My daughter and I absolutely love this yoga studio! The instructors are both accommodating and knowledgeable! Susan the owner is an absolute sweetheart! The atmosphere and studio is so inviting and conducive for the ultimate yoga experience. We were new to yoga but decided to give it a try! And Glad we did! Now we are hooked and cant wait for the next class!

I am most impressed with the Rae of Light yoga studio. Susan, the owner is most accomodating . Leslie an instructor is terrific, patient and client focused. She truly loves and lives the practice of yoga and it motivates each participant.
Jennifer is wonderful and readily shares her knowledge.
I highly recommend that you try this local and most convenient yoga studio. The morning classes are uplifting both physically, mentally and spriritually 🙏🏻

Susan is a wonderful teacher, she is so welcoming! The studio is beautiful. You don't need to bring anything with you either, which is great for a beginner like myself. The studio provides mats, straps, pillows, blankets and blocks. There is also such a variety of classes offered for both children & adults, all levels. I would definitely recommend Rae of Light!
