We are a strength and conditioning facility for the lifelong athlete.
Our group classes are programmed to build and maintain your athletic ability. By that, we’re talking about being able to run, jump, squat, push, pull, move weight, etc.
Whether you’re still actively participating in sports, looking to gain muscle, burn fat, or simply in it for the aesthetic benefit. Remaining as athletic as possible, for as long as possible, will get you the results you’re looking for and improve your quality of life.

This gym is an excellent place to train at any fitness level. The coach and other members are incredibly welcoming. Whether you’re simply trying to get in shape or training for a marathon, this gym is the perfect fit for you. Plus, the culture and fitness app used here are a great bonus. Come check it out, they offer great promotions too.

I've been going to this CrossFit gym for a while now, the biggest reason I keep coming back is the community. The workouts are tough (as expected), but it's the people—who make the difference. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other improve, and that kind of support has helped me get better and stronger than I ever thought I could. It's not just a gym—it's a place where you're pushed, encouraged, and reminded that you're not in it alone.

Recourse is an amazing place filled with great people. This CrossFit inspired gym keeps all of the benefits of a CrossFit gym (intense workouts, positive/supportive community, expert level coaching) and leaves out all of the bs (culty vibes, ego driven coaches and members, constant comparison and one-upping of members). Folks of all ages and abilities come together at this gym and work towards a common goal: increasing fitness and having a good time doing it. I love being a part of it and would highly recommend to anyone!

You don't have to think — just show up and Chris takes care of the plan. Class goes by fast, and you'll keep coming back. You'll end up feeling STRONG and surprise yourself with how hard you can push on conditioning. Even the muscles you'd normally skip get trained, and those are what help keep you healthy.
The group setting makes it better, and it's nice seeing the same people every day (even for an introvert like me who usually forgets to say hi).
Chris has that perfect mix of tough love and motivation. He'll push you, but he's always in your corner. And Coorsey is the best gym dog you could ask for.
That’s why I’ve stuck with it for 6 years now.
P.S. The big whiteboard is for Chris. The small ones are for us, so he only has to explain it 2 or 3 times.

I just hit one year at Recourse. The owner, Chris, does an outstanding job of composing each class from the warm up to the WOD and everything in between. I attend the gym 6 days a week and every single workout over the last year has been different. LOVE this! Through his coaching I have lost weight, gained muscle & increased my cardio endurance. I know that if I show up, Chris will take care of the rest.
Anyone, at any fitness level, would benefit from being a member of Recourse. Every workout can be adjusted and modified.
The atmosphere at Recourse is so inclusive. The members are welcoming, encouraging and supportive. We have fun in and out of the gym. Great social gatherings. I’m so glad I found Recourse and highly recommend it to everyone!

Recourse has been home for almost 12 years, the workouts are always varied and easily adapted to whatever level of fitness you need. This gym and amazing community has helped me through many phases of life including through both my pregnancies. I can say I am in the best shape of my life in my mid 40’s. I started at Recourse after not having regularly worked out for years. I was unsure as to whether I would be able to do the workouts but after 2 years, I’m still there!! The people are amazing! Everyone encourages each other which is so great! The workouts are hard but always doable, especially with modifications for someone like me. Chris does a good job of explaining the workouts and making sure you are doing the movements correctly. I love that every workout is different so the workouts don’t get boring. I am so happy I stumbled across Recourse! My day just isn’t as good if it doesn’t start with a workout at Recourse. 😊

Longtime member here. Workouts are legitimately challenging, but scalable for everyone! I am rehabbing a leg/ankle fracture from a hiking accident. I went to a 5am class. It was pretty full, but the members and coaches were really welcoming and I had no problem getting a turn for my squats. The WOD was tough but scalable and Chris went through the standards and modification options. I had a great time and really enjoyed the people I met. I'm looking forward to going back. 👍👍

I dropped in to a few classes while I was home for Christmas break.
I attended the 0615 class each morning. The coaches were all very welcoming as were the other people who were there.
The gym itself is pretty big, and seemed to have plenty of equipment and space.
Overall I was super impressed and will absolutely drop in again!

Small little gym, kids go there once a week with a homeschooling group. Parking lot is a little rough but this place seems to have the essentials.
