I do not feel respected as a customer, they make changes and the customer is not notified properly. I will provide two major examples: 1) when your company was being acquired and 2) the renovations. I feel that an email notification or text message should have been sent. I feel that your company does not value your customers, as the only way you would have known that those two things happened or is happening, is if you actually pay attention to everything that is posted and or when you arrive and you can see that these changes has occurred or is being done. They ensure that they take our monthly and annual fees on time but the customer is not first/not good enough for an email or text to keep be kept informed. I would no longer be a customer if there was another option close to where I live.

It’s a decent gym with good equipment if you could ever use it. Been a member here for 4 years and there’s just way too many people at this blink DO NOT COME HERE!! There’s literally no more room. This place high key SUCKS. But you can get a good workout in if you got 3-4 hours.

Now this is supposed to be my gym by default but I rarely go there anymore because the urinals, bathroom, lockers, and surrounding areas are dirty most times. People basically use the lockers as a storage. Not only that, the equipments are old and outdated, some screws are loose. As a member over the years, I've been to so many other Blink Fitness here in Brooklyn so I know the difference. This branch needs serious improvement.

I hurt my hand going to hang up my jacket in locker 197. There are two screws poking out right next to the hook. I didn’t notice them until it was too late and it poked my finger causing me to bleed. I told the employee in the front desk when it happened and he didn’t seem fazed by it. I went back 2 days later to see if they had done something about it and they did not.
Also 2 of the 4 stair master machines are never working. Not a good environment.

For the most part this place is ok.it is relatively clean except for the men's showers that are not always clean, feels like they do not clean them on regular basis.However for the past two and half weeks we have no heat not hot water due to a gas leak according to management and the repair can not be done without the city on new York involvement which is very inconvenient for sweaty patrons whom can not wait till they get home to take a shower.Besides that BID issue this blink location is worth a couple referrals.

They really need to get it together. You can guarantee at least 5 machines out of order. Wipe station is always missing wipes early in the morning. I would think that when they open up in the morning, the employees will check all the station has wipes. I'm just over them. Lockers are filling up again with people leaving their stuff overnight.

On level 2, only 2 out of the 4 StairMaster machines are functioning, and the broken ones have been out of service for months. Additionally, 5 out of the 15 treadmills are unavailable. This ongoing issue with equipment maintenance impacts the overall experience.

this pace is a nice gym and the staff is god. the problem is the owners and or management in this place needs to be trained on dealing with the public as well as being supported by the owner of this place. This place constantly gives a problem when canceling contracts, they don't answer nor do they return calls and its just a mess and the staff has to deal with people due to corporate mistakes

Employees are cool, only gripe is wish there were more racks to do back/front squats - everyone wants that.

Gonna have to edit this, I was in the gym on 2/10 and when the gym was about to close an employee was yelling like a crazy person counting down when the gym was gonna close. That was extremely unprofessional & I will def be reporting this. I heard that he does this all the time.

My least favorite of all the Blink locations I’ve been to unfortunately. It’s small and has a lack of machines so even if the gym isn’t packed, it’s easy for all the machines to be taken and hard to get an effective workout in certain timeframe. For whatever reason, people here hog the machines in comparison to other locations as well. Relatively clean and that’s probably the only reason why they’re getting 2 stars.

Love blink! It's usually pretty clean. Friendly staff. The best trainer at this location - Canarsie - is Bernie. It's a basic gym but has all the essential equipments needed. Late afternoons are usually packed. Best time is early mornings.

I must say that I was impress with the cleanliness of the gym all around…only concern is the parking but it’s worth a try…way better than the Nostrand junction who have fell off…I went up there this morning because I was concern about the parking in Flatlands and they didn’t even have the wipes for clients to clean the machines…the entire gym was without and we are still dealing with the Covid, which ain’t going anywhere…Flatlands you have my vote! I honestly love this gym. As someone who was worried about starting the gym at a certain weight & while a pandemic is still going on I really easily felt comfortable here.

The locker rooms are always clean. The workers keep everything in order and clean & the people who workout here are very considerate. I always see people cleaning off the machines they’ve used.

Today I was working out at the #643 Canarsie blink location and I was all around disappointed and unsatisfied with the service. The supervisor “Vonnie” she wouldn’t disclose her last name was extremely un-professional. She followed me through out the whole gym when I asked her why… she became very confrontational and began cursing using profanity towards me. Showing a very disrespectful behavior. On the stairs of the gym she brushed passed me pushing me. When I asked her why? She began with the unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. I was so shocked and surprised that i experienced this in the blink company, I’ve been a loyal member for about 8 years and I have never seen behavior as such. I am extremely uncomfortable. I explained to her that I will be contacting corporate, that’s when she decided to apologize and proceeded to call her supervisor in front of me. I would like for some accountability to take place thank you
