I am 79 years old and for 10 years I really focused with Ray on my health and my exercise. I see Ray 3 days a week and go there 6 days a week. He and Tammy recently bought and completely rebuilt the building across the Street. It just spectacular and filled with sunlight. There is nothing like this and what a pleasure to be able to Train with Ray 3 days a week.

I have been working out with Ray for over 10 years and more recently with Alethea. I look forward to my twice weekly workouts with them! Ray’s expertise helped me recover from a bad fall 5 years ago. I’m new to having a personal trainer. I didn’t know much of anything. Going to a gym repelled me. But I decided to go to Ray’s Custom Training. Great decision. Kathy is my trainer. Huge change for me. If you want just a little push, great. If you want more or even more than you think possible, Kathy will be there to make it happen for you. Transformative experience. Try it! Give it a few months. You won’t regret it.

Having had the incredible opportunity to work with Ray and his personal trainers for over a decade, I can confidently say that they have had a positive impact on our entire family. Currently, my husband and I have home training twice a week with Alethea and Kathy. When our daughters lived at home, they were part of our sessions. They even join us now, virtually, whenever possible.
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging. These trainers can engage and motivate a diverse range of abilities and needs, which has been so important and impactful for our family. I can attest and endorse their genuine concern for their clients as individuals. It isn’t just about workout routines, which are more than effective. They invest time in understanding personal goals, challenges, and preferences. This personalized approach has been instrumental in achieving and maintaining my fitness goals over the years. As with any family, schedules are dynamic which is why we appreciate the flexibility and focus to keep us committed. When traveling for business, I have received text reminders or suggestions. This level of proactive support outside of our sessions has been instrumental in keeping me (and the entire family) on track and motivated.

Encouraging and very knowledgeable trainers, whether for fitness or renewal after medical procedures. Tailored workouts for women and men of all ages.
You don't have to be a body builder, although you can do that if you want.

I look forward to my sessions with Kathy at Custom Training. She is thoughtful about my exercises, making sure that I build strength without hurting myself. I started with Kathy early this year, very weak, with Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis. I am now able to play tennis again.
Custom Training is a great welcoming place for anyone, all the staff and Ray are as caring as they are knowledgeable.

Alex is an outstanding personal trainer. Highly motivational, excellent judgement, and creative. He keeps accurate records and make sure that you train in a balanced and comprehensive way. I work out with Tammy twice a week. My particular custom workout combines pilates with weight training. I've never had much upper body strength but Tammy fixed that --- and my doctor noticed the difference! Tammy keeps you focused on the exercises, has a great eye for corrections and a wonderful sense of humor. I am so committed to the program that I do zoom sessions when not in town. Highly recommended!

I have been working out with Alethea and Kathy for 8 years and love how accommodating they are. They take care of everything and are truly knowledgeable about whatever you need - new exercises, equipment, etc. I like how they make sure the workout is challenging and fun for your own goals. I’ve been going to Ray’s for a year now and absolutely love it! I mostly see Alec who is amazing, but have worked with several of their trainers and they’re all awesome. The gym is always really private and the machines are great and the training is encouraging and the right amount of challenging.
