for a puppy yoga class, to have a nice relaxing time with my daughter. They could have handled this situation in any number of ways and CHOSE to go in the WORST way POSSIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
