One of my fav gyms on LI. There’s a few that are my favorite right now... This is one of them. It’s so close to my apartment too… Huge space!! Group classes have an awesome energy here. Good programming. Just a great group of people showing up and working hard. The coaches here are great too.

The vibe here is great! Coaches are Great! Training for hyrox and their simulation a few weeks ago was more than I could have asked for. These guys/gals know what they are doing over there.
It’s pretty far from me but they are worth the drive. I also love that I can book a class here and there on the mind/body app so I can go when I’m available but not committed with a membership that I can’t really use because of how far it is from me.

I was looking for a new gym that would push me to reach my greatest potential. I discovered pure bread on social media. Although it initially appeared intimidating, I chose to give it a shot. First class was at no charge. Michael greeted me as soon as I arrived, and walked me through the workout. He checked on me and made sure I felt comfortable. I felt amazing after the challenging workout and was eager to return for more. It was exactly what I was searching for.

Pure Bread training gym is a very comfortable place to take classes. The trainers are so knowledgeable and attentive to my personal needs. I look forward to my workouts which are challenging and focus on different goals each time. My endurance has gotten much better and I’ve become noticeably stronger. This is long overdue.. I was never a fan of working out but I had met Michael back in 2019 and started 1:1s with him. Being someone that has one to many aliments, Michael understands how to navigate through this and push you to your best possible potential. The one thing I can say about working out with Michael is that he listens to your needs/wants, he pushes you do YOUR best. Trust me when I say I was NOT the easiest client to have….
Fast forward to fall of 2023 when Pure Bread Opened, I was beyond happy to see someone follow their dreams. Still keeping up with our 1:1s I had decided to take some of the Pure Bread classes, nervous to either walk out or die of embarrassment. And boy was I wrong, one of the first classes I had taken was with Jose, he guided me through each rotation and did not push heavier weights he wanted to make sure your form and reps were correct.
Kayla: what can I say this kind heart human that is not only a great mentor but your cheerleader. She makes class enjoyable and when she is teaching you not only want to give 10000% but you want to make sure you never let her down in class.
Jules: he focus on conditioning and lord knows I need that. After my 1st class with him I was pretty sure I was never going to come back, but you get hooked. You surprise yourself at what you thought you could not do but were able to do.
All 4 of these trainers want to make sure that you have the correct form and not hurt yourself. To me this is what TRUE trainers do, they look out for you and not just yes you to death.
The other thing that is hands down one of the best things about Pure Bread is the other gym goers are rooting for you. They will hype you up when you want to quit and throw in the in the towel. They all are warm and welcoming and you instantly feel part of a family!
Pure Bread has changed my life! I am stronger than I have ever been, improved my posture and still working on building more muscle. I can honestly say that by joining Pure Bread was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. In the last year all the Pure Bread Trainers have completely changed my outlook on exercise and cannot THANK them enough.
Pure Bread Trainers are TRULY the FULL Package. You will not be disappointed, come on in and give it a chance.

The best private training gym on the island!
I personally saw tremendous strength gains and body composition changes within a few months of training here. The classes are a challenging mix of strength training and cardio to always guarantee a great workout. I have never left unsatisfied and was always pushed to improve. Mike & Kayla are both high energy, super knowledgable, positive and motivating trainers. Purebread is more of a fitness community/family as opposed to just a gym.

I’ve always have had a problem with staying consistent in the gym. My whole life my weight has been up and down. Now it’s been almost a year working out with Mike and the trainers at pure bread, and I can’t stop coming back. Pure bread is unlike any other group fitness class I have taken. The way Mike leaves me destroyed and sweating after hitting me hard at the gym, is really something that gets me coming back week after week. Whether it be the 9am class when I can sneak into work late, or the Saturdays that I refuse to miss, I always leave feeling better and happier than I did before. I have endless good things to say about this gym! Fitness has been a passion of mine for years and I have never experienced a place like this. I first joined when I was at a lower point in my life, which was causing a lack of gym motivation. Immediately after the first class I knew this was exactly what I needed to make a come back. Mike and Kayla made working out fun again. It’s not like any other group fitness class where you’re doing random movements just to burn calories. Pure Bread training incorporates cardio and strength training with a GOAL, which is what I absolutely love about the classes. The coaches are constantly pushing you to be the best version of yourself. I noticed changes in my body soon after starting the classes, which was even more motivation to come back! I’m so upset that my work schedule doesn’t align with the classes anymore or else I would be back everyday! I have never been somebody who enjoys working out. But the second I walked into Purebread for the first time that all changed. It is such a welcoming environment. Best decision I made this year was to join PureBread! I have been a member of the group fitness classes as well as a client of Kayla’s for personal training!
